Chapter 33: BSWS CH-33 The Chunin Exams I - Devising New Technique
With this new mission in mind, she quietly slipped out of the room for a moment and made a Shadow clone. She returned to the room immediately, while her clone went to find Kakashi. With her Chakra Sense, it was not a hard job for her to find him, especially since he was just on the floor above them with other Jonin.
Seeing a clone of Sakura coming for Him, Kakashi was surprised. He immediately went to meet her, followed by Kurenai, Asuma, and Guy.
"Sakura? What are you doing here?" Kakashi asked.
"Sensei, there is a dangerous person in the exam who I suspect might have bad intentions towards us. And trust me, I don't mean that in a regular way. He approached the Rookie 9 and appeared harmless. Yet he tried to instigate the entire crowd of participants against us subtly."
"His stories, his excuses, and persona kind of feel fake and made up to fool others. But even more alarmingly, He has a lot of classified information about Genin of Leaf and other villages that he should not be able to get his hands on if he was as his story portrayed."
"However, the reason I am so convinced that he is dangerous is that when I tried to test him by insulting him, his mask slipped for the briefest moment. At that moment, I sensed him forming a hidden jutsu to kill me in an instant seamlessly. It seemed as if killing someone in the middle of a hall filled with Genin was just an everyday issue for him."
"Sensei, please look into him. He is a very suspicious character." Sakura said.
Kakashi, Kurenai, Asuma, and Guy were both stunned and impressed. They never imagined a Genin could gather so much information about a person they met for the first time.
Moreover, if her suspicion was right, then this person had managed to get past a whole lot of security checks effortlessly. This meant that he was an extremely dangerous character and he was almost certainly being backed by someone who had spies or contacts among people who handled Leaf's administration work.
This increased the threat and importance of this person even more, as it made this person a high-priority target that could lead them to more of the corrupted individuals within Leaf. Leaf had interrogated suspicious people for far less incriminating information than this.
"Okay, don't worry about it Sakura," Kakashi said while patting her head "We will take care of this. You currently should focus on the exams. As for this suspicious character, I doubt he will try to do something right at this moment as the first stage is just a written test. Oh right, what is his name?"
"Kabuto. Kabuto Yakushi.." Sakura clone said.
"Alright, we will inform Hokage and keep an eye on him. Just relax and give the exams. Let us Jonin handle this threat." Kakashi said.
Sakura nodded and dispelled the clone, returning all the memory of the conversation to the original.
Kurenai glanced at Kakashi once Sakura had gone "So she was the one you asked the favor for? The one you said I should help in training for Genjutsu?"
"Yes. She is talented in so many different things that it is astonishing to see. Most of the time she is taking care of the team and teaching the other two stuff more than me. I just want to repay that by helping her out where I can." Kakashi said.
"You know, you often portray yourself like an annoying bastard that people get annoyed at and would like to punch right in the face. But it is at times like these that I realize you do have a good heart Kakashi." Asuma said as he let out a cloud of smoke.
"As expected of my Rival. Your Youth is mysterious and elusive, But it shines through at the Right Time and Place." Guy said, striking a pose with his teeth gleaming like flashlights.
"Alright enough of this." Kakashi said, "If Sakura's information is correct, which I believe it is, we should go and inform Hokage about this immediately."

Meanwhile, Back at the Exam Hall, the written test had already begun. Proctor Ibiki Morino had told them all of the various rules of the test and had arranged them in a seemingly randomized pattern of seating.
Sakura was hardly concerned about her test. With the amount of information UTS had stuffed in her mind, it took her less than five minutes to fill the paper with answers. Now her concern was to make Naruto and Sasuke pass.
'Hmm, Based on its theory, Genjutsu influences the target I cast it on by influencing their chakra with mine. Genjutsu can be dispelled when the target kind of resets the flow of his or her chakra by forcefully disrupting it.'
'However, what if my chakra constantly influences the chakra network of my target? Will I be able to overcome the resetting and constantly keep them within the Genjutsu?' Sakura thought of this theory while wondering how to help Naruto and Sasuke cheat.
'If my calculations and theory are right, then I should be able to achieve this if I carefully stimulate my targets with constant application of Genjutsu by the continuous influence of my chakra on their Chakra Network.'
'As for continuous insertion of my chakra into their chakra network, I think I can probably achieve that with the help of Chakra Strings and Chakra Needles! This idea is actually a feasible technique!!' Sakura thought excitedly as the technique rapidly coalesced into a prototype in her mind. UTS supplied her with various supporting knowledge.
'Hmm okay, this is actually achievable now. For this Unbreakable Genjutsu, My chakra will connect to my target's Chakra Network through Chakra Strings and Chakra Needles. The moment Chakra Needle connects to my Target, it will apply my personalized Fuinjutsu on them, which would stabilize my connection to their Chakra Network.'
'This would also prevent them from being able to shake off the influence of my Genjutsu no matter what they do until I decide to let them out. If my thought process is correct, This could actually turn out to become a much more powerful technique than I thought initially!!!' Sakura's thoughts raced.
'Since Chakra Needles and Strings don't produce any physical sensations unless I want them to, this technique will be completely undetectable by my target. Even if they come to know, unless they can cut off my strings before I cast my Genjutsu, they will be trapped in Genjutsu World.'
'I have to try this out... Let's see…. whom to use as a test subject..' Sakura thought as her gaze wandered around the room. Her eyes finally settled on one of the Sound Village Genin.
'Hmph, These three caused a lot of harm in the Original Timeline. Let them be my Test Subjects.' Sakura thought with a glint in her eye.
