Chapter 15: 15-Date Night-2/3
"What do you mean sweetheart?" Hina asks, not helping but wonder what her daughter could mean.
"If I started going out with a girl, what would you think?" Victoria asks
"Wait, who is this girl?" Hina asks
"A girl in my class, Mina Ashido," Victoria says
"*gasp* she name sounds like mine!. So long if she has a big heart and a good work ethic, then I couldn't ask for anymore then that" Hina says, hugging her daughter and shocking her at the same time as she was expecting for her mother to go in the opposite direction considering Hina's parents are well-known homophobes.
"Then you're going to be excited with what I have to tell you," Victoria says to her mother who pulls away from her daughter and looks at her with a face of anticipation, guessing immediately what she is about to say.
"You two are going on a date, aren't you!" Hina asks, almost jumping through the roof through visible excitement.
"We where, but she is coming over here instead of us going into town. I think having their daughter in one of her friend's houses will add a little more relief then both of us being out in the open" Victoria says.
"I agree, and this should help you two relieve the stress from today. OH! I need to go get some snacks and movies ready, what type of movies does she like?" Hina asks as she quickly rushes to the door, opening and stepping through most of the way while still keeping eye contact with her daughter.
"Thanks, mom, A selection of Dancing, Drama and Horror should do," Victoria says.
"ooohhh, I don't like Horror, but I'm sure we have some in the movie box," Hina says as she walks out of the room, leaving Victoria with a smile on her face.
In all the years she had known her parents, there where some things Victoria, despite her intelligence, couldn't figure out about people without asking. No matter the number of studies online she read, There will always be those who are unknowable in some aspects. She was happy that her mother approved, to say the least.
Suddenly, Erebus and Nima both step out of the shadows, Erebus having a curiosity about him while Nima stares at Victoria with what looks to be disappointment.
"Something the matter, Nima?" Victoria asks, catching Nima off guard as her Goddess wasn't even facing her direction, but she somehow knew she was being given a glare.
"So, y-your dating a girl in your class?" Nima asks as she grips her teeth in jealously, but not wanting to completely show through fear of possible judgement.
"Yes, she is quite the character hehe. Erebus probably saw her today, the one with the pink skin," Victoria says with a grin on her face.
Erebus raises his massive arm, scratching his chin, then remembering what Victoria is talking about as he has flashbacks.
"P-Pink," Erebus says
"Yes, that's right, your learning quick big guy," Victoria says as she gently hits Erebus on the arm, which he proceeds to do back but accidentally going a little too far with the hit, making Victoria catch his fist to stop him.
"Sorry, I should have guessed you would take that seriously. Erebus, nice and soft when we are in here ok, soft!" Victoria says as she easily holds back the giant's hand at bay with her own, nullifying the initial hit via 'Shock Absorption'.
"S-S-Sorry," Erebus says, taking back his hand and looking as though he has done something wrong.
"Goddess, may I ask you something?" Nima asks
"Please Nima, we are a family, speak freely," Victoria says as she turns to the first member of her bloodline.
"If I may ask, why can Erebus be exposed to sunlight but I can't?" Nima asks, giving Erebus a confused look on his face.
"I have a theory about that. Erebus has two different Quirks, one is 'Shock Absorption', and the other is 'Super Regeneration'. Like what happens with me, the Quirks of those who become Vampires become incredibly stronger to the point of it being strong enough to overcome previous weaknesses, or at least build a great resistance to them. Like how your condition was cured after you where turned" Victoria says, shocking even Nima who didn't realise that.
"So you're saying he can now walk in sunlight because it's healing faster then it can burn him?" Nima asks.
"Precisely, but Hamon is a different story, as it can hurt beings regardless if the wave is strong enough," Victoria says as she grabs Erebus's hand, sending a wave of crimson Hamon into only is hand and no further, vaporising it.
Erebus looks at what used to be his hand, but is now only a glowing stump.
"Sorry big guy, here, let me help you out," Victoria says as she uses her arm blade to slive off a slither of skin from Erebus's arm, ridding him of the part of his arm that was infected with Hamon, now allowing him to heal his hand back to normal in an instant.
"Your 'Hamon' and Arm Blade, there both s-so beautiful!" Nima says as she looks at Victoria's right hand which is emitting a beautiful but deadly looking crimson wave of Hamon, while her left arm's Light Blade is shining a light that would be strong enough to blind a normal person.
"Thank you Nima, your flattery is appreciated hehe," Victoria says as she walks over to the new blood vampire, dispelling her Hamon-covered right hand and placing it on her chin, then proceeding to kiss the girl as her face shoots a shade of crimson red.
Suddenly, the doorbell rings downstairs as Hina makes her way over to it, answering it to find a short, pink-haired and skinned girl standing there with a big smile on her face.
"Ah, you must be Mina, I have heard a fair bit from Victoria, please, come in sweetheart," Hina says as Mina practically hops into the house out of excitement, taking her shoes off and putting them in a neet pair facing the door, as is common courtesy in Japan.
"Victoria sweetheart, your date is here!" Hina calls upstairs, suddenly hearing footsteps up there, meanwhile making Mina blush a little by the idea of having a date with the most gorgeous woman she had ever seen.
"I will leave you two to it. Victoria is an even better cook than me so dinner should be quite a treat!" Hina says as she puts on her coat and picks up her handbag, ready to leave for what looks to be a night out.
As Hina walks out the door, Mina is distracted by her exit, so she didn't see Victoria make her way down the stairs and lean on the wall.
"Boo" Victoria says
"AHH!" Mina yelps as she has the soul scared out of her as she was not expecting the dead silence of the house to be broken so suddenly.
"Oh, it's just you, you scared the bejeebers out of me!" Mina says as she holds her hand over her chest.

"I like your outfit, I'm sorry I didn't seem to get ready, I hope the school uniform doesn't bother you," Victoria says as she gets a black scrunchie out of her pocket and does her hair up into a ponytail, meanwhile Mina gets a heavy feeling of butterflies in her stomach, as Victoria seems to be able to make a school uniform look sexy.
