Chapter 37: chapter 37 - Informing the Maou
Issei began to give them each a training regimen to follow in the next few days. He suggested Yuumi to create swords that could be use in situation like exploding sword or even weapon that replicate the demonic power of other devils. She gave thoughtful in the suggestion while looking at her sword.
It was unfortunate, she hadn't unlock her balance breaker but it won't take long before that happened. Additionally, she still doesn't have the blade blacksmith Sacred gear to create an army of knights.
He would have a spar with her to teach about his sword style which was accumulation of many style into one. It didn't have name as he doesn't care about it when creating it.
Afterwards came Koneko who would be thought by Issei in controlling her Senjutsu. He wasn't an expert in the field but knew how to train and ways in helping her grow stronger with the addition of Youjutsu.
He would create clones to train them quicker much to their surprise seeing Issei of them. Next was Akeno who would be much easier since he only lack accepting her powers and only thought her ways in using the ability.
He suggested molding them into different shape ranging from ball of lighting to a small lightning snake. It would help her better control the holy lightning.
Finally it was Rias who only need to do the same as Akeno and used her brother as bases in growing stronger.
"Alright Issei. Me and akeno will train with each other."
"Be careful and don't push yourself yo hard."
Rias blush for his concern while her queen teasingly smile. Both of them went to separate Area to train leaving the others to train.
"Yuumi, Koneko-chan. You would fight a clone of mine while I train by myself."
Despite his clone having only five percent of his power they were still capable of defeating middle to high class with their skills alone. Getting a nod from the two, teleported far away enough to train his control over his new power.
"Now even though we are just close doesn't mean you can understatement us. Alright lets a spar and teach you my fighting style."
With that the two of them were instantly defeated from spar. Issei chuckled a bit at how easily for them to be beaten. For the next few days, he taught them his fighting styles.

It was the night few days after training, the result was Issei able to better control the power of destruction along with the holy lightning form which causes him to move at tremendous speed. He wasn't as fast as lightning at the moment in the form but slowly he is.
If he added a boost to it then the result would be obvious. Though Issei was making his foundation solid unlike in the past where he relied to heavily in his sacred gear almost beaten by Rizevim with his Sacred Gear Canceller.
He still hadn't unlike special devil power apart from Power of destruction. Now Issei based power without his sacred gear is A ranked. Super class devils. He could now destroyed large plot of land with a flick of his finger.
"Master I had returned to the task you had given me."
From the shadow came a man wearing tailcoat kneeling down in one knee. It was diablo who had finish searching ingvild along with Raynare brothers.the
"Tell me two your task had went?"
"I was able to bring back the girl that master claims to be your queen. She is currently in slumber rand being observe by a man named Azazel. He had told me he was an acquaintance of yours."
"Yes he is my sensei. Anyway how about the other tasks?"
"Master, the man you are searching is none at the places you've given me. The only task I had to accomplish is getting the girls, informing tha e youkai faction leader, Setting a meeting with the man named Sirzerch along with woman named serafall."
"I see I'll need to visit Sirzerchs and tell him about Kuroka."
Issei won't tell the outer gods just of yet, as it was better telling them when all of his allies are present is much better and allow smooth cooperation with one another.
He needed to cooperate with sirzechs in order to punish the one who hurt Kuroka clearing her name. Issei wonders how she was along with valid who was her best friend. Issei planned to meet them after he meet with Sirzechs and Serafall.
Though he was disappointed that diablo wasn't able to find Raynare's brother and thought Kokabiel is acted quick. Azazel had told him he had escape his monitor killing few fallen angel.
"Alright, you can take a rest."
"But my lord surely they are more for me to do!?"
"No, it's enough but tell me how you manage to get here?"
"Forgive me my lord but I cannot recall beside trying to find you."
"Hmm unusual. Perhaps it's another part of your plan?"
Issei stared in the sky intently being responded by the silent night. He sign and told diablo to be on stand by. Diablo obliged and enter his master's shadow.

Issei left his friends to trained and visit the underworld where he would meet sirzechs privately. He could already sense four individuals with a strong aura but not enough for him to feel threatened.
He calmly went inside being greeted by three people discuss in circular table. They turn their heads to the new arrival wary that none of them was able to sense him but serafall who saw his face eyes glitter.
"Ise-tan!? What are you doing here!?"
Serafall dash to Issei hugging his arm whole Issei gave warm smile from the action.
"Are you the red dragon emperor that we were inform about?"
The one who spoke was a man with a slick green hair wearing extravagant noble coat. He was observing Issei curios about how he was able to bypass the barrier they place in order only someone their level would be able to enter.
They all been gathered because of sirzechs informing them about requesting a meeting. The most striking is the mention of Trihexa and death of God of the Bible that only few knew about. Though the latter is lie now.
"It appears that my little sister had gain an interest thing pawn. I presume your Issei hyoudou?"
The one who spoke was handsome with long crimson red hair wearing long garb and shoulder armor. He was intrigue about him due Grayfia reporting about what happened recently.
He could sense nothing to Issei literary nothing even wisp of energy weren't presence yet felt danger from even thinking of fighting him.
"Yes, Sirzerch-sama I am. Sera can you let me go as I have important things to discuss with you."
Everyone in the room felt the air change the way Issei spoke. They immediately realize the master of the messenger was Issei and wonder how he was able to gain information about it.
Sirzerchs knew Issei had been a devil for few weeks and impossible for him to know more about the supernatural unless he already knew about it which is impossible as he would have known about the fallen angel. He been observing his little sister action and knew about the fallen angel. Serafall sat back where she was as Issei began to speak.
"First of all, I want to introduce myself. I am Issei hyoudou and I came from the future."
Hearing his words shocked them thinking if he was lying but Issei has no reason to lie about being the future.
"Can you elaborate everything to us?"
"Alright this going to be long story."
Issei told them everything up until the outer gods invasion to their worlds. They were all frighten about the event that would unfold in the future specially Trihexa who can cause a large damage to the world. This cause them to make plans in preventing this things from happening.
Many would question why would they believed his words too easily but everything about the Issei's information matches the reason reports. The most convincing thing is his power which is too past for normal devil.
"Theirs more to your story is it?"
"Yes but it would be better if I told you when the peace treaty is establish. I already sent message to trust worthy allies for us to ask for help. However, please be wary as unknown enemies will come and can be stronger than super class devil."
"This is much dire than we thought. Alright I would investigate the old Satan faction and the mole in our faction. Furthermore, I'll help clear the name of the SS stray devil, kuroka."
"Call by her name, She isn't criminal."
Issei annoyed that made Sirzerchs to only warily smile. He thought that Kuroka is highly likely one of his lover in the future.
