As I still haven't analyzed any Mangekyo, I can't yet test out my left eye, but I can try the right one for now. Also, there is something else I want to test, why does using Mangekyo's abilities damage the user's eyes? and can the resulting injury be treated with Medical Ninjutsu or is there any other way to somehow treat it or at least reduce the damage it causes?
'It probably is not possible as in the long history of the Uchiha someone would have at least tried it… still I would like to know the reason why…' I ponder and start activating my Eye of Truth.

Activating the eye of truth, I look towards a nearby clone that is practicing ninjutsu. All of a sudden, a huge amount of information about the jutsu starts pouring into my mind. Not just how to cast the jutsu, but its origin, how did others use it previously, and even how the jutsu was created and what its creator intended it to be used for!
It felt as if I am stealing the knowledge from the world itself!
Soon though, I feel as if my body is being strained to the limits and my eye starts to bleed. I know I shouldn't overuse it, so I immediately stop the mangekyo.

Although I am not feeling it, I know that my eyesight has worsened a tiny bit; not enough for me to notice it yet. But if I keep using the power, soon it will show up.

After the simulation started, I could see the 3D image of my eyes and all the optical nerves. When I try to activate the mangekyo, I see my purple chakra flowing into my eyes. There is a huge difference in both the quality and quantity of it entering the eye when compared to activating just the three tomoes.
When this chakra enters the eye, it suddenly disappears, and in its place appears a familiar aggressive chakra. And this chakra is used to cast my mangekyo ability. In addition, since this chakra is so violent, my eyes cannot handle the stress of using it and are damaged in the process.
'Isn't this the chakra from the Otsutsuki genes?' I exclaim, 'Zoom in and display my cells… begin after my chakra enters the eye…'
With that command, the scenery in front of me changes and the 3D image of a cell appears before me. What I see next blows my mind away. After entering my eyes, my chakra is transformed into something else entirely and this transformed chakra is used to extract the chakra in my genes!
'So, the main issue is that my eyes have not been remodeled completely yet and are not able to handle my Otsutsuki chakra, ha?'
'If that's the case, then it's no wonder that medical ninjutsu doesn't work…'
The medical ninjutsu of the shinobi world works by speeding up the body's automatic regenerative properties; I,e., what would have taken a wound a week to heal normally, medical ninjutsu can speed up the process and help one heal in seconds. However, if the problem is something that time cannot heal, then medical ninjutsu will be useless too, like for example a severed arm cannot be regrown with just medical ninjutsu. the Mangekyo is similar to that.

From the simulation, I see that after the Otsutsuki chakra is extracted, the genes are not destroyed like in my experiments, but instead become go into a kind of hibernating state that is similar to an inactive gene!
'Misfortune and Fortune truly do come together I smile, 'With this, I have a new direction to my research on introducing active genes to my body… by making them to inactive...'

Many of you had questions about the cooldown period of the Eye of Nothingness. So let me take some time to quickly address it.
First of all, the cooldown period is only to switch to a different power. For example, if MC uses his eyes to copy Tsukiyomi and soon after he wants to switch to Kamui, well he cannot do it within 3 years. After the cooldown period is over, he can change whenever he wants to, and if he wants he can keep using Tsukiyomi, there is nothing stopping that; for however long he wishes.
And hence he can only have one active eye power for one clone. while the other being the Eye of Truth.
Also, all of this is before having Hashirama genes! after injecting the cooldown will be reduced by a large margin. Hope this helps.
