Chapter 18: Ch 17 - Slow Down, Girls! Pt. 2
Roboco led the way, and we rode a taxi. I proposed to pay for the fare, since I wanted her to save more money. Besides, it's a "gentleman"'s obligation to treat the lady right, right? Sigh...well, even if I wasn't, I'd still pay for the fare, since I know I probably have more money than how much Roboco's carrying right now.
So, while we were being taken to our destination, I looked at Roboco.
"So, feel safer?"
"Y-Yeah…" Roboco said while looking down and holding her other hand as her right thumb stroked her right thumb's knuckle.
'Ah...she's anxious. Can't really blame her.' I sweat dropped.
I mean, I'm still sorta scared to go back to the Philippines, 'cause I might accidentally meet my 2nd ex there. Eurgh, the thought of it gives me the shivers.
"What's wrong? You seem a bit uneasy." I asked.
"W-Well...I guess you could say I'm still thinking as to what might happen if I ever meet him…"
"...Sigh, don't worry, Roboco. I'll make sure to protect you. Don't you worry." I said.
"B-But do you think protecting me will be enough?"
"Probably not, but it's better than nothing."
"I-I see…"
"Oh, and also, just remember…" I chuckled.
"Hmm?"
"I'm your boyfriend for today. He's not yours anymore. So please, cling to me as much as you want, and give me your love."
She blushed a bit and widened her eyes.
"I-I thought we're just acting...!!"
"We are. Did you seriously not get what I meant? I'm basically saying, let's ACT like we're boyfriend and girlfriend to keep him away."
"O-Oh…phew!"
I sighed.
"Forgive my wording. I sometimes forget I'm an actual Japanese person. I'm too influenced by western culture."
"Y-Yeah…"
Me and her finally arrived, and we went inside the shop. The shop was quite small. There were a few customers here dining in, but it's a small shop. Something resembling an underground eatery, but it's not. It's like those eateries that can be found if you go into some alleyways, and it has that real old-school style to it. This was just found at the side of the street though.
"Welcome, dear customers! How may I serve you?" The guy said behind the counter.
"I'd like to have 2 servings of beef for myself. Take-out please." Roboco said.
"I'll have the same thing she's having too, please. Mine is take-out too."
"Alright! Please sit there for a while as I make your order!" He said.
'Oh wow, that was fast.' I thought to myself.
"Well, how about we take a seat, Roboco?" I asked.
"Un."
We both went to a bench for now that the restaurant marks as the "waiting area", and we sat down.
I looked at Roboco's hands and eyes, seeing her still stroking her left thumb's knuckle, but this time, she's frowning a bit more.
"Hey, Roboco."
"H-Hmm? What is it?"
"Let me ask you something."
"O-Okay."
"You asked me a favor to accompany you, right?" I asked.
"Un."
"You also seem a bit uneasy." I said as I looked her in the eyes.
She widened her eyes a bit and looked away. She still stroked her left thumb's knuckle while this was going.
"Is there something else bothering you? Or...did you just decide to keep one reason to yourself as to why you brought me here?"
"...N-No-"
"I can tell if a person is lying, Roboco. Answer me honestly." I said for 2 reasons.
1: Generally, I can tell if a person is lying. 2: Even if I can't, this can intimidate the person, tricking them into thinking you're a walking lie detector.
Though, I do have a few things in mind as to why Roboco's acting like this.
"...W-Well…" She said while stopping her right thumb from stroking her left thumb, and proceeded to hold her left hand.
"Could it be that…you're overthinking? Maybe you're trying to use me as a distraction to keep your mind away from him?"
"...Y-Yes." She said while looking down.
"Sigh...Roboco, I'mma admit something." I said as I straightened my back and looked at the people eating at their tables.
"H-Hmm?"
"Sometimes...there are things we can't control. We just run away from it. Hell, if better, we just want it obliterated out of existence…"
I looked at her.
