Chapter 2: Unconscious Girl
Location: Leefside Village
Al and his friends found a girl who was unconscious when they returned from Mt. Esval. Because the girl had quite a lot of injuries, they took the girl back to the orphanage to treat her.
"Urgh... Where... am I...?!" asked the girl who started to wake up from her fainting.
"She's starting to come to her senses," said a girl who was treating the wounds of the girl who just woke up.
"Are you okay?" asked Al to the girl who just woke up.
"Where am I? What happened?" the girl who just woke up was still confused.
"Don't worry, my name is Iris. I treated your wounds. This is Al, he found you lying on the ground unconscious at Mt. Esval," answered Iris the girl who healed him.
"Mt. Esval? " asked the girl.
"Yes, we found you with quite a few wounds on your body. Did you fall from a tree or something?" Al explained the state of the girl when he and his friends found her.
"Ah! Aqua! Where's Aqua?!" The girl called out and asked the whereabouts of her friend named Aqua.
"C-calm down, you're still not fully healed," said Iris worrying about the girl's wound.
"Please. Tell me where is Aqua..." said the girl before she lost consciousness again.
"Thank God, she fell asleep again. You know about her friend?" asked Iris to Al.
"No. We found her lying alone on the ground. We didn't see anyone there," replied Al.
"Then we let her rest a little longer. You can tell the others that she's fine now. I'll stay here," said Iris.
"Thank you, Iris. Even though you are younger than me, you are very good in terms of treatment," Al replied before he left the room where the girl was treated.
"You're welcome, Al," replied Iris with a little embarrassment.
Al then went to his other friends to tell them about the girl's condition.
"How is the condition?" asked the grandfather.
"She is fine. She was resting in the room. Iris takes care of it so we don't have to worry anymore," replied Al.
Everyone waiting outside was relieved to hear that the girl was okay.
"Leo, did you see anyone else in the vicinity where we found the girl?" asked Al.
"No. I didn't see anyone else there. What's wrong? Is there any problem?" Leo replied.
"That girl asked where her friend named Aqua was. So it seems she is not alone on the mountain," Al explained what he heard from the girl.
"What should we do? Are we going to find this girl named Aqua?" asked Gray.
"Are you kidding? We just don't know what happened to the girl. Besides, it was already dark. It's very dangerous to go to the mountain at night," said Marc.
"Marc was right. It was too late to find that girl there. We'll just wait until morning to look for it," grandfather gave Al and others a solution.
They all followed Grandpa's advice and went to rest in their respective rooms.
In the middle of the night...
In the middle of the night, the girl woke up and found herself falling asleep again after previously waking up at the orphanage. She saw Iris was fast asleep beside her. However, the girl was worried about her friend Aqua and decided to look for her to Mt. Esval alone.
"(Don't worry, Aqua. I'll save you)" thought the girl as she left the orphanage through Iris's bedroom window.
In the morning...
Iris woke up from her sleep after taking care of the girl last night until she fell asleep beside her bed. Iris saw that the bed was empty and the girl whom she had taken care of yesterday wasn't there.
"Ahh!" Iris screams in surprise, the girl whom she took care of last night disappeared from her room.
Iris's scream woke up the whole orphanage. Al and the others immediately ran to Iris's room after hearing her scream.
"What happened?" Al asked when he got to Iris's room with the others.
"The girl disappeared," answered Iris.
"I will look around the orphanage. Assassination: Dispeling Trace," immediately, Leo disappeared to find the girl around the orphanage.
"She must be looking for her friend at Mt. Esval. Get ready, we will look for her there!" Gray swiftly made a decision.
"Yes, Sir!" replied Al, Marc, and Lia.
Al, Gray, Marc, and Lia then prepare their equipment to find the girl to Mt. Esval.
"I leave everything to all of you," said the grandfather at Iris's door.
Location: Mt. Esval
At Mt. Esval, the girl met three bandits.
"Hey, cutie. We meet again," said one of the bandits.
"You... Where's Aqua?!" the girl asked where Aqua was.
"If you want to see him again, come with us. The boss will be happy to see you, keh keh~" said the bandit with a laugh.
"Don't joke with me!" the girl ran to attack the bandit with her bare hands.
"Assassination: Fatamorgana," the bandit used his skill.
"Brigit uses his skills!" Another bandit was very happy to see that bandit named Brigit use his skill.
The girl managed to hit Brigit in the stomach. However, the person she hit suddenly disappeared after being hit by her.
"What?" the girl was surprised because Brigit disappeared because of using his skill.
"Assassination: Rock Out," Brigit used his skill to attack the girl from behind.
*Bam*
A shuriken made of earth floated onto the girl's head and knocked her unconscious.
"Nice! She's finally caught!" said the bandit who was happy to see Brigit managed to make the girl pass out.
"Take her. Boss would be very happy to see her," said Brigit.
"Yes!" The bandits took the girl to their base.
In the tree, Leo who saw the incident decided to follow the bandits to their base secretly.
Time flies. Al, Gray, Marc, and Lia have arrived at the place where they found the girl for the first time. They saw no one as they searched. Until finally Leo came to tell him where the bandits' base was.
"Hey!" Leo came over to his friends.
"Leo, did you find something?" asked Gray.
"This is your equipment," Lia brought Leo's equipment from the orphanage.
"Thanks. I found the base of some bandits. The place is in a cave not far from here. She was captured by the bandits. It seems her friend was there too," replied Leo.
"All right. Prepare yourself, Leo, we will save those girls," said Gray.
"Yes, sir!" replied Al, Marc, Leo, and Lia.
'(Don't worry. We'll save you)' thought Al.
They also went to the bandits' headquarters to save the girl and her friend named Aqua.
