Chapter 37: Chapter 36 - Off To The Races
---Weekend Before Sport's Festival---
Getting ready to do a quick run around the park near our house, Sonico offered to join us. Showing up in much more appropriate clothing she started the encounter by making a more apologetic apology to the girls. I could see her mother was really pushing her to make amends with my group so she could start befriending them. Sonico really didn't have any good friends so her mother thought it was a good way to kill two birds with one stone. While she was talking to them, I looked over to see her parents spying on her to make sure she didn't do something bad. It was nice they were trying to be supportive parents, but this was ridiculous. Her parents bought really bad disguises, and were sitting in plain sight. If I didn't have mind reading powers I would have thought they were shooting a cheesy movie.
"Something wrong?", Toru asked.
"Nah, I thought I saw someone from school.", I chuckled.
"We asked Asui and Jiro if they were interested in accepting the internship, both of them are interested.", Itsuka stated.
"Both said they have been training hard to show off.", Nejire said, "Just wait to ask them till after the Games."
"Haha okay.", I said looking at the women, "You all ready to run?"
"Yep!", they said.
Getting ready to run, we had Toga signal the start once everyone was ready. The moment she said go, the women took off running. Eclipsing all the runners in the park, all the women felt ecstatic that they were so fast without even trying. Seeing the finish line they agreed on they raced to see who could make it there first. Sonico crossed first with Rumi hot on her heels followed by the others.
"Haha!", Sonico laughed, "Good job!"
"How about we take this to the mat, and see if your still smug afterwards!!", Rumi said with a competitive grin.
"I will take that bet.", Sonico replied with a smile.
Sighing as the two of them threw down in the park, I just rubbed my forehead as the two sparred without considering where they were. The few people that walked by with questioning gazes I quickly clarified they were training in martial arts. The fight lasted all of twenty minutes with most of that being Sonico being thrown around like a rag doll. Lying on the ground groaning in pain Sonico offered me her hand to help her up.
"She...she is one tough bunny.", Sonico gasped as I started healing her.
"Don't call me a bunny!", Rumi snapped.
"Yeah, only he can call her that.", Nemuri teased.
"Shut up you masochist!", Rumi retorted making sure no one was around before saying it.
"I am not!", Nemuri said, "No more than you are!"
"You want to go!", Rumi said squaring up.
"Bring it sister!", Nemuri teased with a grin.
Shaking my head I watched them start a fight of their own. Letting them vent I told the girls that the real course would be booby trapped, I advised them to be ready for anything.
"So...those Med Bots are really handy.", Sonico said, "What do I have to do to get them?"
"He only lets his significant others use them.", Melissa said, "If you do end up with us, you will get them too."
"I...I don't know what you mean.", Sonico said.
"Hehe, you wore really cute workout clothing and you have been watching only Clark.", Yu and Nejire said, "You are doing much better than our first encounter. Pick a man and pursue him, don't keep twenty in the wings like you were doing before. If you like Clark, why don't you ask him-"
"I want to get help.", Sonico said cutting them off, "I have issues I need to put to bed. Once I do, I will be fighting you for a place among you."
"No need to fight.", Toga said, "Just don't be a bimbo bitch, you are a lot more fun to be with like this. It's nice not to have you trying to take him from us. I will admit, I wanted to kill you for a while there."
"I...I see.", Sonico gulped.
"That's all in the past now though, don't worry about it.", Toga laughed.
"Yeah, don't worry about it.", Toru said, "...just don't try it again."
"I understand.", Sonico sighed.
---Wayne Manor---
Breaking up the fight half an hour later, I escorted group back home. Sonico tagged along with us to enjoy some refreshments. Waiting for us was Eri, and she came running out of the house when she saw me. Leaping up for a hug, I laughed and caught her with a big smile.
"Haha did you miss us?", I asked.
"Yes!", she laughed hugging me.
Seeing this Sonico asked if this was normal.
