Chapter 2: Chapter Two
Ok, bad news and good news. The good news is I got as far as I can from Séries and the bad news is I do not know where on earth I am? I take my phone and open Google Maps. You might have thought that since I'm living in a kingdom it's the nineteen twenties, but guess what, it's the twenty-thirteen, and my kingdom is on thirty-thirteen tech.
So, technically, my phone is really high-tech compared to these guys' phones. I pin into my code and open the map. The red dot is me, and the blue dots are the kingdom's knights. If they come anywhere near me, I am notified and I run away from there.
As for now, they are still millions of miles away and I am in New York, USA. "Good" I mumble and look at the sunset, it's so beautiful, a genuine beauty. I didn't get to see this since I left the castle which has been five months.
A small smile crept on my lips and then I realized, it's the full moon today, shit. 'Ok, if you read Vampires and Werewolf books then you should know that on the full moon we Werewolf into wolf form. But I'm a Tribird, so I don't turn, I turn on my will.
Which is epic, I'm a wolf and Vampire and a witch, perfect! I just wish my parents would see that, honestly, it saddens me they are after me because they need my blood. What? oh, you thought they want to help me, well bomb drop, no.
They want my blood because my blood is a whole medical kit. Explanation, well four months ago my big sister Olivia died when someone stabbed her in the heart. After that, my mom and dad brought her back from the dead, but that ritual require my blood, till I die, which just sucks because from then my parents are after me to bring Olivia back, so she can rule the kingdom, except me, that is a Tribrid.
Now all you have to do is find a place to stay
This is going to be hard because here don't trust people super easily, nope! I just wish I can find a place to stay who doesn't know my secret because last time that became a problem, a big problem. This is why I have to make sure no one knows my actual name, who I'm, and especially what I have done because I don't want to scare these people away.
I take a deep breath and get a death grip on my bag. This is because I'm seriously nervous, a new life in which I am not Skylar Mistole, not a Tribird, and defiantly not a princess, I smile and look at my phone and I search for the nearest office where I could rent a place or stay with other people and one more thing. College, I always wanted a normal person like I see in the movies and series.
After ten seconds of that circling thing a name comes up, Lacasa Renting offices. Good, I hope this Lacasa girl has some suitable room for me, and if I am staying alone, then that's just fantastic, really no sarcasm involved.
After walking ten minutes, I reach a building called Lacasa renting an office. I look down at my phone and see one more thing, it's a five-star place but right now it's now its really empty, weird.
What if she is also a person who is helping your parents, but not a knight?
Your right, I have to be careful. I enter the building and head upstairs, but after checking if there were cameras in the staircase. Nope, no cameras in sight.

Thanks. I pull my hoodie up and head up to the third floor, where it is said that her office is. When I make it I look at my phone for other direction, where to go next. "Here" a soft but deep voice calls and I look up from my phone. "Hello?" I question and she comes closer.
She's danger
I know, I can sense it. She comes close and holds her out. "Hi, I'm Lacasa, this is my office," she says and I shake her hand. "Hi, I am Aviva Marish," I say confidently. "Really, Aviva Marish, your aunt's name, excepted," she says and without losing a second she attacks me. "Wow, my parents are really on to me, huh?" I ask and she laughs. "Yep, now come with me in peace or in pieces" she threatens and I giggle.
"Oh, you're doing a big mistake threatening, tell have any of those knights who went for come back till now," I ask and she gulps. "Look lady right now I just need a house and no fights, so please just cooperate, or else what happened to those knights will happen to you," I say and smirk.
"Confidence, huh?" she asks, and I smirk. "Yep," I say and jump behind her, taking her by surprise. "Now, where were we," I say, and she growls. "Oh, you're a wolf," I say and spot the ring in her hands. She's not a wolf, she's a defenseless human who got caught in my mom's magic web, so I can't hurt no matter what.
"Ok, listen, just do me a favor and taker the ring off," I say calmly and she turns into a wolf. Great, just great. "Ok, now that's going to be tough" I mumble and she comes for me. I grab her paws and start wrestling her.
"I know what happened to you I can help you please I know the real you is inside there, please," I say and she throws me the wall. Ouch, yep Deamon was right getting fly through the place hurts.
You can't just block, attack
No, I can't hurt another innocent, no way, no how. "Please, I have been there. Just think about your friends and their expectation," I say and she stops. "Your family, the people who are waiting for you come back home, those hugs and those moments do you want to end all that because you gave up," I say and carefully approach her.
Suddenly she shuts her eyes and looked like she was fighting with herself. "There you go, keep it up and no one hurts you," I say and zap in front of her. I carefully take her both paws and search for the ring.
I find the ring and take it out of her finger carefully, so all that extracting of power doesn't harm her. After I took the ring off her finger, she faints in exhaustion and I smile. I am finally being a good person.
