Chapter 26: His heart is mine
SHAWNA'S POV:
His kingdom was indeed bigger and stronger than ours, and also his father and mother are wise kings and queens. They did not show off their powers as they ruled the kingdom with grace and love just like their children. The people here seemed happy. Our country was stronger for grandma, but dad is alone without a queen in his beside, which had affected his status and his mental health too. I can now understand why the queen is equally important as the king in a kingdom, she gives strength to him while he is busy ruling the kingdom.
Nevertheless, My father had never been discouraged towards his responsibilities but I am sure he misses mom very much. I wished if mom was here she would have hugged me too as Priam's mother did. She would have been proud of me too... I would have told her all that was going on inside me.
A drop of tear escaped from my eyes, with the thought of her. I heard someone knocks at my door as I turned around to find his mom standing with a wide smile on her face, I quickly wiped my tears and welcomed her with a smile. I asked-" You could have asked for me... queen..."
She didn't let me finish when she hugged me, and I won't lie, I felt the warmth of a mother in her arms, unknowingly I tightened the hug while keeping my head on her shoulder. She said while patting my head slowly-" Priam told me about you everything and I want you to know that I am always there for you as your mother. "
She broke the hug and look into my eyes before saying-" I have always wanted a daughter of mine, but his father told me that we should focus on our sons for now and probably wait until they bring our daughters as his wife."
I felt my face burning in shyness while hearing this. I blinked my eyes a few times as I processed what she meant by that. I have never imagined she would tell like this. Even though we are not sure of ourselves, but she didn't hesitate. She looked at me and chuckled and said-" well, I am very happy to meet you princess Parshawna, I could feel he didn't make any mistake.". She kissed my forehead with a smile.
I was confused to understand what she said and soon after some time when I understood her meaning I blushed hard.
She added-" You are cute as well as pretty. Now come down and have lunch with us okay? Hope you are comfortable here?'
I nodded while giving her a warm smile. She left and I sighed in relief thinking how I was blushing at her words but very words were giving me hundred of butterflies in my stomach. I bit my lower lips as I tried to stop blushing all over again.
I came down and we had lunch together while I was happy to see how welcome they were having us while everyone was laughing and giggling at the table.
King Nashall said while chewing his food-" You know, I was thinking of my young days when I went to WitchWard Wizards School for the first time. Those were amazing days, I made so many friends but it became wonderful until I found his mother, my queen, Kellneir. She was the innocent and the prettiest lady I have seen so far and on the first meeting, I had fallen for her so hard that I thought to make her my only queen. At the time of war when I had to leave, I confessed and she accepted my confession. Without her being by my side I would have never thought to come so far." He looked at the queen who was blushing at his words as she hit his arms playfully.
Priam replied-" You are obsessed with mother dad!!!" He rolled his eyes at them as he started eating his food.
We laughed at his words when His father replied smilingly-" Well, who wouldn't, I cannot lose the most pretty girl to any other right? And you and William are the amazing examples of our beautiful love my dear" He playfully winked looking towards the queen when she shyly hit his chest signing that they were around us.
I chuckled at their cute behaviors. They looked happy and in love. Their love can be seen in their behavior.
The King said looking at Priam-" Son, being the firstborn of Willboard, and being my son, I want you to have the same love and respect for your future wife, understood?"
He almost choked at his food when suddenly his father said that. He scoffed as he smiled while looking away and suddenly his eyes met mine, I froze at the spot when he smirked and winked at me. Thank god nobody saw us. Like father, Like son!!!. I nodded in disbelief.
Queen Kellneir said while shyly smiling-" Honey calm down we are around the kids."
Junnie asked in-between -" But Who is William?"
Priam said-" Oh he is my..."
Before he completed his words a voice replied-" I am his brother, Younger brother"
We looked in the direction the voice came from and saw a tall handsome boy was standing while smiling towards us, he was much alike Priam, only his eyes and hair were blond apart from Priam. He came towards us smiling and greeted us. He hugged Priam with a smile when I can understand they were pretty close to each other.