"At this point we just go with it.", Yu said, "It's pretty clear she loves Clark, probably more than all of us. Anything he gives her she cherishes like it's a priceless treasure."
"Yeah, and she only wants Clark to drop her off and pick her up.", Dorothy said with a giggle, "Sometimes she even tries to shower with us, but his mother stops her."
"Good thing too, we kind of get naughty in there.", Nemuri laughed.
"Some more than others...", Ochaco and Momo said.
"Hehe!", Nejire, Mina, and Nemuri giggled.
"Should I really be hearing this?", Sonico asked.
"If you truly intend to join us, you should understand how we operate.", Toga said, "Our days start waking up in his bed. We get dressed, have breakfast, and then Clark escorts us to work or school. He does his Hero work, comes to U.A for lunch, and then goes back out till the end of the day. He picks up Eri then picks us up before returning home to do homework, workout, and relax...something you used to interrupt."
"Sorry about that...didn't know that was your relaxation time.", Sonico said.
"Water under the bridge.", they replied.
"You got to check out our setup!", Rumi said.
"Setup?", Sonico asked.
"Come with us.", Melissa replied pulling her along.
Going down to the gym, the women bragged about the equipment and facilities we had. Staring at the equipment we had Sonico quickly said that everything here was head and shoulders above Section 13's. Demonstrating the gravity settings she seemed to enjoy all the facilities, right up to the hot springs.
"Wait, Clark installed a hot spring in your gym!?", she gasped.
"He put in a smoothie bar too.", Nejire said with a proud smile.
"This is way better than any gym I have ever been too. Why don't you go public with this?", she asked.
"It's only for us and him.", Itsuka said, "We can make an exception for you though."
"While that is nice...I am going home in a week.", she said, "I will be back in half a year though. There are a lot of people I owe apologies too, several of them were people that treated me like friends who I backstabbed."
"We all make mistakes.", Ochaco said with a smile, "All that matters is that we apologize, and move forward."
Nodding her head, Sonico asked to train with us till she left. Leaving it up to the women since it was mainly meant for them, they gave her permission. Offering to have her work out with us, she accepted without hesitation. Going through our usual routine, Sonico was a little frightened at how physically strong the women were. Even more so that Eri could lift more than her without trying.
"How are you so strong?!", she asked.
"Clark is an excellent instructor.", Mina said flexing for Sonico.
"You have a thing for muscular women?", Sonico inquired.
"No, he likes curvy.", Nemuri replied, "We can vouch for that."
Sighing at that comment, I spotted Sonico as she started her lifting. After lifting she tried the various equipment, training dummies, smoothie bar, and lastly the hot tub. Joining her the others lounged in the hot spring. Seeing Eri walk over holding my hand, Sonico stared at my body biting her lower lip.
"Clark is serious ripped, and he looks so sweet walking with Little Eri.", Sonico said.
"If you think that's good wait till you potentially see what his package looks like.", Nemuri teased, "If you really are a virgin, you will want to stay that way till you get with him."
"Nemuri!", Nejire snapped kicking Nemuri, "Eri is here, keep it appropriate."
"She doesn't know what I am talking about.", she replied rolling her eyes, "Anyways, you will want to keep it for your first night."
"I shouldn't probably ask, but why are you all with Clark?", Sonico inquired, "Surely twelve of you are quite annoying when it comes to-"
"Throw normal standards out the window.", Melissa said, "Clark doesn't treat us like trophies, and while he wants to protect us he doesn't stop us from doing as we please. All of us can be ourselves without worrying about him trying to quash our decisions."
"More importantly, he isn't a fucking prick!", Yu sighed, "You have no idea how many guys are out there that will see you as a means to get their dick wet. Nemuri and I made the mistake of letting someone else sleep with us. If I knew Clark was an option back then I would have held out, but we can't undo the past."
"So he is able to keep up with all of you?", she asked.
"We can barely hold our own, and he hasn't broken a sweat yet.", Rumi replied.