"However, the more we run away from it, the more it'll consume us." I chuckled.
"Funny, right? The more we stay away from fear, the more it'll make us live in fear."
I held her shoulder, but in a soft way. Not like before where I did it to convince her. I did this just to reassure her, and know that I'm willing to help her in this.
"I don't know what stage you're in in terms of griefing, but I bet it's still around the bargaining or depression stage. Nonetheless...I want you to do exactly what I said before when I was in your room. Take it one step at a time. Slowly accept the fact things are how they are now. It'll start to become a memory of the past and you'll be happier that way."
"...I don't mean to offend, but...why are you still covering your face with your mask if you said to 'accept how things are'?"
"Heh. Well, I'm a hypocrite, aren't I?"
I breathed out.
"This is an exception though, since I'll look weird, but aside from that...I did fear a lot of things before while I was growing up. It just became a matter of accepting that that's the case."
The first time seeing dead bodies of men, the first time holding a gun, the first time getting into a relationship, the first time going out to the streets, the first time going to an actual rap battle...all of these things made me scared to try it, but in the end, it wasn't as scary as I thought it would've been.
"Don't worry, Roboco. I'll be here by your side if you need me. Just tell me if you're being uncomfortable, and I'll be here to comfort you or give advice."
Roboco looked at me with her eyes looking like a person who was amazed at something.
I put my hand around her waist and pulled her closer, making her yelp.
"S-Shiro-kun...?!"
"Just for today, I'll make an exception for my misogyny…" I sighed.
"You better not piss me off, my dear girlfriend." I chuckled.
Roboco looked at me for a while, before giggling and covering her mouth a bit with her right hand.
"I'll keep that in mind...dear boyfriend."
I smirked and chuckled.
"That's more like it."
We finally got our order, and got out of the shop as we heard the lively traffic of Japan. And of course...
"Man, it's kinda hot right now." Roboco said, using her left hand to fan her face.
"Yeah, no shit." I said as I grabbed my collar and flapped it back and forth to make my body less hot.
"Say, it'd be a waste if we just came for food only. Wanna go and get a drink? Maybe iced tea?"
"Hmm? It's okay?"
"Don't worry, we're not that far from the school anyway for my singing and dancing sessions, so it's okay. Besides, I guess I could get myself some sugar for my body…" I breathed out as I released my collar.
"Y-Yeah! I want myself some chocolate!"
"Sure, I'll get myself some mango. Oh, and by the way, it's all on me, so no need to pay for it, Roboco."
"S-Seriously? Do you even have enough money after paying our fare?"
"Of course. Haven't you seen Rushia's clip about when she talked about me?"
"N-No…"
"Well, nevermind that, just know that I brought a lot of money with me, so please, let me treat you."
"O-Okay…"
We went to a tea shop, got our orders, and we went to a nearby park. There weren't a lot of people, so me and her can have peace and quiet. We sat at a bench where it was covered by a tree, so we had shade too from the immense heat.
I got her chocolate, and I got myself mango. Of course, I didn't drink immediately. I could've wore a hoodie, but I knew we were gonna be somewhere that had a bathroom, so...not too much of a problem, I guess.
"Hrmm...! So tasty...!" She said while grabbing her cheek.
"Yeah." I chuckled.
I looked down at my tea, seeing the contents inside the cup I had that also had a straw.
"Say, Shiro-kun."
"Hmm?"
"You had 2 ex-girlfriends before, right? You rapped about it the first time you came here?"
"Ah, yeah. What about it?"
"Mind telling me details?"
I frowned a bit, in a way where I did kind of groan, making Roboco widen her eyes a bit.
"W-What's wrong?"
"Ah, nothing. It's just that…"
I thought back to my moments with my 2nd ex-girlfriend, where we did a lot of stuff together, especially sexual stuff...
