Chapter 39: Determination Of A Man In Love

They say a man's life flashes before his eyes when he is staring death in the face; well, I say it is bullshit. All that is staring me in the face are the barrel of a Ruger. Now, did I foresee this happening? Well, of course, I did not come here to have a goddamn tea party. What was a casual exchange of threats has now only stepped up one level to where I am about to have my head blown off. Yet, this man underestimates my determination.

I have come too far and too long to have Isabella by my side; there shall be no one that comes between us. Now I do not know who this man is, but he claims that he is not Mark, well I don't care who he frankly is.
