Chapter 71: Lucius
Just as Daron was preparing for an untimely death, the Bloodline Inheritance within his body began to react violently. It was trying to break the seal that Daron had placed on it. Daron put all his focus into his subconscious to stop it.
'Hey! Just stop. I might die like this, but there is a chance. Just don't do anything. This is the capital of one of the three major kingdoms. If an advanced knight was allowed to do whatever he wanted here, order would never be maintained within the kingdom, and only chaos would be present. However, if he somehow finds out I'm a draconian, he might try to capture me and extract my blood for himself or for selling like Fals had told us. You can't go around exposing me anytime just like that!'
This was all not spoken, but directly transmitted as thoughts to the other side of the barrier, which somehow had an effect and the bloodline inheritance calmed down greatly.
Daron soon returned to his body, and noticed that the Advanced knight was still infuriated, barely a few seconds had passed, and he was still being pressured to the extent that he was now lying flat on the teleportation platform.
"Hey Lucius! Stop right now!"
Hearing this voice, the aura pressuring Daron onto the ground vanished as though it had never existed. The Advanced knight named Lucius turned and swiftly picked up the three valuables that Daron had purposely left since they were the least valuable and were things that one could buy from any store. Naturally, within the treasures there were things that seemed too normal, like rocks and the like. Such things, Daron knew that Zack kept for a reason and he had taken them and the other obviously incredibly expensive items with him into his [Personal Space], thereby saving him from occurring a huge loss.
'Sirious. Store this guy as Lucius. A kill priority list of the highest level.'
Daron did not like being stripped nearly naked, then being thrown around, and then being looted. Such things were not what he could accept.
Thankfully, it was not only him along who was robbed, but everyone on the teleportation platform had most of their valuables stolen by Lucius before he left with a light frown on his face with a bag of good worth at least a single gold coin.
However, such a person was not someone Daron would leave alive. Since he could not do anything to him at the moment, he would simply wait for some time for himself to gain the strength to kill an advanced knight, and then he would act.
Why would he put himself in danger and attack an advanced knight while being a Rank 6 Official knight. The one who had spoken had never actually appeared, but Sirious could not even sense any energy from what it was doing, which meant that it was at least on the level of that mysterious voice that had appeared above Marcell to save him, or at least it happened to be saving him in the process of doing something else.
However, other soldiers wearing the golden half crescent that represented the Pierre kingdom appeared and escorted Daron, while picking up all the unconscious travellers other than himself off the teleportation platform into a building called 'Teleportation Sorting Centre'.
Upon entering, he was given a room to wear his clothes once more, since he was feeling rather awkward in the body of a nearly 7-year-old with the muscles of an 18-year-old athlete and the mind of an old man receiving flirtatious looks from most normal ladies he came across.
Now that he had gotten into his normal clothes and had even put on his armour, he was guided to the room where all his stuff, as well as Bob and the others were sleeping.
There was also a table with 4 silver coins along with a note.

Although they had compensated Daron more than generously, it was not enough to remove the hatred he had for that Lucius fellow. Once Daron become strong enough, he would wipe Lucius off the face of the world.
Meanwhile, the target of this hatred did not know anything about it, and was simply counting his loot on this excursion.
After a few hours, Bob was the first to awaken. He looked around, then he saw Daron, and then where they were and sighed. He seemed to have been familiar with this place and seemed to know that it was the 'Teleportation Sorting Centre'.
Another hour later Zoey, and Angela awoken, and a few minutes later Roselle, the old mother of Zack, also finally awoken. With everyone fully awake, Daron asked Bob.
"Now what?"
"We need to find a person named Traitorous."
'What a name. I bet his parents had some messed-up brains.'
