Chapter 219: An Experienced Pirate

      Ilona and Mason packed up their belongings and hiked through the moonlight back to the pirates' cavern.  Most of the men were pleased to see them return, although Ilona had a feeling they were happier to see Mason than her.

      Almost as soon as they were settled, Anja sat Mason down and removed his stitches.  Ilona stood back, biting at a nail as she watched his clenched fists.

      The couple had brought as many oysters as they could gather in the light of the setting sun.  The pirates were relieved to see those as well, apparently not having been able to travel to get any more themselves.  Anja set a few men to work preparing the oysters before she started on a soup for them all.
