Chapter 19: Chapter 19 - Vanara Clan
Situ Village is situated at the North of the Primary Mountain. They were once a group of people who were not accepted by the world and Society.
Most of them are hybrid between humans and beasts.
Some are low-class people who are not accepted by society.
Few are people who are abandoned by their families, maybe due to their health, disease, or money
Nonetheless, there are also some rare cases.
These types of people once migrated into Primary Mountain, which is the only Mountain that no ruler wants to associate with.
Three hundred years have passed since they migrated here and formed a village for themselves. Now, their descendants are currently inhabiting here.
Due to them being descendants of outcast people, the outside world starts calling them Devil's Childs to the people of Primary Mountain.
In the group of first migrated people, there an older man who believes in Primary Mountain God and told everyone that only Mountain God could save us.
Unexpectedly after they start worshipping the Mountain God, the sick again became healthy, and crops begin growing on the Futile lands of the Primary Moutain.
Hence, the people who once lost faith in their God start believing in the Primary Mountain God.
The Mountain which protected them, the Mountain which gave them a place to stay, the Mountain that ended their starvation.
They start worshipping an unknown and nonexistent entity, The Primary Mountain God.
Thus, after 300 years, the total faith reaches the point where a God's particle of the primary Mountain attains sentience.
Presently in the Sittu village, there is a commotion due to the attack of the beast that is the ruler of the Primary Mountain.
"The Mountain Lion must have killed that idiot," A cat person said.
"Alas, both grandfather and grandson are killed by that beast," A man with a pointy nose sighed.
"Including them, we had lost four people this year due to that beast," The cat person again said.
Suddenly, a voice sounded from behind.
"Hey, what are you two doing? Stay focus; the Mountain lion may come anytime," A tall and mighty monkey person shouted.
Both of them immediately looked at him and instantly responded," Yes, Captain!"
Their Captain isn't a hybrid like them, but a person from a superior Clan.
The Vanara Clan.
A Clan of supernatural beings called themselves Vanara; the flag of this clan bears monkeys as emblems.
They look exactly like monkey person except they have extraordinary powers and a mighty tail.
They called themselves a Clan rather than a race.
In their clan, the tail is a symbol of high purity and superiority among them. The ancestor of this clan is a Nine tail Vanara.
However, their captain is a Vanara who was expelled from the Vanara Clan because of him being born without any tail. At the age of 3 months, his parents and clan threw him at the Primary Mountain.
Besides, it is because of the captain's mother's plea that their captain was not killed but thrown to their Village.
Currently, their Captain is merely 21 years old. Yet, due to the Vanara blood flowing in his veins, he is presently the strongest person in their Village. Due to this, the Village chief gave him the name Mahaveer.
Mahaveer glanced at them and then shook his head. He felt sad about that kid.
'O great Mountain God, please help that naive and honest boy. He always brings flowers and fruits for you in the early morning. His love towards you is enormous.'
Mahaveer glanced at the top of the Mountain and prayed to his God.
Suddenly, he heard a commotion around the village.
"Captain, John!"
Mahaveer looked in a particular direction and saw a boy of around 16 years old happily striding towards the village.
"John? He successfully escaped from the Mountain Tiger!"
A delighted expression appeared on Mahaveer's face. He immediately leaped in his direction.
"John, John, How did you escape from that beast?" Mahaveer quickly inquired.
John doesn't give him the exact answer; he just looked up high at the top of the Primary Mountain.
"John, Did Mountain God save you?" Mahaveer nervously asked. He has some doubt on his face.
John simply nodded his head and said," The Mountain God said he would help me to take revenge for my grandpa's death."
"Help!" Mahaveer was astonished upon hearing his unbelievable words.
"Yes, I could sense his divine p-presence in my body. Previously, in the forest, I was so powerful that I quickly climbed the big tree. It is my God's divine blessing to me." John nonchalantly told him his experience with the Mountain God.
"Divine Blessing!"
Some people are born with Divine blessing; only a few acquired it with their pure devotion to their God.
Regardless of the case, the Divine blessing is something that only a handful of people presently have.
Divine blessing represents the divine power a God held.
"John, so you escape from the Mountain Lion because of you climbing on a tree?"
John simply nodded his head.
Mahaveer thought for a few seconds before telling the Cat person to take John to the village safely.
'The Mountain Lion would have gone to his lair.' Mahaveer thought to himself.
Afterward, He glanced at the top of the Mountain.
Mahaveer is somewhat confused by John's statement.
"Did the Mountain God really show his divine presence to John? Didn't the village chief once tell me that The Mountain God is heavily injured?"
When Mahaveer was an 8-year-old, he once asked the village chief about the Mountain God. He eventually asked why their God never helped or showed his divine presence to them. In response, the Village chief told him that their Mountain God is heavily injured while protecting us from the Demonic God.
Shortly after saying, Mahaveer departed towards the peak of Primary Mountain.