"Twelve of you can't subdue him!?", Sonico gulped shifting in the spring as I entered the spring.
"Adding you will likely not change that either.", Mina said.
Looking me in the eyes I gave her a smile. Telling her to make the decision once she was happy with who she was, she nodded her head. Switching topics Sonico asked how I was going to be assisting the raid next week. Stating that I wasn't taking part, I said I would only be stealing the data before they reclaimed it. Nodding her head, she asked what I would be doing instead then.
"Watching my partners kick some butt in the Sport's Festival.", I chuckled.
"You have a spare ticket?", she asked.
"I thought you might ask.", I said saying I got her a ticket too.
"Thanks!", she said with a smile, "I am sure there won't be any real competition with all of you there."
"That's the goal.", Mina said.
"Clark can't pamper us forever.", Momo said with a proud smile, "We have to show we can kick butt!"
"Yeah!!", the other girls said.
"So we can rid of some of your clothing?", I asked.
"Don't ask too much.", Yu said with a smirk, "We have to look our best."
"If you want my opinion-", I started to say with a smirk.
"Oh we know your opinion.", they laughed.
"Haha!", I replied.
Once we were done we got rinsed off, and went to grab something to eat. Making our meal since Alfred and my parents were out I made us burgers, fries, and salads. Relaxing in the bedroom afterwards, Sonico felt a bit awkward sitting on our bed, but she eased herself into the bed.
'I don't think I have actually been on a guy's bed...', Sonico thought, 'I have always been worried that they would assault me.'
Looking over at me and the girls, she saw how close all of us were. Stealthily scooting closer to see how things would go Toga reached out for her. Pulling her into our group, Toga told her to stop being a frightened child and just relax. Doing that just that she enjoyed herself as we a movie. Escorting her home afterwards, she said she would see me tomorrow before rushing inside.
---Sonico's Apartment---
"So how was it?", her mother asked, "Come tell us all about it!"
"It was a lot of fun.", Sonico said, "The women are super cool, and were really friendly. Up till now...I guess I never really knew what a friend was. They treated me like a sister, and..."
"Is something wrong?", her father asked.
"I just feel so horrible...compared to them I treated everyone like dog shit.", Sonico cried.
"It's alright dear, you are trying to better yourself now. You can't hold it against yourself forever dear.", her mother said, "It isn't healthy for you to continue to beat yourself up."
"I know, but I fucked up so badly.", she sniffled, "Clark is even treating me really nicely now. He gave me a tour of the mansion, and let me train with all of them in a private gym. We watched a movie together in his room, and-"
"You go in his room?", her mother smirked, "Did you get cozy?"
"All of the women were there.", Sonico said, "Aside from that, his adopted sister is super clingy with him. Like she is stuck to his side."
"If you had a brother that was invincible wouldn't you?", her dad said, "She is a young child, I am sure she is just frightened by-"
"Dad she is stronger than me.", Sonico said, "In fact all of them! Eri could lift eight hundred pounds without batting an eye!!"
"What!?", her parents shrieked.
"She lifted me while I lifted two hundred pounds!", Sonico said, "The other women were lifting over a ton!! I have no idea what workout routine they do, or how they got that strong!!"
"Oh my!", they laughed, "So they are quite strong."
"Yeah! Rumi is the strongest of them, and she gave me a thrashing when we sparred. I don't know how Clark handles all of them!", she sighed.
"Well maybe you should find out before you come back home for a while.", her mother said with a grin, "You know, make a reservation so you have a damn good reason to come back."
"Mom!!", Sonico said pushing her, "I...I haven't done anything like that before!! The most I have done is kiss, hug, and a little cuddling!! I haven't done anything close to that!!"
"You have to be bold!", her mother said, "Don't let him slip through your fingers!! He is a massively popular International Hero, and he is bound to have other women show up. Make your play now, or you may not have something to come back too."
"That...", Sonico said hanging her head.
