Chapter 24: 24

It was a Sunday, not just any random Sunday but the last Sunday of the month.

Ever since Soomin had met Haeun, it had been a sort of tradition that on the fourth Sundays of each month they would hang out with each other. From watching movies to climbing rocks, the two best friends have done it all with each other.

Both of them equally enjoyed the other’s presence and would always look forward for the next one when the current one ended.

Soomin had already warned Jacob that if he came around to look for her, she would not be present in her house on those days. This was a day only for her best friend and she loved every minute of it.

Soomin was shopping with Haeun in a local mall for the year-end college party, although it was spring now, the college calendar ended with March so they were really excited and hyped for the infamous party.

They were both shifting to a different store when she saw two very familiar figures walking inside the mall through the main gate.