I could see Junnie was almost drooling at his amazing figure while brad pinched her in hands to take her back in time. I and Jenny smiled looked at her while she shyly looked down. The lunch was fun while talking and laughing like a big family. Like always I wanted for myself. Looking at Priam I never knew he was from this big kingdom, he never had any proud mark for his belongings while he has this aura of a wise, humble, and great prince.
JUNNIES'S POV:
I was amazed by his looks, he look so fine and handsome, not that I was drooling on him, but yes I admired his beauty when someone pinched me on my hands and I turned around while with a frown to see Brad glaring at me. I gulped looking at his cold face and immediately looked down. I can hear Shawna and Jenny laughing at me. While the Lunch ended Shawna came to me and asked with a playful smirk-" Seems that you like prince William!!"
I looked at her immediately and nodded my head several times in a no when Jenny replied-" Come on Junnie, Don't you dare to lie, We saw how you were drooling over him"
I replied with wide eyes-" N- no I d-didn't"
Suddenly a voice came from my behind saying-" Hello Junnie, Nice to meet you"
I turned around to see Prince William standing near me while having a wide smile on his face"
I said in a low voice while tucking my hair behind my ears-" H-hello"
He said with a big smile-" Do you want a tour to our palace?". He raised his eyebrows.
I looked at him with my eyes wide not sure what to answer him, I turned around to look for Brad, and found him staring at me already. His gaze was making my knees weak. I don't want to upset William by being rude, also I don't want Brad to be upset but wait, why would he be upset? He doesn't have any feelings for me anyway, and besides, I have the right to make friends. I was still debating while Shawna replied on behalf of me suddenly making me shocked-" Sure, she would love to, She was telling me earlier that she wanted to look around"
He smiled and forwarded his hands towards me asking for my hands in return, I hesitate a bit but gave him my hand anyways while he gladly accepted it and pulled me towards the hall showing me the palace with a proud and smile on his face.
He held my hands tightly while explaining the wings of the palace. He said-" that is King's chamber and besides that our mothers. The upstairs in the north wings is Priam's room and see there the west side with the view of the waterfall is mine. Do you want to go to see the waterfall?" he excitedly asked me while he looked at me. I slowly nodded my head agreeing to him, He pulled me with him while going away from the hallways towards his room, I turned around and saw Brad was gritting his teeth while looking at me angrily.
What is wrong with him? Why is he behaving like this? I shrugged off the thoughts as he pulled me and I followed him thinking to enjoy the time. We stopped at his window as he showed me the view of the waterfall which was amazing from up there. A gasp escaped from my mouth while admiring the beauty.
Suddenly he turned me around and his eyes met mine, his eyes were charming with lots of love in them. He smilingly asked-" Junnie, I like to be straightforward. I like your company, Do you want to see me again?"
I was lost in his eyes for a second when he asked me that. My heart skipped a beat when he confessed to me. I was feeling so happy but deep down I still loved only Brad. How I wished he would confess to me like this.
Suddenly we both flinched when we heard notice from behind, We quickly turned in that direction when I noticed a glass was fallen on the floor and someone is walking away hanging his head low. I squeezed my eyes a little to see the clear picture of the person, I gasped when I realized it was no other than Brad.
Was he here? Did he hear his confession? Why did he walk away like that? I have to talk to him. I quickly turned towards William who looked a bit confused when I spoke-" I am sorry if I am being rude, I too like your company but only as a friend. I have already someone at my heart. I-I am sorry prince"
I could see his face getting down, I felt sad but I ran away from there.
PRIAM'S POV:
Junnie left from there, When I, Shawna, Jenny, and John came out smiling towards William. He smiled at us to give us a satisfied smile that our plan had finally worked. I knew Brad had liked Junnie for a long time now, but he is scared to accept it, we had no choice to make him jealous and sad to finally confess to her.