"Um...I don't know. There's a lot of things me and my 2nd ex-girlfriend did before that's a bit...personal, so I can't tell you that. I can kind of tell you what happened with my 1st girlfriend though."
"Eh...? Well then, mind telling me about your 1st girlfriend?"
I looked down and chuckled a bit while smiling.
"She was kind...very beautiful...she looks a bit like you, but...definitely an eye-catcher. She had blue eyes, and had black hair...We spent quite a lot of time when we met up at a park like this."
"Hmm? A park?"
"Yeah...I met her when I was roaming around the city, just as a past hobby. One time, there was a girl who was in a park, watching something on her phone under a tree."
"Oh?" She said as she took a sip of her tea from her straw.
"I was curious, and asked her what she was doing. Later on, I decided to watch along with her at the park. We had a very good time...and we both fell in love with each other."
"Aww, that's so sweet of you!"
"Well, I wasn't born misogynistic, you know? I was made into one...anyway, continuing on, it was around 4:30 PM. And we sat at the bench of the park. At that time, not a lot of people were around anymore, and we both got our own private time, like we are right now. We confessed our feelings for each other. You know...I thought she was really beautiful, and she thought I was really kind and handsome."
"I can see that from your eyes." Roboco giggled.
"Heh." I let out a short chuckle.
"Well...we did that...and boom! We became girlfriend and boyfriend!"
"That's rather fast...from just day one, you both got together."
"Mhmm. And we exchanged contact details on LINE, and we both chatted each other when we got home. I almost went past my bedtime because of her."
We both giggled.
"Wow, you really were in love, huh?"
"Yeah...I loved her a lot…"
I sighed.
"We decided to have a date the day after, so we slept, I got ready, told my mom I'm going out, she kissed me goodbye, and I felt like I was the happiest kid in the world. I got myself the most beautiful girlfriend that a man could ever ask for...but then...around the same time as the day before, we…"
"Hmm?"
"...Well, Roboco, are you aware of my past job?"
"Hmm? No. I haven't seen anything about it yet."
'Hmm...Rushia and the others did a good job not telling anybody about my past job.'
"Well, it's better if you don't know it. But anyway...let's just say that she was too sensitive."
"Hmm? Like what?"
"...I won't tell the exact details, so I'll leave it up to your imagination. I did quite a lot of stuff back then...some stuff that a normal person couldn't do...and when I told her the stuff I did, she didn't like that."
"E-Eh...?"
"Yeah...it was because of our differences that we broke up. Heh. It's funny, isn't it? Our relationship lasted for a day only. She broke up with me only because of the stuff I had to do before."
"I see...that's too sad…"
"Well, now that a lot of time has passed, I don't really miss her that much now." I chuckled.
"T-That's kinda cold." Roboco giggled nervously.
"Is it...?" I said as I looked at her.
"I mean...the fact that you don't miss her as much...I mean, I get it, but...the way you said it sounds like you'd rather leave her out in the wild, no offense."
"Well...I guess you could say that my standards for women changed over the years." I breathed out.
I stood up and arranged my shirt a bit to make it neater.
"I'll be drinking my tea in the bathroom real quick, Roboco. Stay here, okay?" I said.
She nodded.
"Is it because of your mouth?" She asked.
I nodded.
"I see...I feel sorta bad, but please take care while you're in the bathroom."
"Un. I hope nothing happens to you." I said as I went to the bathroom.
~~Roboco's POV~~
I looked at Shiro-kun who was going to a nearby bathroom in the park, and I looked forward again.
"He's a rather kind guy, isn't he...?" I giggled.
'...Too bad he doesn't like women that much anymore...I hope he'll come back to normal soon.' I said as I took a sip of my drink.
I closed my eyes and breathed out as I leaned back on the bench.
"'Ex-girlfriend', huh...?" I said as I looked up while still keeping my eyes closed.
'I wonder what he did with his 2nd ex-girlfriend that he had to keep it to himself?' I thought.
