Chapter 2: TWO
I leaned against the edge looking at the crew doing what Captain Amelia said, "lower the sails!" Mr. Arrow shouted. I saw Jim stand in awe at the ship being busy turning on, I shake my head as he runs into a crewmate pulling the sail down. I see silver come up from the kitchen and come over to me with morph, "Calla my favorite girl, you are looking mighty radiant" "what" I look at him not amused by his compliment. "Oh nothing really, just would like you to watch over Jimbo, make sure he doesn't go places he shouldn't if you know what I mean Calla" "yeah yeah whatever" I cross my arms and look at Jim hanging off the ropes looking at space "Mr.Silver!" "why yes Captain?" "isn't that your cabin boy gagging around" "why yes Captain" "well I would like it if you keep him busy for the time being till I am ready for him in my office" "yes, ma'am" I shake my head then head up the mainmast listening to sliver "Jimbo, I have two new friends of I'd like you to meet" Jim looked around leaning forward, "Say hello to Mr.Bob and Mrs.Poppets" he laughed as Jim looks him with a blank stare "yippee" I giggle and double-check the ropes tightening the loose ones, I stretched my arms and looked down seeing Mr.Scroop holding Jim to the captains' cabin outer wall "so he is causing trouble again" I grab a rope nearby and swing my self towards them then landed beside them and leaned my shoulder against the wall crossing my ankles and arms "Mr.scroop I thought Mr.Arrow told us not to be picking fights" They both look at me a glare turns up on scroops face, "so the little girl is in charge of me now?!" "I am just saying unless you want to spend the rest of the voyage of in the brig, I would leave him alone" "listen here girly I don't care what he does, the cabin boy needs to mind his own business, and so do you" he glares at me and puts his arms on either side of me and puts his claw close to my neck "how about you get down to your babysitter and do the dishes" "how about you take a breath mint!" I hold my nose and turn away "why you!" "now Mr.scroop you wouldn't hurt my flesh in blood would you?" I scoff and Mr.scroop backed off and grumbled under his breath "what was that" "no I won't hurt your little girl" I push past them and glare at sliver "your ADOPTED daughter my I add!" I push past the rest of the crew down to the kitchen.
I sit in the corner of the kitchen sitting area sharping my knife then look up seeing the crew coming in followed by sliver, "now.." I roll my eyes knowing what was coming. "What in the blazing hell were you idiots thinking!" "he was snooping where he wasn't supposed to" I heard scroop snarl as I roll my eyes, " he was moping the deck, and he's never been in space before and probably never seen a spider carb creature as ugly as yourself" I look at my knife then at scroop smirking "why you..." "scroop, stay clear of my daughter! is that clear?" he looks at me and I just start sharping the other side of my blade, "Christal captain" "now if we can just stick to the bloody plan things will go fine!" morph hid behind me looking at silver "you're scaring Morph silver" he cleared his throat "now I am going to make sure he has enough work so that he doesn't even have time to think, and I am gonna have my daughter personal get to know him when he has time off" "excuse me!" I look at him slamming my knife into the table "oh come on, do this for your dear pa" "ha what's in it for me huh?" I pull my knife out of the table then walked across it looking at him crossing my arms, "a friend, a free pass to get out of chores, or even a good reason to get a boyfriend!?, no I don't think so!" I point the knife to his neck "I am not gonna be your puppet in this plan! not again!" I put my knife away and pushed past the others going back up to the deck "we'll see Calla, we'll see" I look back at silver who was smiling shining his cyborg eye at me.
