CHAPTER START---
Kurotsuchi awoke with a gasp, water was poured onto her face as she suddenly sat up on the ground.
"Hey now, relax, you were only not for a few seconds," Jin says as he takes a step back.
"I, you didn't kill me while I was out"
"Nah we have a date"
"You're a dumbass, you know that right, I would have killed you in an instant" she flatly says.
"Yeah I assumed as much when you tried to drown me in lava, now get your ass up, suns already down and I've got an early morning." he jokingly says.
Taking as Kurotsuchi rose to her feet Jin could still feel all the stone ninja within his sensory range keeping an eye on them.
'These guys are cramping my style, can't do anything here '
"Alright, dinner's on me, think you can keep up?" he playfully questions before rushing off.
Eventually getting seated in a private booth in a restaurant, Jin quickly orders some sake before giving his full attention to his date.
"So what does a tree hugger need to do to learn to fly, because I'd be well in line to say you cheated getting over here with that," he jokes with her.
"HA, family secret, unless your from the Tsuchikage clan nobody gets that info," she proudly says.
"That's easy then, just need to marry you right?" He asks flatly.
"ACH!" she chokes on her sake as her face gets a tint of red.
"Hahaha, settle down pebble, only a joke. Well, mostly" he says as he takes a sip of his drink.
"Uh-huh, you wish you could marry me, but sorry I'm not gonna marry some weak tree hugger" she grumbles while pouring more sake, clearly avoiding his gaze to hide her blush.
"Well, I already beat you soo... I think I'm qualified, anyway, what's life like in the stone. The place seems kinda... empty" Jin asks softly.
"Well we aren't surrounded by trees but we have some massive lakes and volcanos, the forests are mostly at the borders, all in all, it's pretty calm, but that's good right?"
"Oh definitely, I very much prefer coming here to have a date with a pretty girl than expecting a fight,"
"Mmm," she grumbles as her cheeks get a bit rosier.
"Have you ever been to the other nations?" Jin asks.
As their conversation continues, four bottles of sake and two courses later Kurotsuchi is more than a bit buzzed while Jin is faking his buzz as well as he can. Eventually, the night drags on, however, the time for any date to come to an end.
"I really wish I had more time to spend with you Kurotsuchi, but like I said, early morning and a long trip tomorrow. Be sure to come see me if you ever end up in Konoha, and I'll check on you if I'm River in Iwa," Jin says as he leans forward across the table.
As he slowly leans in, to even her surprise, Kurotsuchi finds herself mirroring his actions as she rises just a bit off her chair and leans in for a kiss. As their lips touch, her mind goes completely blank, to anyone in this situation it would have only one real explanation, love... or attraction at the very least. But we know the truth, the moment they made contact and his hand cupped her cheek.
'Ningendo!'
His grasp on her soul became absolute, holding on enough to completely paralyze her because of the difference in their strength and willpower, her eyes close making it feel as if it were just a moment where she was weightless.
'Hmmm, she really did have good intel' he quickly thinks before canceling his technique.
As he pulls away and rises to his full height, the girl can be seen completely flushed, her body hot and panting, not from any kind of sexual stimulation but a simple side effect of surviving the advanced form of this technique's interrogation, fatigue.
"Hey you ok? It was just a kiss but if you wanna continue we can alw---"
"NO! I just, I need a minute. I'll make sure to keep in touch if I visit the leaf, I'm gonna sit here for a minute and catch my breath. Have a safe trip Jin" She says with a beaming smile.
"Stay safe Kurotsuchi, and tell your grandpa to make you a damn Jounin already, you more than deserve it from what I see," he says before walking out of the restaurant, leaving the girl in a confused state.
"What... was that..." she wonders out loud while raising a finger to feel her lips, a dazed and elated expression claiming her face as she thinks about that weightless feeling she experienced.
"I felt so...free, like I was flying but, better..." she says before placing her elbows on the table and holding her head, "Grandpa is gonna have a heart attack if he knows about this, fuck," she mutters before pouring herself another drink.
As Jin arrived back in his hotel room, he quickly stripped after making two clones to stand guard while he sleeps.
"That was easy, she really is cute so glad I didn't kill her, and I learned their flight technique, how the fuck does earth style equal flight I will never know," he mutters to himself before getting into bed.
As Jin lays his head down to rest for the night, barely a few minutes pass before he shoots up in a panic.
"DANZO" he coldly says before getting dressed once more and rushing through the window.
