Chapter 44: Adorable Girl.
"Hey Dan. Why did you suddenly decided to stay in the dorm?" Jason asked.
Today is Saturday and they are on their way to the residential college to register and get their key. The three of them are confused why did Danial wants to stay in the dorm. It's not they cannot commute from their home to the campus. Everyone of them has at least one car and a big bike. They had done so during the first year.
"Just because."
Micheal and Jason looks at Calvin. Calvin is not only Danial's best friend but they are cousin. Calvin's mother and Danial's mother are sisters. But when he was five years old, his parents died in an accident, leaving him alone. Then Danial's parents decided to adopt him, so he had been living with them until now.
Calvin is actually a year older than them but he was absent from school for a year because of the accident trauma. So now, he is in the same batch as them. The person whom really knows about Danial is undoubtedly Calvin.
"He told uncle that he wants to live a normal student's life and focus on his study," Calvin said.
"Really?"
Micheal and Jason has a doubtful expression.
"That's what he said, but I think he just want to woo a girl. Perhaps that girl stay in the dorm, so he decided it is a wise decision to stay in the dorm too," Calvin explained.
They looks towards Danial whom is goofing while driving.
"You really know me well, brother."
"What?! You like a girl and you really want to woo her?" Micheal exclaimed.
The 'I don't care if the world come to the end' young man said he likes a girl. So many girls and young women, even older women flirts and seduce him, but he remains stoic like a stone. Always impassive when it's involved the opposite gender.
'The world might come to the end.'
"Who's the girl?"
"Which course?"
"What batch?"
"Is she pretty?"
"Is she cute?"
"Is she tall?"
"Seductive?"
Micheal and Jason asks questions after questions but Danial kept mum. So they look questioningly at Calvin.
"I don't know. I really don't know who's she. Danial didn't tell me either," he explained when he sees their doubtful expression.
"Hey hey Dan. Don't just keep mum. At least tell us how's she looks like," Micheal insisted.
Danial pondered.
"She's adorable."
"What? Adorable? Is she a kid?" Jason asked.
Danial glares at him through the rear view mirror and Jason smiled sheepishly.
Soon, they arrived at the residential office and get the keys before they search for their house.
"Wow..this is better than what I imagined," Jason exclaimed.
He roamed around the house, checking out the windows and all.
"Hey, there's a washing machine here. Oh, a kitchenette. Guess we can cook here," Micheal said in surprise.
Danial and Calvin just ignores them as they pick their own room. They had stay in the dorm for a week after the second semester ended, during the sport's competition. So they already know the ins and outs of the dorm.
"Who'll cook? You?" Jason mocks Micheal.
"I know how to, you jealous man."
"Tsk tsk..just boiling some water, even the kindergarten kid know how."
"You..you..bastard."
Micheal try to knock his head, but Jason already run.
"Ah! I pick this room," Jason exclaimed.
Micheal begrudgingly accept the last room available. The dorms are the same, just the scenery outside the window is a bit different. Danial picks a room that facing the student's circle plaza. While Calvin get himself a room towards the nature. Jason's and Micheal's rooms facing the cafeteria.
Suddenly, there's a knock on their house door. Jason rushing to open it and he sees his family driver standing outside with Mu family driver behind him.
"Eldest Young Master, this is your car's and bike's key. I've parked them downstairs, right in front of your house. You can see them from your window," he pass him the key and retreated to the side.
"Thank you, Uncle. But don't call me that again. I told you, Jason is good."
"Yes, Eldes..Jason..Jason."
Jason nodded in approval.
"Mike, come here," Jason hollered.
Micheal quickly come to the door.
"Oh, Uncle Sheng. You bring me the keys?"
"Yes, Young Master. Here, I parked it downstairs too."
"Tsk..don't call me that. By the way, thanks Uncle Sheng. Do you want to come in?"
"No..no..it's okay. I need to take care of something in the villa."
"Alright. Thanks again. Take care, Uncle Sheng. Don't miss me too much."
"Ouch! Why did you smack my head?" Micheal glares at Jason.
"It's disgusting. Who wants to miss you? Tsk."
"You're just jealous, ceit."
"Hey guys. Let's check out the cafeteria. I'm starving," Jason urged.
They always dine in restaurants outside the campus when they did not have a class. So, it's the first time for him to eat in a crowded and noisy place.

"Hua'er..Hua'er...I get you some caramels ice cream," LinLin excitedly exclaimed while passing around some students.
A male student bumps into her and both her and Wang Hua ice cream flying in the air before they landed on someone face.