She knew that popular male Heroes attracted many beautiful women to themselves. After all of this Sonico wasn't sure where she really fell in the pack, and what her mother said really did concern her.
"You...you think I need to do it with him to make-"
"Your mother is being a bit over the top.", her father said looking at his wife, "Dear, would you want to be with him if he would replace you because you didn't sleep with him? Do what you feel comfortable with, and just tell him how you want things to be. If he really likes you he will wait."
"You think?", she asked.
"Sonico, if Clark is the man I think he is he will wait for you. Don't worry about what your mother said because Clark isn't that type of man.", her father said showing them the news article he was reading, "Clark punched out one of France's top Heroes for abusing his fiancée, mistresses, and his children. He isn't cut from the same cloth other Heroes and men are. If he has feelings for you he will wait for you to come back."
Reading the article, her mother and her read about the children coming to me to get help for their mother. They laughed when they saw me cold cock him in the back of the head, and then later on punch him in the face making him poop his pants.
"I didn't know he did this.", Sonico said with a soft smile, "It is so sweet that he told these kids he would come save them if their father hurt them again. You know that he can actually hear around the globe?"
"He is one of only a small number of Heroes I know that gets involved with matters like this.", her father said with a smile, "Clark is the type of man I would be extremely happy to see my darling daughter marry. I wouldn't have to worry about your well being or safety."
"I know.", she replied hugging her dad.
"I still think my idea is better.", her mother laughed hugging her, "But I will accept that option too."
---U.A Sport Festival Arena---
Taking our seats in the arena, Eri sat on my lap with Rumi and Yu either side of me. Thinking ahead I had our seating area obscured so the two didn't have to worry about the public seeing us. People could see there were people here, but wouldn't be able to identify us. The girls were wearing contacts that negated the effect so they wouldn't have any issues seeing us.
"Can they see us from up here?", Eri asked.
"Of course they can.", I said waving to the girls as they walked in.
Looking up to see us, they waved up to their parents and us. Seeing them waving back Eri got super excited. Shouting down to them as she jumped up and down on my legs, she told them to do their best. Laughing at Eri's reaction I was happy she was enjoying herself. Nemuri was down in the arena as the announcer, and got things rolling. Bakugo was the student speaker as expected so when he took the stand I wasn't surprised with what he said.
"Where are you Clark!? I am gonna wipe the floor with all of these extras!! Fight me damn it!!", he snapped.
Chuckling to myself I decided to flex a bit. Setting Eri down I said I would be back. Descending down into the arena I used my telepath powers to broadcast my voice to all in the arena.
"You are pretty cocky for someone who will lose this competition. I have my bets on your female classmates wiping the floor with you. If you need first aid after they kick your butt I can help you with that.", I chuckled.
"You think they can beat me!?", he shouted.
"Bakugo, I have no doubt you will be sent packing by them.", I replied, "If you somehow happen to be the final student standing...I will take you on."
"I will see you at the end festival!!", he shouted walking of stage.
"Yes you will, in the infirmary when they are done with you.", I jabbed flying back to my seat.
Turning around he started shouting at me. Ignoring him I returned to my seat with a smirk on my face. Taking my seat Yu asked me if that was a wise decision.
"The girls wanted a challenge, here it is.", I said.
Looking at them, all of them were really fired up now. They wanted to live up to my expectations, and were pumped to prove me right. Announcing the race as the first event, the students got lined up. As soon as the signal to start was given, the seven girls dashed forward immediately putting distance between them and the others. Trying to keep up them caused a traffic jam in the narrow pathway. Grinning the girls kept running without stopping or looking back. Seeing them putting a lot of distance between them and the competition the older women smirked with approval.
"You can do it!! Go Go Go!!", Eri and Momo's mother shouted.
"Go for it!!", Mina's parents shouted dancing about like fools.
"Look at our darling daughter go!!", the other parents said.
