Just to make things easier, I will be using the following names for clones from now on…
Main clone: Genin clone
Iwa and Kumo clone: ones in those places
Fugaku clone
Protector clone

"Mmm? He knew about the Susanoo too? who could this guy be…" before I could think further, my eyes start hurting and droplets of blood slide down from my eyes like tears. Involuntarily closing my eyes, I groan in pain.
A few seconds later, the pain in my eyes subsides, "My eyesight is already worsening… and this pain… it's just like Sasuke said… it's like feeling pain in every cell in my body which only grows worse from using more… thank god, I haven't used it regularly with my main body…"

Back to the main clone, after passing out, I am carried back to the Satagawa village by Kazuma while Yuri leads the rescued villagers back home. Our captain, Inoichi seems to have sensed a fight nearby, so he went there to take a look.

"Let's set that aside for now and focus more on what we should do next… with these injuries, it will be hard for Rei to travel back to Konoha… " Inoichi frowns; not because of the injuries themselves, but because without a good medical ninja, it will take a long time for them to heal…
"Sensei… did you forget I am a medical-nin too?" I ask with a smile, "I am already passively healing myself, Just give me like two to three days and I will at least be ready to travel…"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, I know the seriousness of the matter and won't risk it getting worse… so you don't have to worry…" I nod seriously.

"Inoichi, does this kid possess the will of fire?"
Surprisingly, in front of him is Inoichi who just came back from the mission.

"Mmm… that's good to hear… guide him well…" nods Hiruzen, "Also, there will be a chunin exam coming in about four to five months… train them and let me know if they are ready… we need as many capable shinobi as possible and soon…"
"Are things that bad already?" he asks with frustration clearly visible on his face.
"There is nothing we can do about it," Hiruzen too shakes his head in helplessness, "Don't worry too much and guide them to the best of your abilities… we will see if they are ready when it is time…"

Somewhere in an underground base inside Konoha, an old man with bandages covering his right eye is waiting for a report; who else could it be other than Shimura Danzo.
A few seconds later, with a swish, an anbu covering his face with an animal mask appears out of nowhere and kneels in front of him and hands him a report scroll.
Unsealing the scroll with a one-handed sign, Danzo unfurls the scroll and starts reading its contents with great concentration. It takes roughly a minute for him to complete reading it, "That kid has very low aptitude… so don't bother with him for now…" after pausing for a short second, "No need to place too much importance on him, but make sure to get regular updates…"
"Hai…"

[Rei POV]
I am currently inside Fugaku's house waiting to meet the clan head. As someone who awakened the Sharingan recently, of course, Fugaku will want to see me. After waiting for like ten minutes, I see Fugaku walking in with Mikoto next to him who was holding the baby Itachi.
Seeing them enter, I get up and greet them, "Fugaku-sama, Mikoto-sama…"
Fugaku just nods but Mikoto frowns saying, "How many times have I told you… call me aunty…"
I just flash a harmless smile. I have already gotten used to it actually. Every time I call her Mikoto-sama I can expect a similar response from her.
"That is enough…" says Fugaku and turns to me, "Rei, I heard you activated your Sharingan when you went out this time on a mission, is that true? Also, I heard you were injured, are you okay now?"
"Hai, Fugaku-sama, and although I was a bit injured, I am already getting better," I say and start to infuse my chakra to my eyes activating the one-tomoe Sharingan.
"Good… How about you join the Konoha police force?" he asks.
"Fugaku-sama, my dream is to become the best field medic in Konoha… so I still want to go out on missions and gain more experience… therefore, for now, I want to continue working with my genin team…"
"As you wish…" says Fugaku after thinking for a while.
"Well anyway, congratulations on activating your Sharingan…" congratulates Mikoto from the side.
"Okay, you can leave… come here if you change your mind…"
"Hai, Fugaku-sama…"