"...Well, whatever the case, Shiro-kun is a self-proclaimed misogynist...I wonder if I can do something to help him...?" I said to myself while smiling and chuckling.
"...Well well well, look how I coincidentally met." I heard a familiar voice of a man...a man that I just broke up with this morning.
I gasped and opened my eyes as I looked forward, seeing 3 guys. One of them was familiar.
"Heh, so this is your ex-girlfriend, huh, Kaito?" Guy 1 said.
"Yup."
"Damn, you've been keeping a fine girl. I'm jealous...!" Guy 2 said.
"N-No…" I said to myself.
'S-Shiro-kun...help...wait, no...! He's in the bathroom! I can just run there and-' My thoughts got cut off as my ex-boyfriend got closer and I yelped.
"She's still as beautiful as the day I lost her…" He said as he put his hands on my cheek, and I yelped more.
'I-It's useless...he's got me...I can't escape now...if I fight back, they're gonna gang up on me...!' I thought in my mind.
"Still fresh...a virgin...and ironically, a slut." He said as he stroked my hair.
'S-Shiro-kun...! I couldn't get away...! What should I do...? Unlike you, I don't know how to fight...!' I thought as I clenched my hands and closed my eyes.
"...Well, you guys do you with her. I don't really care what happens to her anymore."
"Sweet!" His 2 friends said as they both sat to my left and right.
'I-It's over...I really can't escape now...! Wait, now that I think about it...there was one time I asked him about his friends, and he kind of avoided it...the 2nd time I asked him, he said that he had some, but didn't tell me what they did…'
So this is it...this is what my ex-boyfriend was hiding...when did he become like this...?
'Shit. I just can't sit here. I need to escape. I can't let Shiro-kun do all the work right now.' I thought
"Hey, what up, hottie?" His friend to my left said.
"N-Nothing…m-m-much."
"Ohohoho...! She does sound quite innocent. I'll give her that." His friend to my right said.
'...I got my bag here. All I need to do is to look for a way to escape...left or right...?' I thought.
"Hey, why are you looking left and right a lot, miss?" The guy to my left said as he grabbed my left arm.
I widened my eyes.
'S-Shit...! No...!' I thought as I sat back down.
Crap! Now I can't escape anymore! Grr...! Their strength is too strong for a girl like me...!
"Now...tell us, what's your name?" The guy to my left asked.
"..." I groaned and kept silent for about 5 seconds.
'The best I can do now is to wait for Shiro-kun…' I thought.
"...Hey, I asked what's your name? What is it?"
"...M-My name…"
"Hmm? Your name...?" He asked.
"Missy, I ain't got time to mess around. We're getting impatient." The guy to my right said as he grabbed my chin and faced it towards him.
"Grr…" I slightly groaned as he grinned.
"Now, c'mon...! Tell us your name, please?" He asked in a soft tone.
"...M-...My name-"
"Oi, you guys." I heard behind me.
The 3 looked at him while I smiled widely and looked behind me.
"S-Shiro-kun!" I said.
~~Shiro's POV~~
"Roboco, who are these guys?" I asked.
"T-This guy standing here is my ex!" She said as she instantly got her bag and ran towards me as she got out of the bench.
She instantly pounced at me and wrapped her arms around me, letting me feel some warmth and softness on my stomach, and vibrations through my chest.
"T-The other 2 guys are his friends…" She said as she dug her face into my chest.
I put my hand on her head and patted it.
"I'm here now, don't worry." I said.
I looked at the 3 guys, and I gave them a strong stare while still patting Roboco's head.
"I don't intend to hurt anybody today, so if you guys could just back the fuck off, and leave her alone for the REST OF YOUR LIFE...then nothing bad happens…"
"...Heh. Alright, 'tough guy'." Roboco's ex-boyfriend said as he giggled, making the other guys giggle too as they stood near him.
"Well, guys. Let's go. I got bored anyway. Let's go do something more interesting." He said as he went somewhere.
