Chapter 34: Overtime?
In Joe's office. (Joe POV)
When the boss goes out, I looked around, and when I still had work to do, I continue doing it, as I can tell that, we are probably going somewhere, and what is more important, I will not have time to do this and send it to her. When I was working, I could see that time passed and as outside, dark started coming. While seeing it, hunger slowly started hitting me. When I felt it, I shake my head as still; I have this email and the next one at the end.
As I was working hard, I had done this, and when I saved all and send it to check, I walked to use the bathroom, and when I had done this, I walked for my backpack, and then I walked out.
When I come outside, I wanted to walk slowly to the shop, to buy food as I have some money, with me in it. When I turned and slowly started walking, Kevin's voice comes to me. "Joe, where are you going?"
When I turned to him, I said, "what are you doing here."
"Oh, waiting for the wife," he said.
"Oh, and I have just done my work," I said.
"Overtime?" he asked.
"No, I wanted to have it all done before going back home," I said, and then I could see vice coming out, and then she said, "she makes you work overtime too."
"No, I wanted to do all before going out," I said.
"Oh, you can always make it, at home or later," she said.
"No, I prefer to do it now. I will go as shops might be closed soon," I said, and then I turned and started walking. When I was doing it, I come to the shop, and when I checked how much money I have with me, I bought vegetables and meat. While having it, I paid, and then I started walking back home. When I come there finally, I hide all in the fridge, and when I take one and half of a slice of pizza, I heat it on the pan, but now I watched not burn it. When I hadn't done this, I eat it while taking the next portion of pills. After I had done this, I looked at my phones and as the company is fully charged, a private one is at the end of a battery. As I saw it, I put it in charge, and as I looked more in my backpack if I have something more there. When I was doing it, I could see that nothing, as laptop and all papers I left in my office.
When I was eating, I looked outside, and as I had done this, I walked to take a shower and then sleep as slowly I started feeling sleepy. When I lay on the bed, I go directly to sleep touching no book to read.
The next day has come, I get up at five, and when I eat a little and prepare pills, I walked out. As I was outside, I walked to the company to prepare everything. When I come there, I could see that the night shift still is on, and as I walked inside, someone said: "who are you."
"I'm working here," I said to the man.
"I can't remember you," he said, and when he looked at me, he said, "security take him away."
"Yes sir," they said, and when I looked at them, I said once again, "I'm working here." When I waved my card, they take it, and then one said, "it proves nothing," and when they grabbed me by my arms, they started moving me away. While I was like that, I looked at them, and then I said, "who are you."
"Not your business," he said, and when I looked at him, I could see that he walked back to the elevator. When I was outside, they pushed me out, and when one of them throws me my card, I said: "I will remember this."
"You know what orders are," security said.
"And from whom," I asked.
"Chef of security," security said, and when I looked at them, I walked to the park. When I looked at my clothes, I could see that none of them was damaged, and while seeing them, I sit, and then I started waiting for a boss to come. When I was doing it, more and more people started going there, and as one car stopped, Kevin saw me, and then he screamed, "Joe, what are you doing here."
"I can't go in," I said, and when Sofia come out, she looked at me, and then she said, "why."
"Chef of security, kick me out," I said while looking at her and then at the sky. When I was doing it, she said, "he just comes back from month holidays, and he will pay."
"Oh, well, let him be. I will wait here for the boss as she should be here soon. As we are going somewhere," I said to her.
"OK," she said, and when she walked inside, Kevin come out, and when he looked at me, he said, "so you will not fight."
"For what," I said while moving my shoulders, and when I had done this, he smiled, and he said, "have you eat."
"Yes, rest of pizza," I said to him.
"It was an old one. You can have food poisoning," he said.
"It was in the fridge, so nothing will happen to me," I said to him, and when he shakes his head, he added, "I will be going."
"OK," I said, and as I waited outside for around half of an hour, I could see that boss come, and while seeing her, I get up, and then I walked to her car. While being there, she looked at me, and she said: "We are going to the train station as the plane is taken, and the ride will be too long for me."
"OK," I said to her, and when I go to her car, she drove to our destination. While being there, we go out, and when she looked at me, she said, "you have all."
"Phone only," I said while showing it to her.
"OK, take papers, which are at the back," she said.
"OK," I said to her, and when I take them and hide them in my backpack, we walked inside. While being there, I followed her, and when we come to one train, we go to our seats. When she sat close to the window, I needed to sit from the corridor. When I looked at her looking at her phone, I had nothing to do now, and not long after it, our travel started.