Coming up to the first obstacle, the girls encountered robots from the entrance exam. Without missing beat the girls dove into the fight. Momo made a steel javelin throwing it with everything she had at two of them as they approached. Piercing the two of the robots simultaneously they exploded almost immediately. Mina came down with a carbon copy of Rumi's Luna Fall with the addition of covering her leg in acid. Cutting the robot like a hot knife through butter she did a small victory dance before continuing on. Taking half of the robot that Mina destroyed Ochaco removed the weight from it, swung it around, and just before it smashed into the approaching robot released it from her Quirk. The result was spectacular as she utterly wrecked the robot.
Toga round housed a robot's head off without slowing down a bit. Toru slipped by without even being detected which was hilarious. Itsuka crushed a robots legs with her hands before bringing both hands down together on it crushing it like a soda can. Last was Dorothy who put her assassin skills to work. Leaping up on one of the robots she snapped it's neck, and forcefully ripped its head off before throwing it at Bakugo who was closing in on them. Shouting at her as he blew the head apart, she just laughed satisfied she annoyed him. Coming up behind him Shoto was observing the women easily get past the robots.
'They are making this look easy. Most of them replied on pure strength...if we fight it wouldn't be an easy battle.', he thought.
As the girls reached the rope run to the individual pillars, they didn't even bother slowing down. Running down the ropes like we had practiced hundreds of times to improve their coordination they made this look like child's play. Having their own competition to see who would cross first, they didn't even notice their classmates catching up to them.
"They are really kicking some butt!", Rumi said with a proud smile, "They are putting our hard work to work."
"That they are!", Yu said with a nod, "Clark, could you be a dear and get us some refreshments?"
"Of course.", I said kissing her, "What do you want?"
"I will take a nacho and cola.", Yu said.
"I will take a salad and an sweet ice tea.", Rumi said.
"I want a hot dog and lemonade.", Eri requested.
"Three cheeseburgers, and some funnel cake...", Sonico sheepishly asked.
"Of course.", I chuckled, "I will be right back."
Having Eri keep our seat protected, I went to get refreshments. Taking only a few minutes to get the food and return, I came back as the girls were flipping through the mind field like ninjas. Holding back my laughter seeing them do their best to avoid the mines, I was actually quite surprised to see them do it so skillfully. Looking to Rumi she gave me a smirk saying she had been training them in private to surprise me.
"You are a great teacher.", I replied kissing her.
"Well...thanks.", Rumi said unable to think of anything to say.
Behind the girls were Shoto, Bakugo, and Izuku who were quickly gaining on them. Borrowing a move from a movie I produced Momo pulled an RPG-7 from between her breasts she and pointed ten feet in front of the boys.
"Suck it boys!", she laughed.
Pulling the trigger she launched the grenade into the minefield. The result was utter devastation as the explosion and shockwave set off all the mines around them. Combined with the grenades explosion the boys went flying backwards into the other students.
"Good one!!", the other girls laughed.
Clearing the minefield the girls opened up the taps not letting anything hold them back. Clocking them at nearly 70 mph I was happy they were enjoying themselves. Momo crossed the finish line first followed by Mina, Ochaco, Dorothy, Itsuka, Toru, and Toga. Hugging each other the girls jumped around in celebration as they waited for the others. A few moments later Izuku came through the entrance followed by Ida, Asui, and several other students. Right behind them was Shoto and Bakugo who had been unable to move after taking that blast. The only reason Izuku was able to move was due to him using his lightning to stimulate his muscles to move which was a very impressive feat.
"Take that Bakugo!", Mina laughed, "How does it feel to lose to an extra?"
Grumbling to himself he couldn't really respond to that insult. He was the one that called them extras, and he had lost to them. Neither Shoto or him had expected Momo to pull that stunt, but he couldn't complain about it. It was fair game since it was a battle of Quirks and Skill though it pissed him off that so many people beat him.
Announcing the Calvary Battle next, I was shocked to hear that I was being asked to participate. Looking over at Nezu, who was sitting in the stands behind us, he pointed to his phone. Checking my phone he had texted me to tell me that I had been asked to participate as apparently there were a lot of people upset that I wasn't actively participating.
