Chapter 3: Chapter 1
" Hello my name is sofia and i shall be your guide for the day, we shall start our today's tour at the gardens and end at the great HummingHeart monument which i know all of you here are excited to see, , , , " There tour guide at the great Hummingheart university had begun their tour with some introduction. Hunkings was excited just like the other students , they had been all divided to groups and the quadruplets had been separated. Hunkings was in the same group with John while Lorna had ended up in the same group with Meshack.
"This is the magical garden of Hummingheart, well known for its captivating flowers and the sweet romantic feeling that has graced this garden, many will, , , , eeer, , , " sofia stammered as she continued giving her tour , and looked up with a dreaded look on face, the other students raised there eyes to look up as well , but saw nothing but Hunkings.
"What the hell????!dude did you see that?" Hunkins said to a student who was next to him, his brother John was busy on his phone.
" what? " the boy asked Hunkins.
"The person , on the air" Hunkins said implausibly.
"Haha, , , you on drugs or something" the boy told Hunkins walking away from him. He looked at sofia there tour guide who had changed her whole mood after what had just happened.
There tour was coming to an end after visiting other places.They were now heading to Hummingheart Monument.
" This is the sculpture of the great caleb Dirak. The man who founded Hummingheart, and we hold celebrations in honour to him, ,every, , , , " Sofia continued as Hunkins went on speaking to John who had not payed any attention from the begining of the tour, his head down to his phone.
" i am not nuts am serious, John i saw a person" Hunkins explained to his brother.
"i mean how could you not have seen what i saw?" He continued.
" i was busy , you should really try this new game, so cool!!"John said still busy playing a game on his phone.
"Come on John, you are not even listening to me" Hunkins said frustrated.
"I am, you say you saw someone?" John said still on his phone.
"Yeah, and i think she knows a thing about this" Hunkins was back at following his instincts and this was their speciality , him and his brothers. Lorna would only chip in if it was in any way to be of help to her.
"Let's ask her, and it seems now will be it." John said putting his phone away , the tour was over for the day and everyone was dispersing, speaking among themselves how beautiful this school was. The two brothers went after Sofia, who seemed to be in hurry.
"Sofia was it? " Hunkins called to her after catching up to her.
"What do you two freshers want?" She said annoyingly to them.
"Just a word" John said to her. She looked at them rolling her eyes.
"Okay you two if its my number you want, NO i won't give you.Now excuse me!"she said angrily , pushing them aside as she passed in between them.
" you saw her too! I saw you look up" Hunkins shouted at her, making her stop all of sudden and turn back to them.
"Saw what?" She whispered with a dreadfull look on her face.
"The person on the sky"Hunkins said confidently.
" listen here you two. I dont know what it is you are talking about, but get this clear, i did not see any girl on the sky and neither did you!!" She continued after looking around like she was being watched by a person "word of advice; dont snoop your noses to things you dont know about!!" She gave them a fierce look and walked away faster than she was walking earlier.
"I now belive you, " John said as sofia dissapeared in to the crowd "you didn't mention it was a girl to her did you?" He asked.
"No, but she did say it, meaning she saw what i saw" Hunkins said with satisfaction.
"Lets do this! We should inform Lorna and Meshack" John said before a loud scream was heard from the garden and everyone rushed in that direction.
The garden was quite a distance from where they were, but it was not like them to ignore such attention seeking circumstances. The two rushed in that direction arriving abit too late, as too find a big crowd all talking at once. The two managed to get in to the garden , a girl was lying down there as some people tried to attend to her , asking people to give way. They were taking her to the medical centre.
"What happened here, is she dead" John asked one of the students who was next to them.
"She has just passed out, you see we were here admiring this place taking pictures, when all of a sudden , she screamed after telling us to look up in the sky there's something , , the next thing we heard was her loud scream before she passed out, but thats not all , we had a loud thud and when we turned , , it was so horrible, , "the girl started crying as she turned in the direction where more people were. Hunkins and John turned and went further in to see what everyone was looking at.
" Hunkins , you got to see this, its her ;did we not speak to her a while ago " John said in shock.He was always good at remembering and identifying people.
"Yes,it looks like her, but how, , " Hunkins said looking at the body of the young girl lying dead at the centre of the garden.
"She came from up there" the girl who was telling them what happened to her friend continued, she was still crying and clearly scared.
One look at that dead body lying there and one would have nightmares for their entire life. She was dead with her neck broken clearly from the fall, her eyes were wide open and completely white, she was shrunk almost beyond identification, if it were not for her green dyed coloured hair and her blue dress neither John nor his brother would have realised it was Sofia.