"Yeah!" His friends said as they went away.
I saw a couple people in my peripheral view looking at us, and I sighed.
"Roboco…"
"I-I was scared, Shiro-kun...thank you for saving me." She said as she faced to her left while still hugging me.
"Heh. I just came here because I suddenly saw 3 guys beside you."
I frowned a bit and clenched my teeth a bit.
"It was my mistake. I shouldn't have left you."
"Nah…"
She looked up to me.
"Did you enjoy your tea there in the bathroom, at least?"
"Yeah…" I lied to her.
'It was the right call to consume that iced tea fast and not enjoy it in the bathroom. Otherwise, who knows what would happen to Roboco?'
"So...should we go home now?" I asked.
"Yeah...let's go back!" Roboco said.
"Great. I hope you had a good time today before our 'date' got interrupted."
"Yeah. I had a very wonderful time with you, Shiro-kun...!"
I giggled.
We went inside a taxi, and the driver started taking us back to the school. We put our lunch to Roboco's left side.
As the driver drove us back to the school, Roboco kept clinging to me. Like, she kept pressing her chest against my arm while wrapping her right arm around my left arm.
"You're clinging quite a lot, Roboco."
"S-Sorry...should I stop?"
"Well...I guess I don't mind." I sighed and chuckled.
"...Say, I got a question, Shiro-kun. Just a stupid one."
"Hmm?"
"...Did your 2nd ex used to cling like this?"
When I heard that, I instantly recalled a memory where me and my 2nd ex watched Netflix in her house, when her parents were gone. She clung to me exactly like this.
"...Yeah." I smiled and giggled.
"I see…" She said as she rested her head on my shoulder.
I looked at Roboco and sighed.
"Have a good lunch when we get back."
"Un. You too." Roboco said.
We finally arrived back at the school, and went inside the building. Oh, but it's not just a case of us going back normally...
"We're back...!" Me and Roboco said.
There were a some Hololivers here, and some Holostars...one of the Hololivers is Rushia.
"Um...Shiro-niichan?" Rushia asked.
"Hmm? What?"
"Why are you together with Roboco-senpai?"
"Oh, I just accompanied her to buy food. Nothing else."
"Huh...it's Roboco-senpai this time?" Kira said while doing a ":3" face.
"Yeah...nothing's happening between us though." I chuckled.
"R-Really? Nothing at all?" Rushia asked.
"Nothing. Not even an inch." I said.
"...Are you really sure?"
"Definitely."
"What did you do with Roboco-chan, actually?" Sora asked.
"I just said it earlier. I accompanied her to buy food. Actually…"
"Roboco, mind giving me my take out order? I wanna eat now. I'm hella hungry." I said.
"Sure!"
"Ah, yeah, Roboco-chan! Sui-chan and the others are free this lunch. Wanna eat together in my room later?"
"Sure!" Roboco said as she gave me my lunch.
"Alright. You girls do your girly things. I'mma go-"
"Actually, wait, Shiro-kun!" Kira said.
"H-Hmm?" I said.
"Wanna eat together somewhere private? Maybe at one of the buildings' rooftop?"
"Hmm...I guess I could, as long as it's really covered and there's nobody that could see us."
"Sweet! Hey, about Building B's rooftop? We can go there!"
"Fine by me. Heh."
I looked at Roboco and Sora conversing as they went upstairs, and I looked at the remaining girls. Rushia, Pekora, Aqua, Mio, Subaru...wait, Subaru? She looks rather strange.
She's pouting while crossing her arms and looking away. She's even blushing.
"Oh? Subaru?" I asked.
"Hmm? What is it?" She asked, not moving her head for even an inch.
"Wh-Why're you like that?"
"Like what?"
"Crossing your arms and not facing towards the person you're speaking to...?"
"...Nothing." She said, looking away and blushing more.
