After we had eaten everything, we started getting ready for my birthday party.
I wear a flowery blue jumpsuit that my mother offered me, Liza wears a white top and a tight skirt and Isa wears a burgundy monkey. We got our hair done and put on some makeup to make it stand out.
- We are fantastic! - Liza says looking at herself in the mirror.
- Ready to rock! - Isa completes.
- No one will be indifferent! - complete and we give a hug. - Thanks for everything girls, you are wonderful.
- And I'm not? - Leon says invading my room.
- Of course it is! You already know that you are wonderful and that you rock even in your pajamas. - I say going to hug my best friend.
- Congratulations, boring thing in my life.

- Ah, hello! I hadn't even noticed the loves in my life, how is that possible ?! - they roll their eyes at the same time.

They completely ignore my little drama and leave the room, leaving me totally alone. I look at myself in the mirror, trying to see if everything is perfect, finding no defects. I feel beautiful, as I never have. Undoubtedly, today I will rock.
I stay there for a few more minutes simply enjoying myself until Isa comes to call me saying that the guests have almost arrived. I warn her that I'm going to go downstairs, look at myself in the mirror one last time and head towards the stairs, seeing the room is basically full.
I calmly descend so as not to trip and fall to the ground, clumsy as I am, it was quite capable of that, but thank God everything went well. When I reach the bottom of the stairs, my sister comes to me, we talk for a while and he goes to friends, while I am greeted by the guests.
I was talking to Liza, Isa and Leon, excitedly, when I notice that Thomas is approaching. Thomas is a friend of my brother and he goes to my school, he has a thing for me, I must confess that I find him a joke, because he is handsome, attentive, friendly, being a true gentleman, but I never liked him the same way he likes me. He does everything he can to win me over, but I never managed to look at him in any other way than being a friend, even though we have stayed a few times. As soon as he arrives at me, he greets me with a kiss on the cheek.
- Hello, An! Congratulations! I hope you have a very happy day. You deserve it and you already know that if you want to make your day even better, I am available to cheer you up - Thomas says with a malicious smile.
- Hi, Thomas! Today I just want to enjoy the party. - He looks at me disappointed, but nods towards my brother.
- What did that one want? - Leon questions me, as soon as Thomas is far enough.
- I know you don't like him, but you don't need to worry about me, I know how to take care of myself and he just wanted to congratulate me.
- Know! It is not disliking him, but he does not know how to hear no, he is a mother's boy who only gives up when he has what he wants. In this case, what he wants is you.

I start playing a song that I like a lot, I pull my bests out onto the floor and we dance for a while, until we get tired and go and have a few drinks.
