Chapter 49: Big Time!

Samantha looked around her trying to find their youngest sister. "Where is Helen?" she asked.

Stephanie groaned. "She eloped with Peter, the son of mother's best friend, Valeria... I'm sure you know him!"

Samantha's eyes widened. "Well, that's not surprising since mother arranged the marriage with her best friend's son. But honestly, I thought that match-making won't last and Helen will be back in our house in no time, so I didn't pay much attention to it. But now they eloped, that's not surprising at all, considering that our sister is quite a beauty, any guy would be dumb to let her go," she said.

Stephanie sighed. "Honestly, I don't care if they eloped... unfortunately... the head of the Johnson family, father's friend, offered an arranged marriage for Helen to marry their blind son."

"Wow... that's a big-time! But how come it's Helen? Not you?" Samantha asked.
