White Tiger cloud: This jutsu uses wind, water ,lightning and storm release. This jutsu creates a large storm cloud and is manipulated by the user. The user raises his/her arm and when they are ready they swing their arm back down. When they do this, a large white tiger comes out of the clouds, he the target does not only a lot of damage but absorbs some chakra form its target(s). The downfall to this move is that it can't be used again for another hour. [NOT CREATED]

Some Jutsu explanation
Thunder God Bomb: The user weaves the appropriate hand seals to summon a dense layer of storm clouds. After clapping their hands together, a massive sphere, roughly the size of Madara's Tengai Shinsei, composed of compacted storm clouds filled with intense air currents and electrical discharges, opens a large hole in the cloud layer and descends from the sky.
Once the sphere has descended from the clouds, it begins to fall further until finally reaching the ground. After the sphere has made contact with the ground it erupts in a massive explosion of electricity, vaporizing anything caught within the blast. This technique is devastating enough to completely obliterate a small village.

Arctic storm: Arctic Storm creates a large scale blizzard that lasts for an hour. The user collects chakra and creates small chakra spheres on the tip of their fingers. The user charges these minuscule spheres with Ice Release and flings these spheres into the air. These spheres will burst suddenly, causing the storm to activate, all while protecting the user from freezing, while others are impacted by the negative fifty degrees celsius temperature.

Ok having all these techniques doesn't mean he can do anything. What he lacks the most is an experience so he might make several mistakes while fighting.
