As Valentine flashed behind Enel, a long cut appeared in Enel's neck, making Enel revert to his regular form, making him fall to the ground below, crashing at high speed.
Even though Enel suffered from a lethal injury as well as fell from the sky with high speed, he was still alive, trying to heal himself by turning into lightning. But he couldn't turn his neck into lightning no matter how much he tried even though he could turn his other places into lightning.
"What did you do!!!" Enel roared while covering the wound with his bare hands trying to stop the blood from gushing out of it.
"Why should I tell you?" Valentine coldly replied as he slowly descending to the ground below.
"You!!!" Enel stood up, carrying his golden staff, tackled Valentine with a high speed as he turned his lower body into lightning while maintaining his upper body in his normal form.
As Enel was desperately attacking, Valentine tackled Enel in response.

As the fight between Enel and Valentine was occurring many Skypieans was watching the fight. Some had hope in their eyes while some had worried looks in their eyes. When Enel turned into a humongous beast, the people were shivering from its presence alone, indicating how tyrannical a leader he was.
When Enel was slashed and fell to the ground, the light of the hope lit even brighter than it has ever been before.
When Enem desperately attacks the 'Man from the Blue Sea', they witnessed Valentine's decisive attack, cutting off the head of the tyrant ruler who thinks he is the one and true God.

After seeing the notifications, Valentine shifted his gaze to the witnesses, surprised by the fact that they were celebrating when their leader has died just recently.

"Thank you, the person from the blue sea." One of the winged men with many tattoos came to Valentine, which Valentine in response stayed quiet, just went on his way without even shifting his gaze to the man.

It was something frustrating for Valentine since all the enemies Valentine encountered last few battles has always been Logia type Devil Fruit user. At first, Valentine was lucky as his Stand 'White Album' was enough to defeat them since it was a direct elemental counter for both of them. But the last one with the lightning Logia Devil Fruit made Valentine realize his lack of weapon or technique to fight against someone with Logia Devil Fruit user.

"Haki? What is that?"
[Haki is another branch of 'Spiritual Manipulation'. It allows user to utilize their own Spiritual Energy for various purposes.
Haki is separated into three categories or types.
The first one is Observation Haki. It grants the user the sixth sense of the world around them and limited precognitive abilities. Users of this Haki can sense people's presence, strength, emotions as well as intentions. An advanced level of Observation Haki allows the user to see a short period into the future. It can be useful even if the host already has Pesquisa since it allows users to see into the future.
The second one is the one the host needs most at the moment. It's named Armament Haki, which allows the user to use their own spiritual energy as armor to defend against attacks, as well as make their attacks more potent. A person can apply the armament to a section of their body, over their entire body, and even apply it to their weapons. An advanced level of Armament Haki allows the user to emit the armament a short distance without a medium. And, even a higher grade of advanced Busoshoku allows the user to make the emitted armament flow into a target's body and destroy it from the inside out. This is the main weapon used to counter Logia Devil Fruit users.
The third one is named King's Haki. This is a rare form of Haki that allows the user to exert their own willpower over others. This type of Haki cannot be attained through training and only one in several million people are born with this ability]
Valentine looked at the information with a smirk on his face since he doesn't have to struggle against Logia Devil Fruit users ever again which was great news for Valentine.
"Let's find a suitable island and practice that." Valentine made this decision because it was the safer option as he might get into trouble if he encounters even more dangerous Logia Devil Fruit user that Valentine currently has no way to fight against, he might get killed in the battle and Valentine didn't want to waste his life like this since humans only live once.

Few days passed since the day Valentine decided to train Haki. During this time he didn't even encounter a single rock not to mention an island. It was frustrating for Valentine since he didn't want to train in the open sea, not open air.
Luckily, for Valentine, he spotted an island in the west around 200 meters away from Valentine's position.
Seeing the island, Valentine hastens his pace, trying to reach the island as quickly as possible.
After a few moments, Valentine reached the island. The island wasn't big as it would be a miracle if there is a village in here. But the miracle occurring rate was low but never zero. Miraculously, there was a little town near the beach.
Being on the small and unnoticeable island isolated from the world, was the perfect target for the pirates ot maybe they are the pirates. Knowing this, Valentine slowly approached the town, sneakily.
Then Valentine noticed a group of men with the weapon in their hands was moving people from young to old to their ship.
Valentine's eye grew narrower and there was a hint of anger inside his golden pupil.
"Human traffickers." Valentine exclaimed as he saw the ship wasn't a pirate ship since it had no flag with jolly roger hanging from it. Human traffickers were Valentine's second most hated thing after the Celestial Dragons. He hates these two with all of his guts since he knows what kind of life slaves have.
Valentine lifted his left hand, forming a large dark purple ball of highly condensed Spiritual Energy. "Cero!!!" Valentine fired a powerful Cero at the ship of the human traffickers leaving them with no way to run away.
"What happened?!!!" The leader of human traffickers roared.
"Don't know." His underlings replied while shivering.
While the human traffickers were panicking, Valentine used Shunpo to appear behind each of them, severing both of their hands.
"Aaaahhhhh!!! My hands!!!!!"
"M-my hands!!!"

"What is happening?" The leader exclaimed as he witnessed his men crying out of agony. Suddenly, he felt the atmosphere behind him getting very fierce and scary. He gulped before trying to look behind. But he felt a sharp pain around his shoulder indicating his hands were severed just like his underlings.
"Who are you?" the leader asked while droplets of tear were dripping from his eyes.
"You don't need to know." Valentine replied as he severs his vocal cord as well as his muscle tendons of his legs. Valentine then shifted his attention to the other traffickers, slowly approaching them, began to sever their heads one at a time, slowly.
A few moments later, surviving human traffickers were shivering out of fear as they knew their death was nearing them slowly and slowly but surely. There was no way for them to survive from all of this.
At last, Valentine changed his direction to the leader, slowly walking towards him.

As Valentine was approaching him, the leader's heart began to beat faster with every step Valentine took. His mind began to panic and fear was forming in his head. If Valentine didn't cut his vocal cord, he would have shouted from the bottom of his lungs out of fear alone.
Finally, Valentine arrived at the location of the leader who was uselessly struggling for his life. He then places his sword on top of his back around the area where his heart should be, slowly pushing his sword, killing the leader in a very gruesome way.
