I was at that moment in Nyx's castle and we were both doing something very important * beat * * beat * * beat * My body and hers were on edge and both of us were very sweaty.

"Damn it, I lost it again" Nyx moaned angrily looking at her king piece lying on the board.
"So, let's go back to the main story," I said remembering the reason I came to Nyx's domain.
"Yes, you want me to help you get guardians, right?" She asks looking at the chessboard once again putting the pieces in place.
"Yes, I have been having trouble evolving beings of a level equivalent to my guardians," I said with disappointment as I looked at her.
"Why don't you recruit deities," She said and took a glass of tea from the table. "You Erebo is a powerful deity and has many deities who will follow you"
Erebo ... That name is starting to chase me, souls are arriving in the underworld they started to call themselves by the name of Ébero.
At first I thought it was some deity that was creating a new religion, I was wrong, for some reason my appearance in the human world caused the few beings that felt my presence to start spreading about my existence as a deity of darkness (Erebo) and a deity of death (Hades)
The rumor that a deity killed a primordial spread quickly through mortals and eventually people started to adore the guys' Hades and Erebo who were impersonating me.
in the matter of Hades, it was not strange, he was probably the self of this world or it was my pagan version, but, Ebero is strange I remember the guy as a dark primordial and not a deity, and this guy was probably the husband of Nyx in mythology what didn't happen in this world.
I was not irritated that two deities were using my name to gain power since I could not gain power from faith. So it made no difference to me.
is that the dead and the younger guardians are thinking that there are two selves and that Hades rules one part of the underworld and Erebo the other.
One ruling death and the other the darkness of the underworld
"Nyx, I have a proposal for you" I said as seriously as possible
"What proposal?" She asked curiously.
"I give you 5% more of my domain and you become one of my guardians" I said imposing the idea
"I want 20% to be your subordinate," She said firmly.
"5% and you have a child with me, for him/her to be the guardian of one of my kingdoms" I bluffed already giving up, there was no way I could give 20% of the underworld to her so I left to provoke the primordial in front of me knowing that she would not accept it, she was paramount and was very proud to accept it.
"Closed," She said with conviction, and * Cough * I gasped in disbelief at her response.
"What?" I asked shocked and with my mouth open.
"I accept" She said with a victory smile on her face, She is planning something
"with the proviso that you give me that part of the underworld for good," She said with an innocent smile.
"Sorry, I can't do this" the underworld is alive and there is no way for me to give this part to you, the dimension itself is connected to my soul.
"Hmm" She made a groan of understanding and then looked at me steadily
"Then make me the queen of the dark part of the underworld," She said firmly and moved a piece of the chessboard and placed it in the middle.
"my domain already has a queen who is my wife Eve" I stated making clear my position on her proposal.
"Eve is the queen of Tartaro," She said as she knocked the table aside and walked over to me to sit on my lap looking straight into my eyes.
"Everyone doesn't have to worry about you Erebo, I'm not jealous or monogamous," She said as she stroked my face.
I tried my best to keep away from her seduction, I promised Eve that I wouldn't cheat on her, even though our relationship didn't start of love, I will stay true to my word.
"I will have to take some time to think" I said to her as I took her off me and used my divinity to disappear from the place turning me into a black fog
"Take as long as you want to think" I heard her voice in the distance
___castles of Hades___
I appeared in the middle of my castle. to be more precise the throne room of my castle.
"So, how was the chess game with Nyx?" I heard a well-known voice behind me and turned to see the owner of the voice.
I saw exactly the person I didn't expect to meet right now, Eve, who was sitting on my throne, it became very common.
She has spent more time sitting on my throne than on Tartaro her domain, which I did not understand, she had no interest in taking the throne from me and was happy being the ruler of Tartaro.
How do I know that? Well, it's simple. In the underworld, there is a kind of magical barrier that tells me if my subordinates are dissatisfied with me or are planning something against me.
"Yes, it was a good game" I said approaching her and sitting next to her on my throne which is huge and fits more than 5 people on it
"Did you manage to make her one of the guardians?" She asked curiously
"No, she wants to become the queen of the dark part of the underworld," I said, slightly annoyed.
"Why don't you have supper?" She asked curiously
"What?" I asked her without understanding what she wants to get to
"you know the souls are getting weak, right?" She said with concern and an annoyed grimace
"Yes, the Age of the Gods is coming to an end," I said and looking at Styx who was taking millions of souls to their respective heavens and hells.
"That's why I think you should accept her proposal, most of the primordial will be leaving soon and a war between the minors is going to happen," She said looking at the same souls from the Styx I was seeing.
"We were going to be dragged into a war," I said irritably, you don't have to be a genius to know that God created hell and the Christian sky was working again.
The souls that come to the underworld are decreasing in quantity and also a strong primordial presence has recently been corrupted.
Probably an archangel has fallen and if I'm not wrong, that archangel is probably Lucifer.
"Very well, but, won't you feel betrayed?" I asked Eve hoping for an honest answer.
"No, actually, I approve of her if she chooses to have a three-way relationship" Did she say with a curious expression? Then she disappeared.
Strange, very strange, but, never mind, I don't want to get involved in her madness.
___Nyx__
"So, did you convince him?" Nyx asked curiously as she looked into a dark corner of the room.
She was sitting relaxed on a large sofa.
"Yes" Eve appeared in the dark of Nyx's castle and sat on the same sofa as Nyx, Eve then laid her head on Nyx's lap
Nyx stroked Eve's head, which purred with affection.
"You did my dear Persephone well," Nyx said and stopped stroking Eve's head when she felt a tight grip on her hand.
"Please don't call me by that name, that weak and silly deity died when she was kidnapped and raped by Pluto," she said with a yellow fire in her eyes.
"How scary," Nyx said sarcastically and then continued to stroke Eve's head.
"Don't you feel bad about having married someone with the same presence as the Divinity that kidnapped you?" Nyx asked curiously "If you hadn't been kidnapped you could have continued your life as a deity of nature and not have become a monstrous deity"
"Hades is not the same as that goddamn Pluto, Hades may even be the Pluto version of another universe, but, they are not the same people"
