Chapter 2: Last Day of life (2)
The deep blue sky brings a new day of a journey. Early birds were seen enjoying their movement.
The sun was already put and was a bit merciful.
Rays were directly falling on the balcony bringing hope and aspirations.
AO was sitting on his chair and having the taste of his morning drink. His face was under the shed of the plants, which were planted right beside. Some of the rays penetrate through leaves and reaches his face. But these few silver threads were not enough to show his face.
He lifted his head a little, and there was a flawless expression he gave in bright daylight with a gentle smile. Looking above, he closed his eyes and listen to the chirping of birds.
He opens his eyes to have a look at the pearly glow of the sky.
-knock – knock-
"Almighty wishes to see you, Master."
"All right," and he put on his jacket and left his room which was motionless without him.
From the corridor to where he was supposed to visit, his motion was nonstop, and everyone becomes super happy to see his gentle expression.
His hands were now on the handle of the door, and he opens it without making any sound. His steps were as silent as a night sea.
"My dear AO, good timing."
"Thanks, what's the reason you call me? Anything special?"
"Remember I told you once that there are some people in this world who are dear to me, and I don't want them to have a heart-rending end. I have a request for you if you be willing to fulfill it. I want you to be the guardian of Anna."
"Oh, Anna… She's the one who…", he utters words to himself.
"Alright, I accept your request."
He had a glow on his face, and with a reassuring voice, he confidently said, "I will become her Guardian."

The sun hasn't arrived yet, but for Anna, her day was already started. She was in her bed with her eyes open, gazing at the ceiling. She woke up at 4am and began doing her work which takes hours to be finished.
She was a sweet girl with a cheerful personality and a lovely smile. As a Doctor, she has to keep learning everything and gather new experience which was everlasting for her. There were some fantastic novels written by her when she had free time, and her room was filled with the paintings she had made. She was not a merely simple girl whose life is simple.
Her routine starts with a never hot teacup for her as she never drinks it on time. She was getting ready for her work on that day.
She never likes getting late, and for that, she had a habit of reaching a quarter early, which became her biggest mistake.
While entering her cabin, she observed an old lady arguing with a nurse for something. The body of that woman was limp, almost as if she would fall at any movement, she was carrying a bag as big as her, but it was not in good condition. Anna took a step towards her and ask, "Grandma, can I help you with something?" A nurse made a sign for Anna with her hands, telling her to go, but that lady was not in a mood to let someone off.
She was filled with anger dripping from her body. Her eyes went red as if something wrong had happened to her. With her wobbly legs, she took steps towards Anna. Her body was noodled, and her hairs were scattered as a nest. Anna got a bad vibe about the women and took a step backward.
All of a sudden, with all her strength, that old woman shouted, "Are you, Miss Anna??"
Anna was wholly immersed in fear but gathering up all her strength, she admitted. There was no expression on that lady's face. It was icy cold.
Oddly she stated, "So you were the one who was treating my son!"
"What's the name of your son, Grandma?"
"Xiao Eridin, he was suffering from heart diseases."
"Ya, I was taking care of him last year," fearfully she replied unknowingly what would happen.
And that was the end of the lady's temper. She ruthlessly asks her with her eyes out, "Then why did you killed my son in the name of an operation."
"Listen, Grandma, I am not the one who performed the operation, and our hospital even has taken all your signatures because even we know that the chances were very less for him to come up."
"Then why did you offer him to go for an operation since you know he won't live" and that movement becomes fearful for everyone. The voice of that lady became more profound, and the wage inside her increased with every word. Anna understood that the only thing that lady want is REVENGE!!!
Everyone gathered around to know what had happened. The nurse holds one of the hands of that lady and said, "Grandma see, even your family signed the contract that if anything happens to your son, our hospital is not responsible so, you can't create a scene like this!!"
"I get it what you people want," she grins.
