Chapter 742: WRITINGS OF UNCLE WALTER

Hilton tensed as soon as Ambrose came to join him for a drink, taking a seat across from him. Marcus was right beside Ambrose, his eyes trained on Hilton.

"I hope I am not disturbing you, Mr Hilton!" Ambrose crossed his legs, leaning back on the couch.

"Of course no Lord Ambrose. You are most welcome to join me!"

Marcus ordered a servant to get more drinks.

Ambrose had a smirk on his face, but Hilton couldn't guess what it meant in those circumstances. The server came with their drinks and filled their glass before asking if they need anything else.

Marcus told him to leave, and the man didn't wait to be told again.

"I don't see Lady Aurora, My Lord," Hilton commented, glancing around for a fleeting moment.

"She is at home." Came Ambrose's curt reply.

Hilton placed the rim of the glass to his lips. "I hope she is doing well."

Hilton hadn't visited the Garfield mansion like he used to. The couple of times he went there, he met only with Ambrose.
