Chapter 48: Broken future

In a hospital. (Joe POV)

When I have done my work which the boss told me, I looked around, and while I put the laptop back on the shelf, I smiled. While I was doing it, I could find a good thing about what the boss wanted me to do, and when I had done this, I took the book, and I started reading it. While I was doing it, Marcus comes inside, and while he looked at me, I said, "some next things."

"No," he said, and when he sat on the couch, I looked at him, and then Kevin and someone else come. While seeing them, I looked at them, and then the guy who I didn't recognize said, "I'm Greg."

"Joe," I said, and when we shake our hands, Kevin opened boxes with food, and when he started giving each of us some, I looked at him, and while having mine, I said, "I still have this," while pointing at food which is their fool a long time. While hearing me, Kevin said, "and you are eating it for three hours."

"Maybe," I said while moving my shoulders, and when I had done this Greg started TV. When he was changing channels, he put football there, and while seeing it, I said, "can you change."

"Why?" he asked.

"I don't like it," I said, and while hearing me, he looked at Kevin and Marcus and then Kevin said, "do this."

"OK," Greg said, and when he had done this, and some music started playing there, Kevin said, "We come here to play with you."

"In what?" I asked, and while Greg takes cards, I looked at them and while Greg moved the table closer, and I sit on the bed, while Kevin and Marcus moved the couch and Greg take a chair, and he sits on it. When this has happened, Kevin shuffled and after this, giving us cards, and then we talked. While it was happening, Greg looked at his phone, and while he was doing it, he moved on his chair, and while he changed drastically channel, he looked at the goal, which happened a few seconds earlier. While seeing it, I massaged my knee, and while I was doing it, he screamed, "finally."

"Poor play by a defender no keeping his line," I said while seeing a replay, and while hearing me, Greg said, "so you know about football, so why you don't want to watch."

"Oh, bad experience," I said.

"Nothing can be bad in this," he said, and before he could continue, I said, "broken future, broken knee and many things."

While hearing me, he looked at me, and when he was doing it, Kevin said: "we told you about it."

"Wait," Greg said, and when he looked at me, he added, "oh, sorry."

"No problem," I said, and when I tested what they bought to eat, we come back to playing. While we were doing it, for some time, I looked at Marcus, and then I said, "you shouldn't work."

"Free week I have," he said.

"Oh good for you," I said, and when he nodded, we continue our play. While all it was happening, Kevin disappeared at one point, and when he comes back, we continue our play. As it all was happening, I could see that two women's come, and while seeing them, I could recognize that it's Sofia and Paula.

While seeing them sitting with us and joining our game, which we played. As we were doing it, night has come, and as slowly everyone goes away, I looked there, and while I was left alone I lay one again, and when I had done this, I take a book, and then once again I started reading it. While I was doing it, I laughed many times at the story, and as I started feeling sleepy, I put it on the side, and then I fall asleep fast.

When the next day has come, the nurse wakes me up, and while seeing pills and breakfast, I smiled, and when I take pills slowly, I started eating. When I was doing it, someone comes inside, and while seeing that it's, boss I said, "hello."

"Hello, how are you feeling," she asked.

"From day to a day, much better," I said to her, and when she sat, I looked at her, and then she said, "that's good."

"I know. I hope soon I can go out and as fast as possible go back to work," I said. While hearing me, she said, "don't rush it."

"OK," I said, and when she gets up, she walked to me, and then she left some papers. While seeing them, I nodded, and as she goes out, I started working on them while eating from time to time.

Outside of Joe's room. (Megan POV)

When I was out, I looked at Joe for a short time, and while I was doing it, I calmed myself a little as my heart race like crazy.

While feeling it, I looked around, and while nobody was there, I waited for a short amount of time, and then I walked back to the car. While being there, I drove to the company as I left Joe only one-third of what come last night.

When I come there, I wanted to go directly to my office, but while the elevator stopped on the ninth floor. As I haven't used my private one since problems with it show up, and I don't want an accident to happen. When I looked at people who were coming out, I could hear the loud argument.

While I haven't paid much attention to it, doors started closing, I could see a gun in a man's hand.