One step at a time Sky
Yep, one step at a time, not the whole staircase at once. I smile and pick the lady up, taking her to her office. After two hours she wakes up and doesn't remember a thing. "Oh, hi how may I help and I am so sorry for falling asleep in the middle of my work," she says just as she wakes up and I smile.
"Two questions, why is this place so empty and can I get a house for rent," I ask and she laughs. Hey, making someone laugh is kind of fun and reveling. "This place is really empty because of the time, it's ten in the night so I didn't expect someone to come this late, but yes you can get a house," she says and I smile.
"What's your name, sweetheart," she asks and I smile. "Why did you call me sweetheart, not that I have a problem, but isn't it odd for someone who you don't know?" I ask and she laughs. "Aww, sweetie, it's because you have a heart of gold for a young child," she says, and tears come in my eyes.
"Really?" I ask and she nods. "Thank you," I say and she smiles. "Your welcome, now for your house, oh there's one, I hope you don't mind roommates," she asks and I shake my head. "Then this house is going to be perfect for you, and on the bonus, he's in your age range," she says and my eyes shot up. "He?" I ask and she nods. "I hope you don't have a problem," she says and I shake my head. Well then, here you go" she says and writes the address on a piece of paper. "Thank you," I say and take the paper. "Your welcome" she smiles and I get out of the office.
Looks like you have to deal with another Deamon.

Ok, whoever my roommate is a really deep sleeper no doubt. I have been knocking for the last ten minutes and there is not a single sign of him. Suddenly a long shadow comes behind the door and I sign in relief. Just as the door open I stay awestruck. there was a boy with blonde hair and green eyes, with ripped jeans and no shirt.
"Uh… hello?" he questions and I come back on earth. "Um… Hi, I am Aviva Marish and I am your new roommate" I say and put my hand out. "Hi, Xavier Alluran and I have a sister too, but she isn't here, so you can sleep there for now. After she comes we'll think about what to do" he says and moves from the front.
I drop my hand awkwardly and just take a deep breath. "So, you're a deep sleeper, sorry for waking you up" I apologize and he chuckles. It was the cutest and sweetest laugh on earth. "If you think that's deep, wait till you see my sister's," he says and I smile.
"So, where are you coming from," he asks, and I was surprised. "Um… Canada" I say and he turns to me, raising an eyebrow. "Canada?" he asks amused and I nod. "Ok, anyway I and Livia don't have family, our parents died in a car crash," he says with a sense of sadness.
"Hey, you didn't have to tell me you know," I say, and he smiles. "I know, but Livia would have said with an even sadden voice, so it's better I told about and what about you?" he asks and my smile turns upside down.
"My parents hate me because I'm different, so I ran away," I say and he comes close. "Are you a lesbian?" he asks and my face turns red. "Because if you are then my sister wouldn't like you," he says and moves away. I cover my face and he laughs.
"Relax, I was kidding," he says, but I don't lookup. "Hey, I didn't mean to hurt you," he says and I feel him coming close. "Um… Aviva?" he questions and I pick a pillow up. just as he was close enough, I slam it on his face. "Hey" he yells and takes the pillow off his face. "Let me ask you a question Xavier, are you gay," I ask and he gets up. "Humm, my game on me, you'll pay" he yells and grabs a pillow.
Maybe this could go a little different
"Ok, I'm dead once in for all," I sign of exhaustion and defeat. "Good, because play anymore either," he says, and I laugh. "A brave soldier never backs out from a fight," I say in my dad's tone and he laughs.
"Fuck that rule and I am no soldier," he says and I laugh too. "Anyway, tell me more about yourself," I ask and he rolls on his back. "I am Xavier Alluran and I love football. I study at Barnard College and I have a sister, her name is Livia," he says and I smile.
"Ok, your turn," he quickly says and I smile. "My name is Aviva Marish, and I love writing, I love writing poems and stories of Animals, I had a sister, her name was Olivia and I loved her with all my heart but now she's the reason for my current situation," I say and he laughs.
"What did poor Olivia have to do with your fate," he says and I grin. "There's a lot you don't know," I say, and he comes close. "Then tell me," he whispers and I lock my eyes with his. "I can't I am sorry," I say and a tear comes down on my cheek.
"Hey, it's ok you don't have to tell me if you don't," he says quickly and wipes the tear off my face. "No, it's my fault, I am just so weak," I cry and bring my knees to my chest. "Hey, you're not weak, if you would be weak then you would have never had the courage to run away, and come here," he says and I look at him.
"Really?" I ask like a little child asking if she's pretty or not. "Yes, now please get up and go to sleep," he says softly and I crash my body with his. "Thank You" I whisper and he smiles. "Your welcome" he replies and I close my eyes feeling safe and forgetting all my problems.
