Chapter 2: MY SAFE PLACE? - YOUR ARMS.

"Hanguk and Sunseok, Manager is calling you" A girl in her late 20s shouts in a busy packed room.
Jeon Hanguk aka Hanguk and Jung Sunseok aka Sun are the two most famous and successful duo in South Narin.
Hanguk, 23 year old from Busan is the youngest singer and Sunseok,26 year old from Gwangju itself,is the known rapper of the group.
"Yes, we are coming," Hanguk says.
" Hyung... Let's go" He drags the elder out of the room.
*knock knock*.
"Come in! " A voice says from the other side of the door.
"Manager, you called? " Sun asks as both of them enter the room.
" Yes, sit" The manager motions them to sit on the couch.
"Look, both of you have been called for an interview at Vegas. It's on 15th, due to the pandemic only few of the staffs will be coming with you. But there's a problem" Manager says ticking his pen.
Hanguk starts leaning towards his manager, Sun sits straight on the couch.
"Sun, you'll be going there on the 13th and whereas Hanguk on the 14th " Manager says in a single breath.
Both the males look at each other. Hanguk tilts his head. " And why? " He asks his voice almost low.
" Look, Hanguk has been found roaming with other groups , and we have to make sure that you are not infected. Your test results might take nearly 3 days extra. " Manager says in a stern voice.
" You knew? '' Hanguk blurts out his face red from embarrassment. He thought he would sneak out to meet his fellow friends from OEXO, which was strictly prohibited due to pandemic.
"Of course" Manager says. Sun bursts out laughing.
"So Sun,on the 13th morning I'll ask Mr. Park to drive you to the airport. And on 14th you too,bunny boy" The manger says point the other end of the pen to the wide eyed male.
"What? Am I going alone?" Hanguk asks the manager, his voice slightly raising.
" There, there young man... Calm down. First of all I wasn't the one who told you to sneak out and second, do you expect Ji-eun to come with you? " He says teasing the younger.
The younger blushes furiously before shaking his head ' no'. " I won't mind.." He mumbles not wanting others to hear.
" Yes, you'll be going alone " But Hanguk gives his famous puppy eyes.
The manager blinks, unaffected. He tries harder, it feels like his eyes are gonna pop out from his sockets.
" Fine fine, I'll ask one of the staff to go with you. You'll meet him at the airport. " He says standing up.
Sun yawns , not interested in their conversation.
" You both can go" The manager says.
Both the males stand up and walk out of the door.
" I'm hungry, let's go to a restaurant, " Sun says, rubbing his growling stomach.
" I'm hungry too" The younger beams showing his bunny teeth.
Sun smiles at the younger, pinching his cheeks.
" Let's go," He says, wearing a mask and hat.
Palace- Arirang Café
" Two black bean noodles with kimchi and water please " Sun orders.
The waitress takes down the order feeling herself in heaven, because she has just talked to the famous duo group of Korea.
" Yes sir, anything else? " She asks, trying not to stutter.
" That's it" He says smiling at the waitress.
"Noona, can I have some fried chicken? " A small voice whispers..
It was Hanguk.
The waitress could do nothing but coo at the younger male.
"Yes yes yes, it's for free" She says walking towards the kitchen.
Sun stares at her in disbelief.
" I think I should take you everywhere with me, maybe your 'noona' magic can work " Sun says while drawing inverted commas with his hands.
Hanguk smiles , hiding his face between his cute sweater paws giggling slightly.
"Here's your order" The waitress comes back within a minute or two with a tray full of noodles and chicken fries.
" Please enjoy your meal" She says walking off from the table.
"You'd wait for me right? " Hanguk says he stuffs noodles into his mouth, slightly making his mouth messy.
Sun looks up at the younger confused. "Huh what do you mean guk?"
" Will you wait for me when I'll be there the next day in Vegas? "
Sun's eyes softened. He smiles at the younger who's looking at him with big doe eyes for a positive response.
"I will always wait for you".
