This is the BL that you've been looking for folks. I'm already balls deep and invested in the story of the protagonists whose names I shall not mention. The author deserves accolades for standing out as one of the few writers on this app with perfect grammar and a writing style that sucker punches you with its beauty. It isn't one of those typical BLs were the ml is a cold block of ice - because God forbid I've had enough of emotionless gongs - so that's a huge plus point to me. The plot is fresh and we're already at a point where you know that the characters aren't cookie cutter cutouts that we keeping seeing in other novels. So yeah, Read this! won't regret it! Especially not the S-M-U-T! Woof woof bark bark!

This story is so well written and despite it's few chapters I am hocked. I really enjoy the interaction between MC and ML, as they started to care for each other. And their missions leaves me wondering what will happen next as the story progress. Nice work!!

Dear Author, All I can say is that, IT'S GOOD.. The writing quality is good.. If you have an editor, then it's understandable.. But if you don't have one, then you're on another level.. The first chapter alone will make your first time readers read more... The next few chapters get things more interesting.. I'm not a fan of BL novels but I'll wait for this novel to get more chapters..
I just started, but had to review. This novel is amazing. It is beautifully written and we are jumped right into the plot of the story. The characters are interesting and wonderfully realistic in Eastern Fantasy novel. You can already see the relationship between the friends (potentially more perhaps?) and the sacrifice needed. I love this novel and recommend it to everyone! Well done Author!!! Keep up the fantastic work!
As I promised you, I gave it a try. The start was a little rough for me, it was bacuse I’m just not used to read this kind of fantasy novels, but I’m glad that I didn’t stop follow Jealan and Wylen through their journey and saw them getting together! The smut was also very satisfying, thank you.

Here to review!! The writing style is crisp and very descriptive. A nuance that I have is that sometimes the use of metaphors can be a bit jarring, especially when it is overly verbose. While some scenes work very well if described so fluidly, I find myself lost in paragraphs upon paragraphs of heavy text and long sentence structures. You also tend to use passive voice over active voice a lot, which *can* deter from the scene since it sounds rather detached. An example of this would be during the smut scene with a bit too many conjunctions and adverbs. As poetic as the words are, some word choices can be a little off-putting (such as 'gyrating', 'ricochet'). Sometimes it can also come off as a little too much. Examples: 'swift as a riverside eel' = when in a sexy moment, it kind of made me chuckle! 'heavenly stars to dance behind closed eyelids' = poetic but too much? 'eyelashes would flutter open to gaze across the patch of space and bask in the tranquility' I would really, really love to read more dialogue between them (during the smut scene AND when they first got acquainted). Their personalities aren't too defined in the beginning chapters and their relationship took a very abrupt turn (which can be good if they're only into each other because of their looks). You described the two characters feeling a sort of affinity to each other solely because of the prophecy, but I didn't see much chemistry between them. This aside, it was a solid read! I really would love to see more of Jaelan and Wylen's dynamic~ Thank you for posting this!!
