Chapter 4: Again
Max's POV:
"Every word that you told me that day you left me... I remember and won't forget about it. Because that day you told me... you wish that you didn't love me just for a bit. Because it traumatized you, but the truth is everything that happened was because of you."
"It's you who broke me and cheated on me that time!" She said. I let go of my grip to her wrist, I look at her eyes… they were like a diamond much better than a diamond… it was like a brightest star at the night sky it was like an ocean that was about to fall from her eyes.
"How unfair…" She said while she was holding those stars in her eyes.
"You told me that you won't forgive me and now you are asking for forgiveness for what you did before? Don't you think it is so unfair for me to just forgive you?" She asked.
"S-sorry..." I briefly said.
"What can your words do?" She asked.
"Every word you said before, broke me in pieces and ruined my life."
"But can your words repair my heart that was broken in pieces? Can your sorry bring me back to those time that I was just as innocent as a little girl?" She asked as her tears that she was enduring long ago not to fall has fallen on her cheeks already. Now I know... now I know I don't think destiny will make us together any soon because in her heart it's still hurts.
"Stop the car and opened the door." She said emotionless.
"If you don't open this door, you can't tell what I can do." She said impatiently forcing the door to open.
"Of course, I know. Listen to her." I said as he opened the door and Lia get out of my car.
"What should we do Master?" He asked.
"Let someone guard them secretly while we are investigating about her daughters, I need the result this week." I spoke.
"Let's go to the company for now." I said as he drove me to the company.
Her eyes were like stars at night.
They were the view in the sky at night.
Even though they are emotionless.
They are in nothingness.
She can see me with those eyes.
That's why she despises using her eyes.
Those ocean-like eyes
Those diamond eyes.
Even she swears at me.
Even she looks at me.
Like I'm a ghost
I won't ever again take a step away.
Claire's POV:
It's Monday again and it's time to go back to school and work.
"Claire, you are going to be late." Mom said as I go at the kitchen. I saw her preparing the dishes at the table for breakfast with eyes swollen. She must be crying the whole night again.
"Claire and Kyline, stop working." Mom said.
"Why?" I asked.
"You don't need to my princess you just focused on your study." Mom said as she looks at m e and my sister.
"O-okay." I spoke.
"Don't hesitate not to stop working." she said. I nodded as we eat our breakfast and go to the school today with my sister.
*At School*
"CLAIRE!" Karylle shouted as she hugged my sister.
"Hey! Hey! Karylle stops. I'm not her." My sister said as Kyline broke her hug to her and look at the girl who was in front of her and she then look at me.
"KYLINE?!" She shouted in shocked.
"Why are you here?" Karylle asked.
"I'm back to school of course." Kyline answered.
"Are there some bullies who bullied my sister?" She asked. When she comes to school this the first thing she would ask.
"KARYLLE!" I shouted as I go to her side and mumbled.
"Don't tell her anything about the bullies." I spoke.
"There's no one bullying her now." Karylle said as I wink at her.
"Your sister will know it sooner or later. Why do you hide it from her?" She asked.
"You know that although I'm bullied, I also don't like troubles. When there is a trouble, I always got hurt." I said to her.
"I'm warning you Claire you need to tell her if she finds out that we lied to her. What do you think she will do to me? You can be saved because you are her sister, but I can't." Karylle said as she acts cute again.
"Okay, we're here." Sister said as she looks at us.
"They are here." The students said repeatedly.
Did they put something in the door again?
Sister was about to enter when...
"Sister, don't get in first." I pulled her into me…
"Why?" She asked.
"There's something that was in the door they will surely did something." Karylle said.
"Claire? Karylle? Why are you still out here?" The teacher asked as she opened the door and the bucket that was full of water fall on her.
"WHO DID THIS?!" The teacher asked as all of the students look at us.
"Ma'am, we didn't do it." Karylle said when the teacher turns to us.
"Claire supervise them first, I will come back." The teacher said.
"Yes, Ma'am." I said as she turns around and go back to her office and then my sister and Karylle go to their sits as I stand in front of them as they laugh like I didn't exist at all, and they start throwing crumpled papers on me. I know that this would happen.
"STOP IT!" I shouted as I glared at every single one of them.
"Who do you think you are to command us?" One of them said.
"I'm the one that the teacher who assigned to supervise you for a while, but I think you don't want to do as I say." I said as I simply smile at him with a warning look.
"Whoever dare to make a noise. I will immediately report it to the teacher." I spoke.
"And also, I warned you all to not bully me again." I said as I my eyes turn into someone's eyes that doesn't have any emotions at all. The man on the back his face was an empty.
"Huh! Acting cool?" The guy shrugged.
"I'm not acting cool. I just want to warn some people." I spoke.
"Warning everyone for what?" The girl asked.
"For bullying me? Because I'd do everything with evidence? I just don't want anyone step on me." I said as I let my phone out of my pocket.
"What's that?" They asked.
