"Everett," Daniel fixed his mistake. He did not know why his friend didn't come to visit him. He tried to make a rough guess but he couldn't find out why. It has been on his mind for the past five whole days.
He never expected that he would one day feel this kind of anxiety of a friend disappearing on him without a word. Daniel stood in front of his house, totally forgetting to invite Everett in. Many questions about asking his friend about his absence traveled like a merry-go-round in his head.
However, no words came out of his mouth despite how much he wanted to ask.
Luna looked at Daniel in front of her and asked, "Did I interrupt you?" She could hear the heartbeat of his which was already fast from all the work he did before opening the door sped up.
"No…of course not!" he answered. His thought was very clear on not giving negative answers to his friend.
Luna didn't bug over the fact that Daniel was busy doing certain things before.
Hello:) I'm sorry for the delay in the chapter. I have been having a hard time with my life and my brain couldn't solve how to plot this chapter for days. Anyway, enjoy!