"Something wrong?", Rumi asked.
"Apparently I have to participate now...", I groaned, "The public feels me being excluded is cruel given how good of a student I am..."
"What crap is that!?", she snapped.
"I think someone told Nezu to have me participate now...what a pain.", I sighed.
"You can do it!!", Eri shouted with a smile.
"Thanks Eri.", I replied giving her a hug.
Getting changed in a flash, I flew down to the stadium. Staring at me nervously, I could tell that most of the other students really weren't happy with me being thrown in. Frankly I wasn't happy either as I felt it was wrong to have me participate, but I also saw why some members of the public would think it was wrong to exclude me.
---Teacher Seating Area---
"Nezu are you sure this is the right thing?", Ectoplasm asked.
"I don't have a choice...the school board made an emergency vote on this.", Nezu replied, "They felt excluding Clark would make it seem like he was being punished unreasonably for no reason. Even though this is a chance for students to show off what they can do, it is also supposed to include students from all grades and classes. Excluding Clark could be seen as suggesting he better the other students. It isn't public knowledge that he didn't take the exam test so they think this might cause backlash."
"Who decided that!? Clark is a Pro Hero.", All Might stated.
"The President of the Board did...", Nezu said with a hint of anger, "They normally don't interfere with school activities, but now they are getting involved. I think this is more of a PR stunt than anything."
"Agreed.", the other teachers said.
---Competition Area---
"Now we are talking!", Bakugo shouted, "You aren't so high and mighty now are you!"
Rubbing my forehead I was wishing I could just forfeit this to get away from him. Pairing up Ochaco, I elected Ochaco as the rider. Getting on my back she gave me a smile as she got situated.
"You want to end this quickly or have a bit of fun?", I asked.
"I want to have fun, but you can punish Bakugo.", she said looking at him.
None of the girls were with him so I had no issue do it. Once it was go time, I used my cold breath to freeze his team up to their necks.
"What the hell!?", he shouted as I flew us over.
Smiling as she pulled the head band off him, she stuck her tongue out at him. Pissing him off even more he started thrashing around wanting to fight for real. After listening to him constantly calling everyone an extra, Ochaco felt a sense of happiness knocking him down a beg. Turning our attention to the others I decided to try something. Vibrating both Ochaco and I, I wanted to see if I could make her intangible as well. Sure enough when Shoto went for her he passed right through her making Ochaco almost scream in fright.
"Clark, what is going on!?", she gasped.
"You and I are intangible.", I said, "They can't touch you."
---Private Seating Area---
"He make other people intangible!?", Rumi, Yu, and Sonico gasped in shock.
---Competition Area---
'Damn that is going to be a blow to the others.', Nemuri thought with a smirk, 'They can just steal those headbands without trying.'
Stopping the vibration we chased after Shoto who attempted to grapple with Ochaco. Attempts to freeze me in place didn't slow me down which frustrated him.
'This isn't right, why did they change the rules.', he thought as we vanished from sight, 'Crap, where did they go!'
Before he knew what happened, Ochaco stole his headband without missing a beat as she threw him off his team. Leaping back from them I gave his team a smile as we dashed off towards Shinso's team. Trying to use his Brainwashing Quirk on Ochaco, I quickly countered by hitting him with a psychic attack. Blasting his team back I glared at him for even thinking what he was considering to get me to screw up.
"This is a game, don't make this personal...", I said.
"What's wrong?", Ochaco asked.
"He is was about to make you do something embarrassing.", I replied, "He knows we are a couple, and he was going to make you grind yourself on my back."
Covering herself behind my back, Shinso clicked his tongue. He didn't think it was bad since he knew we were dating, but making her grind up on me in the middle of a game wasn't right. I don't like doing that sort of stuff in public with the younger girls because they are already nervous enough. If it was Nemuri I doubt she would need brainwashing to do it since she didn't care.
