Chapter 16: Lost
"Shit shit shit" Daichi started to say, sprinting towards a red sports car parked on the side of the road. A small woman stood next to it covered in blue and holding what seemed to be a clipboard.
As Daichi approached his vehicle and unlocked it the woman from behind him said "Excuse me sir, is this your car?" She said stopping whatever she was writing.
"Sorry got no time for autographs, take it up with reception!" Daichi said as he put his car into gear and speed off, swerving in and out of traffic.
"I'm fucking late" Daichi said pressing harder on the gas and quickly picking up more speed. The surrounding cars could only see a blur dashing past them, some even pulling over in fear of their car being rear ended.
Daichi quickly moves his hand over the radio, swirling the dials. A generic 50's rock song came over the radio and it's speakers. Daichi starts singing quietly to himself, still weaving through the traffic.
"Doo~hmm" He hummed softly stepping on the brakes, making the brake discs turn red hot and his speeding car come to a complete halt in front of a large tower.
He opened the door of his car and threw the keys to the boy standing in front of the booth next to him and his car.
He runs through the glass doors bumping a woman, spilling her documents everywhere. "Argh, not again!" She said getting on her knees and picking up the papers one by one. As she was picking up the last of her documents something caught her eye. An orange piece of paper layed among her pile, it stuck out like a sore thumb.
"This is.." She started to read through the document. A shocked complexion started to form in her face "Daniel.." Before she could read the last piece of text it was snatched out of her hands by Daichi.
"Oops, I dropped that. Sorry about it Mrs.. Lloyd? You don't look like a foreigner" He said placing the piece of orange paper back in his briefcase. "Oh yeah, my husband was a from Australia" She said brushing her hair behind her ear.
"Was?" Daichi said tilting his head "Yeah, he died 5 years back" She said with a sorrowful voice. "Oh I'm sorry for your loss" He said, trying to comfort Miss Lloyd.
"Thank you, I've been looking for my son since then. You see he's gone missing an-" She was interrupted by Daichi. "OH SHIT! I'm sorry, I can't listen to the rest of the story! I've got an important meeting with the shareholders!" He said before dashing into the elevator and closing the doors and shooting towards the top floor.
Mrs Lloyd sighed and moved towards the doors Daichi entered from. "Daniel. I swear I'll find you." She said clenching her fist and biting her lip.

"Who are you?" Daniel said pointing his spear towards Mohawk's face. "WAIT! IM MOHAWK, I MISTOOK YOU FOR SOMEONE, IM SORRY!" He slammed his head into the ground.

"Ow, fuck!" He then rolled across the grass in pain, "Why did they give permission to feel pain!" He shouted still rolling on the ground.
"Wait, you can feel pain?" Daniel said lowering his spear. "Of course I can!" Mohawk shouted back at Daniel.
"Ok, get up" Daniel said picking up the helpless Mohawk character. "What?" Mohawk said with small tears falling from his eyes. Daniel let go of his spear and slapped him.

"AH, WHY!?" Mohawk said, holding onto his bright red cheek and starting to cry more. "How can you feel?" Daniel asked back handing Mohawk.

"PLEASE STOP!" Mohawk shouted practically sobbing. "IM A PATIENT AT A HOSPITAL IN TOKYO, I HAVE CIPA (Congenital insensitivity to pain)" He said in fear of being bitch slapped again.
'I wasn't the only one offered the same deal?' Daniel thought scratching his chin. "Wait what does that have to do with you feeling pain?" Daniel asked him.
"IT WAS IN THE CONTRACT THEY GAVE ME, THAT THEY WOULD RESTRICT MY WEAPON USAGE AND GIVE ME A FUNCTIONING NERVES SYSTEM!" Mohawk kept on shouting even after Daniel put his hands in his pockets. "Can you stop shouting?" Daniel said, squinting his eyes and physically retracting from the decibels this man was making.
"I'm sorry!" Mohawk said bowing to Daniel. "What are you, 13?" Daniel said confused on why he was so nervous. "No I'm 12 sir!" Mohawk said still bowing towards Daniel.
"Well that explains why you annoy me so much, WAIT HOW THE HELL DO YOU LOOK 20!? AND YOU HAVE PIERCINGS!?" Daniel raised his voice at Mohawk.
"MY OLDER SISTER SAID I LOOKED COOL WITH PIERCINGS!" Mohawk shouted once again.
"YOU LOOK LIKE A DIMWIT AND A THUG!" Daniel shouted back. He just sighed and walked away from the idiotic situation he got in.
"Wait! Mister!" Mohawk said following after Daniel. "Why are you following me?" Daniel said glaring at Mohawk. "You seem nice" Mohawk had an innocent smile on his face, Daniel just grunted and walked back towards town with a puppy following him around.
