About GoT, I will self insert him as Jon Snow and I will also give him proper powers. Once, he also makes this world consider him as a God, he will take it for himself. He will start out as a proper gamer with just a 'simple' stat juice, the one that I gave Irene too.
Going in this world is not useless, as he will learn how to use and control his powers, plus Incest is Wincest, this world will have a lot of sex scenes with dirty language. *Ainsley Harriot* he he he boy*.

Well, let me clear some of your confusions about Irene. She will go to minor worlds to run errands and these errands will also help her to become stronger. Meaning, she will go to minor worlds like 'Your lie in April, Clannad, and other worlds where Mc is not available, or there are no Ntr chances. However, this also doesn't mean that she will lose her personality or will betray the MC, as he has granted her the loyalty and the love crest. And, what this crest does is make the obedience, loyalty and love for a person eternal.
Also, the idea to kill wish recievers was taken from a fanfic I read recently, I can't be bothered to remember it's name and like most fanfics I have already forgotten its content. No wish granter can hurt Irene or even see her, as MC has taken all the measures to ensure her safety.