"...Uhm...Mio?" I asked, who was at the right of Subaru.
"...Well, let's just say you did something wrong." Mio said as she patted Subaru's head.
I sweat dropped.
'I did something wrong...?'
Not long before that, I instantly blushed and looked away.
"W-Well, I don't really care that much anyway, so I'm gonna just...mind my own business for now."
When I said that, I heard an audible groan from Subaru.
'I-Is Subaru jealous...? Of what? Me hanging out with Roboco?' I thought.
"W-Well, are we gonna go eat lunch now, Kira?" I asked.
"Well, we could. I mean, Kaoru-kun here is waiting too as we wait for the others. Originally, only some of us were gonna eat together, but since you accepted it...you mind if we call the others and have a Holostar group lunch?"
"Sure, I'm down with that." I chuckled.
"Sweet! Lemme just text them in Discord for now!"
"...Discord?"
"Eh? Oh, so that's why you haven't popped up in my friends list yet! You didn't check it yet?"
"Um...let's say I just forgot to check it the past few days…" I giggled nervously.
"Well, you mind if you hand your lunch to us? Don't worry. We won't eat it. We'll just keep it safe for now."
"Well, sure. I ain't got shit else to do other than to wait for lunch and eat together with you guys."
"Sweet!" Kira giggled.
"So, you're finally gonna eat lunch with us, Shiro-kun?" Kaoru asked.
"Yup." I giggled.
I went towards the 1st dining table, where Kaoru was sitting, and I placed my food on the table.
"Well, the others are streaming, I'm assuming?"
"Yeah. Miyabi's enjoying his time though, just playing some games with Izuru."
"Heh. Well, I guess that's nice." I said.
I looked at the girls at the tables in the lounge, and I saw a few of them peeking at me, specifically, Rushia and Subaru.
'...Why are they doing this...?' I sweat dropped.
I mean, I can sort of deduce that Rushia is jealous, seeing as she thinks of me as her big brother figure, but Subaru...? I can't really say if it's jealousy for sure…
I blushed a bit more.
"T-There's no way she's jealous of me. She doesn't even like me that way." I mumbled to myself in English.
"Hmm? What did you say, Shiro-kun?" Kaoru asked as Kira sat beside him.
"Ah, n-nothing!" I said in Japanese and giggled.
I pulled out my phone.
"...Ah shit, I gotta charge this real quick. I'll be right back, Kaoru, Kira. Oh, and don't eat my lunch, okay?"
"Don't worry, don't worry...! We won't!" Kira said.
I went to my room, and charged my phone, and I left it there as I went back.
"What a waste...! Even though I was gonna do a language pun...!" I said to myself in English as I sat back down on the table.
"Hmm? What did you say? We didn't understand it." Kira giggled.
"Oh, sorry. I just said that I was about to do a language pun, but meh, I'll do it later after lunch, I guess."
"Oh, I see. You know, you could've made it before charging your phone, but...because you said so, I guess you'll do it later." Kira giggled.
"Say, you sometimes speak in English, even around us that don't usually understand it. By any chance, are you...a half-Japanese? Or maybe your first language was English?" Kaoru asked.
"Ah no. My first language is Japanese. It's just that I was so exposed to English, and I was very interested in it one time that my dominant language switched from Japanese to English slowly, so...yeah. Before, I would've thought about everything in Japanese, now I only think in Japanese if I'm speaking or writing it, 'cause everything I think now is in English."
"Ah, I see! So...you think of 'tree' instead of 'ki'?"
"Mhmm." I said.
"Eh? That's amazing...!"
"Ne, how many languages do you actually know, Shiro-kun? We've seen your tweets, and you seem to know a lot!"
"Well, I'm at least conversationally fluent in 5 languages. I know 9 in total, so those other 3 languages are in beginner-level fluency. The last one is just me knowing the greetings, and a few other words."
"Eh? That's amazing!" Kira said.