"Then how do we-"
"Maybe consider having the Support Course students help you develop tech.", I replied.
"Easy for you to say boy genius.", Shinso said in a slightly irritated tone.
Dashing forward, I had Ochaco grab his headband.
"Don't let others tell you how to use your Quirk.", I told him, "Your Quirk works when someone responds too you. Consider using your Quirk to tame animals to aide in your Hero work. Having small animals that can search rubble for survivors would be incredibly handy, same goes for have aquatic animals for ocean rescues. It's all about how you use your gifts."
"My Quirk wouldn't-"
"You can train an animal to respond to you with training. If all you need is a response, you should be able to control them.", I replied.
"I...", he said looking at me dumbfounded.
"You can only give basic commands, which is what almost all animals can do anyways.", I stated, "You have a Quirk with nearly unlimited potential for helping people. Don't limit your thinking to what others say your Quirk can do."
'I...I never tired my Quirk on animals. What he...shit I have been wasting so much time trying to do this wrong! I could have been a Hero Course student this whole time!', he thought, 'I could have an entire team of animals at my disposal for any situation.'
"Everyone is only limited by their creativity.", I said, "Never just accept what someone tells you can and can't do. Only you can determine that, don't stop fighting for your dream to be a Pro."
Giving me a grin he nodded his head. Continuing on for the rest of the match, Ochaco and I took first place without much hassle. Momo, Itsuka, and Mina came in second. Izuku, Ida, Mineta, and Mei came in third. Toru, Toga, and Dorothy came in fourth. Lastly was Bakugo who I had to thaw out for the next match.
---U.A Chairman's House---
Sitting in his house with his family, the Chairman sighed with relief to see that I was participating. Behind him were a group of villains that had forced him to have Nezu make me participate. Other members of the board also had villains show up thanks to Kurogiri's Quirk. Having Sound Deadening Quirk users with them, they sealed any method for them contacting people for help. Tying them up, they left the family alone in their living room as they retreated back to base.
---AFO Volcano Base---
"Everything has been set as you requested.", Kurogiri said.

"Of course Teacher, those idiot Heroes won't know what hit them!", his pupil replied with a twisted laugh.
"Good, now Doctor I hope we will see a good showing for the projects you have been working on.", AFO said.
"Of course Sir, the only one capable of competing with Project Overdrive is Superman. As he rightfully claims he can't be everywhere at once, I look forward to seeing how he copes with them.", the doctor said.
"Good, lastly...have we seen any signs from the Oblivion Group?", AFO asked.
"Yes, our spies have confirmed they will likely make an appearance.", Kurogiri replied.
"Doctor, is there anyway the weapon can fire a second time? Even if it is a limited power shot that will be sufficient.", AFO said.
"I will do my best, but I can't promise anything.", the doctor said.
"That will work.", AFO said, "For now get our forces ready for an offensive attack. After this we fall back to our last stronghold, and detonate the base."
"Understood!", they replied.
---Undisclosed Oblivion Group Base---
"Section 13 is about ready to force their way into the base.", one of Nova's spies said.
"Good, I think we are ready.", Nova said looking at the other four Ranking Members.
"If that kid shows up, I am returning the favor for last time!", Blaze snapped, "Fucking brat caught me off guard, but this time I am prepared!"
"Remember, we are there only for the information on those drives.", Nova said, "Don't prolong the fight, they have their top members there."
"Understood.", his subordinates said.
"In the event that the piss ant uses his nukes, allow me to deal with them.", Nova said, "Now we just wait for them to take the initial hit for us, then we strike."

I have been reading the comments, and noticed that several of you want me to add Ryukyu. Never really intended to add her, but I am curious why those of you that wanted her were so interested in that, same goes for Asui and Jiro. After mentioning the Injustice Universe and the Marvel I had expected most of you to give me your ideas in those universes like Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Starfire, Black Widow, or She Hulk. At this point I was only intending to add two more, aside from Eri, but I might add more if you all want that.
