The intense sounds of weapons clashing and the noises of explosions echoing inside a gloomy, dank cave, relying only on their primal shinobi instincts to fight inside the darkness that was created by five anbu as they used their ground style techniques to trap the Suna village support team deep in the ground.
Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari were chosen by their village to give support to Konoha's call, giving goodwill between the villages and thus bringing back an alliance between the two villages after what happened in Konoha because of Orochimaru's manipulations and Sunagakure's bad decisions.
"This is annoying, and the oxygen level is being manipulated by the anbu who are adding poisons to the circulating air," Kankuro said, as he used two of his puppets to assassinate small brown earth rats that kept advancing in the direction of the trio of brothers.
"Our chakra is slowly disappearing as well," Gaara commented as he created two-meter high walls with sand that stopped the shuriken and kunai thrown from different places where he would have to jump back from the explosion of the kunai, as the humidity of the place made his sand slower, fragile and heavy.

The three siblings set off knowing that their time was counted more specifically for Temari and Kankuro who had a lower chakra level compared to their brother Gaara.
Temari was tasked with finding the ceilings that were fragile and using her fuuton techniques to destroy the ceiling and climb to the next floor, while Gaara protected them from the traps that were triggered by the footsteps of the three ninjas. Gaara's sand stopped the attacks of shuriken, kunai, explosive seals, earth arrows, and earth animals such as; wolves, dogs, bears, rats, bats, and small earth bugs.
Kankuro was in charge of sending his puppets to explore the path when they were in front of various paths and controlled his puppets to throw kunais to the different roofs and see which one was less resistant to climb to the next level.
The brothers were not controlled at any time by the situation they were in, and their attacks could be described as intense as the farthest walls in the background shook from time to time leaving sounds of thumping that transformed into a battlefield.
The eight anbu outside the maze were enduring the situation inside the earthen labyrinth because they were chosen by Lord Danzo to capture the Suna shinobi alive unless they were too much for them and had to kill them, perhaps their job wouldn't have been so troublesome if Sunagakure didn't send their jinchuriki.
"They are rising too fast to the surface, if they keep moving at this rate they will escape in 15 minutes or less." Commented one of the anbu as he pressed his hand on the earthen maze as his chakra left his body.
"Hold formation for five more minutes and if they manage to climb to the upper floors, activate the chakra seal we managed to accumulate inside the maze by the chakra we accumulated from them and create a stronger barrier with more death traps on the last layer."
The leader of this squad was the anbu of the Yamanaka clan, who had received information from the other anbu scattered throughout the land to capture the Suna shinobi who seemed to be hindering their mission.
The small squad consisted of 8 anbu who could hold the maze of terrain, 5 anbu who were sent to capture the sons of the future and respected clan leaders, and 2 anbu who specialized in assassination and tracking to eliminate any shinobi who tried to escape.

The anbu were rotating in place, thus keeping their chakra reserves at almost 3/4 if a problem arose and more with chakra being stolen from people inside the maze.
The anbu commanded by Danzo were chosen for their high chakra reserves, their exceptional chakra control, and their near-perfect control of the earth or water element.
In this mission, they were told that they could capture one of the nine-tailed beasts using an experimental fuinjutsu they stole long ago from the Uzumaki clan that was stored in the basement of the couple Mito Uzumaki and Hashirama Senju approximately 25 years ago when Tsunade Senju escaped from Konoha.
The name of this technique was called; The fuinjutsu of the earth pentagon.
A technique that is powered by numerous seals that contain sealed inside huge amounts of chakra that help create a pentagon-shaped earth barrier and universal seals that continuously absorb the chakra of those inside the labyrinth.
The technique is activated by placing different seals in the area where you want to build the earth labyrinth and activating the seals that store chakra in the center of the labyrinth so that the victims are swallowed by a water vortex that will place them in the center of the labyrinth and keep the labyrinth activated until the victims have their chakra reserves almost depleted or are defeated by traps and beasts.
Cave points out that this technique can be very demanding because of the high chakra consumption and that the notes left by Mito Uzumaki said that the seal was created to try to capture the tailed beasts without the use of their chains and that the longer the prey is inside the maze and has high chakra reserves the stronger and larger the maze will be.

Genji who had to abandon the Tenteikura skill cube thus giving support to the Suna shinobi, headed towards the earthen pentagon which was guarded by 3 anbu who were looking for any threat.
Genji stalked them for a few seconds and then silently trotted around the place, using his unfocused assault ability to blend in with the darkness and be undetectable to all people. When he was a few meters away from the maze where the sight of the anbu was almost nil, Genji disappeared in a green glow and appeared on the ceiling of the maze to analyze the jutsu.
- Very interesting, the jutsu they use holds high amounts of chakra that possibly feeds from the seals placed on each side of the pentagon, but unfortunately for them, this technique is perfect for them to be robbed of all this free chakra. "I hope it takes them a while to realize that I'm stealing all this chakra, hehehe," Genji said as he removed the dryness from his lips with his tongue and watched as his two personal chains began to glow with a blue hue and blue chakra covered Genji's entire body.

Genji was sucking chakra from the labyrinth-like a leech very quietly while he was causing some trouble to other people without him knowing it, but possibly he wouldn't care if he knew that Gaara, Temari, Kankuro, and the eight anbu were suffering from his actions.
