I had no time to scream before I was dragged under the cold water; my buzzing high abruptly cut off, sobering me up.

I see him burst into the water and swim like a fish towards me, cutting the water with sharp arm movements.

IT'S A GIANT SQUIDthingy.

It looks like a squid...in shape. But those are definitely human faces. They're crying.. or just frozen in a crying face.

I can't believe I'm pulling this line, but SAVE ME, Benedictis! I'm just a normal baby human! I haven't lived long enough! There's too much on my bucket list!!

...Though you never said if this one was empty of full of weird and dangerous things, so that's my bad.. to be fair, I was drunk, and I still feel drunk. There's just a clarity I lacked previously.
Oh, hi Benny-ben-boo. Why are you pointing towards the humanoid squid thin...ohhhhh. Gotcha. Your gonna kill it. That's fine. It's not like I've got attached to the squid thing dragging me down to my death in the last two minutes. Nope. I totally want sushi right now. Not even gonna bother wondering if the faces are cannibalistic faces or just vegetarians. Nope, just gonna avoid salmonella. Yeah.
I don't make any sense, I know. I literally don't know what I'm doing with my life.
Le Gasp! Am I having a mental breakdown, and or, dare I say it, a young-life crisis??
I think I could be! And this is obviously the perfect time, body and mind, when we're goddess knows how deep in this surprisingly deep lagoon, haven't gotten air in over three minutes, so there's no new oxygen going into my brain, ergo, the current little brain fart, or diary entry, I'm having right now.
Oh. Air. Yay. Benedictis, you're the best.
It's not like I regretted kissing you the first time. Nope. The second time? Benedictis best be glad I need him otherwise he'd be kissing one of those squid faces.
But I needed air. And mouth to mouth is the best way, being so deep underwater.
Yeah.
Still drunk.

Well, I think that's enough for me and my air-lacking mind.
Why is it suddenly getting darker? Oh, I'm passing out? Good. I could probably use a nap. It's not like I'm going to suddenly go into shock and die of cardiac arrest in my sleep after basically drowning. Yeah. So unlikely. Grey's anatomy can suck it because Meredith lived. So I will. Yeah...Blackout drunk, that's a first for me.
