Chapter 3: The Pan Has No Importance

The Eagle felt the wind as it soared above the world. Tilting its head as it scanned for prey, it noticed a meal-sized raccoon near the human's colorful nests. The eagle was not sure how the humans were able to locate metal twigs, but was not bothered by this thought. Tucking its wings close to its body, the great bird dove towards the raccoon.

Lifting his nose to the air, the raccoon smelled something sweet. Sweeter than spiders, which were his favorite snack. Unaware of the danger he was presently in, the raccoon attempted to locate the source of the smell. He followed the scent along a worn dirt path. Pushing his way through folds of fabric, the scent got stronger. As he was about to hop onto a rickety table, he noticed a spider in the corner. Not one to pass up a meal, the scent was forgotten.

Through her fragmented vision, the spider noticed a fly. She paused, ceasing to weave her web, before deciding to give chase along the wooden boards of the table. She chased the fly, climbing up a glass wall before pausing at the apex of what, to her, was an incredible cliff. She stood on all of her legs, watching the fly hover over a vast white sea.

The fly promptly dove into the billowing clouds of white fluff before realizing how sticky the formerly appealing surface was. Unable to escape, the fly was resigned to its fate.

The spider dove after the fly into the ocean of white.

The raccoon leapt into the glass pan towards the spider.

The Eagle flew into the oddly triangular nest to pursue the raccoon.

In the room, chaos ensued as the most valuable of all products was destroyed.