I said-" Good work brother" while patting his shoulder.
William replied-" Don't forget your promise, you have to make sure, that Tiara would be my wife in the future.
I smiled and replied-" Don't worry brother we both will get our love for sure" I said while looking at Shawna to which she immediately turned red while blushing hard. I like to tease her so much. I like the way she blushes for me.
Jenny said while rolling her eyes-" My brother is a real fool!!!"
John chuckled and replied -" So you mean are you intelligent in this?"
She looked at her with a poker face when John smiled playfully before saying-" Now we have one last thing to do"
Shawna asked-" What?"
I replied-" To make sure they stay together tonight and solve their issues"
We walked towards the room where Junnie followed Brad. I used the spell to lock the door until the morning while casting a spell-"Cincinno"
The door locked and we walked away as we know what is going to happen.
BRAD'S POV:
I was so mad right now, that I would tear the guy apart. How dare he touch her? and confess to her? Uggghhh I can not take it anymore. Yes, I fucking love her. I was not sure of it but now I am. But she already forgot the love she had for me and... I looked back as I heard someone's footsteps.
I turned around when I saw Junnie come into my room running. She was panting as she was out of breath. I looked at her with disbelief and asked-" What are you doing here?"
She replied while catching her breath-" Why did you run away?"
I replied-" This is not an answer to my question"
She said-" well, you never answered any of mine, so..."
I said while looking away-" Go to your prince, he might be looking for you"
She stopped for a while as she asked-" are you perhaps jealous?"
I looked at her with my eyes wide and replied-" J- Jealous? Why would I be?". I looked away to hide my flushed face.
" Then why do you care? why do you care what he said? and why did you walk away? why did you save me? why did you take care of me?". She asked e aggressively as she came towards me and hold my collar. She was crying as she was asking me these questions.
I stood there like a stupid not understanding what to reply to her. She was right!!! I was Jealous.
She started crying while saying-" I am so sick of you, Every time I want to come towards you, you pushed me away. why? Just because your parents didn't work out doesn't mean everyone is the same, Brad. I love you and I still do, every bit of my heart is yours, and I never have been away from your thought ever. But you never gave me any chance..." she started crying more. My heart ached to look at her like that. I know she is right and I am ready to give us a chance now.
But she said then-" But now, I am tired. Not from loving you, but to make you understand how much I love you. proving my love for you. You know what I will walk away from here now, and will never look at you again. I will forget what I feel and will move on, until..."
I smashed my lips into hers while taking her into my arms. I cannot control my emotions anymore and I cannot let her walk away from me anymore.
JUNNIE'S POV:
I was a crying mess, from his constant dominance and rejection I could take it no more and decided to walk away from him and forget the feeling I have for him back to the old days when he was just my friend. But suddenly I stopped at my thought when I felt his soft pair of lips over mine. I froze at my spot forgetting what to do at the moment. Oh my god, is this happening for real?
My heart started beating so fast that I think he can hear my loud heartbeat. Butterflies started dancing all over me. He kissed me slowly yet passionately making me melt under his arms. His one hand was on my waist pulling me closer towards him giving absolutely no space between us, while his other hand are on my neck caressing it to calm me down.
He noticed my condition and broke the kiss as he didn't feel me kissing him back, looking at me he said while whispering as he rested our foreheads on each other-" I love you Junnie"
I have waited to hear those words for so long, I closed my eyes while tears were running down from my eyes, he gently wiped my tears with his thumb as he kissed me again, this time he was aggressive and was full of lust. I was still in shock to reply to his kiss, so he bit my lower lips to make me gasp while he enters his tongue in my mouth. He was exploring my mouth while biting and sucking my lips, I gave in and kissed him back pouring my all love for him. It felt so magical.
We broke the kiss after some time to catch our breath while keeping our heads together.
I looked at his eyes and it was full of love and lust, my heart skipped a beat seeing his lustful eyes but I didn't hesitate to give myself into him anymore.
