"Xiao Yi, I beg you to accept," Li Zheng Yu coaxed with a sad look as he tightened his grip on Xiao Yi again. 

"But, for what purpose did you give it to me?" Xiao Yi wanted to know so that there would be no misunderstanding between them.

Li Zheng Yu was silent as he thought for a while.

"Think of it as a gift since you've made such a big change to Mei-Yin." Li Zheng Yu answered casually. Even though he gave it as a form of affection which was slowly starting to grow bigger in his heart.

"Hmmm, fine. I'll take it."

Li Zheng Yu breathed a sigh of relief. Even though it was for Mei-Yin's reason, at least the ring was not returned. Li Zheng Yu could see the ring was worn on his wife's ring finger. It was their wedding ring that Xiao Yi returned that night.

"Let me put it on," Li Zheng Yu said. Let's just say today was the day they reunited.