"Man, you're gonna have a blast when you debut...!" Kaoru said.
"Nah, that's not true. It'll all depend on my luck right now." I giggled.
'In all seriousness, luck does kind of play a part here. I just hope my viewers won't be smaller than I expected. I expect at least a 100 viewers when I finally stream.' I thought.
We talked a couple more topics, mostly just stupid topics that friends talk about when they're vibing, and once all the Holostars were done, we got our lunch, went to the rooftop of Building B, and we put our hands together.
"Itadakimasu!"
We opened our lunch, and we looked at each others' food.
"Wow...! You guys are surprisingly healthy." I said.
"O-Oi, what (the fuck) does that mean?" They all said to me as we all laughed.
"I heard in your streams that you guys don't usually eat healthy. I'm surprised to see some veggies."
"You, on the other hand, is just eating meat!" Roberu said.
"Eh. I mean, I'll eat vegetables this evening, so whatevs." I giggled.
I sighed.
"Well, we all talked about this, right? Back when we all gathered in the kitchen before we left off?" I asked as I grabbed my mask.
"O-Oh yeah!" Roberu said.
"Ah, you're finally gonna reveal it to us, Shiro-kun?" Aruran asked.
"Eh...! I can't wait!" Kira said.
"Hmm? You really sure about it, though? There's no harm in being chicken if you feel a bit scared." Astel asked.
"Nah, nah. I feel prepared. However…"
"...Hmm?" They said.
"Promise me, guys. Do not tell this to anybody unless you got permission from me, okay? As much as possible, keep this between us."
"Sure!" They said.
"Anything for a bro!" Roberu said.
"Our mouth is zipped shut!" Suzaku said.
"Well, I guess this is another gift I'll be indulging in." Miyabi said while snickering.
"Fuzakenna. This is not a gift!" I said as we all laughed.
"Alright...3...2...1…" I said as I got the right loop of my mask off of my right ear, holding it in place for the reveal.
They all looked at my mask, having their eyes widening as some of them also smiled a bit, waiting to see what I have been hiding for the past few days.
"...Here it is!" I said as I swiped my hand to my left, and there it is. My scar in plain daylight.
Everybody's facial expressions changed from smiling and slightly widened eyes, to a jaw drop and extremely widened eyes.
"W-Woah…" Roberu said.
"Holy crud. That's bigger than I thought." Oga said.
"Woah...I feel kinda bad that that's what you've been hiding all along, Shiro-kun…" Izuru said.

"Jesus...what did you do to get this?" Kira asked.
They all said their thoughts, and I looked at them left and right.
"Well...I won't tell y'all the details, but just know I got this from one mission I did before."
"Eh? So what I said was true?" Astel asked.
"Sort of...but yeah, I did get this one time when I was doing a mission outside of Japan."
"Eh...! That's lowkey amazing!" Astel said.
"Still...I gotta say…" Kira said as he smiled and held his chin.
"Hmm?"
"You're actually handsomer than I thought."
'Eh? Even Kira?' I thought.
"Yeah, not gonna lie. Remembering the fact you had 2 ex-girlfriends...I can see why they would get you as their boyfriend." Roberu said.
"Bro, you literally look like a model." Kaoru giggled.
"How does one man obtain such nice features for a face...?" Izuru asked.
"Hey, can you teach me not to be ugly?" Rikka asked and giggled.
We all heard that, and laughed a bit loud from that.
"Nah, you guys aren't ugly. Trust me." I said.
"Still, how are you...like, seriously, you look like those Korean idols, except you're Japanese." Roberu said as he tilted his head.
"Damn, to think you're a walking chick magnet makes me jealous." Temma giggled.
I giggled at all of them telling their thoughts. I picked up my chopsticks, and got my lunch.
"Well, enough talking. How about we all start eating?" I asked.
"Sure!" They said as some of them went ahead to digging in while the others had to pick up their chopsticks.
