The sun was still shining bright up in the air when Bell had left the dungeon.
He had already gotten used to the body he was inhabited and began jogging on a small road while analysing the adventurers that were passing by.
'So this is where the goddess is at...'
That was what Bell thought while standing in front of a ruined church.
He instinctively scratched the back of his head and proceeded to enter the building quietly, in fear of waking the sleeping Godddess from her slumber.
But what he didn't know was that she was already up and awake, waiting for him.
*Creak*
A piece of the church's ceiling had suddenly fell off and landed right in front of Bell, startling him.
"Bell-kun?"
A feminine voice suddenly shouted from quite a distance away, making Bell raise an eyebrow in surprise.
'Hestia-sama had already woken up? This is quite surprising...'
According to his memories, Hestia hated to wake up early in the morning and always slept until Bell came back to the church.
*Crash*
Bell's thoughts were suddenly interrupted when he felt his head on something soft.
"Ah, Bell-kun your safe!"
Bell suddenly felt himself unable to breathe when he felt a pair of arms tighten themselves on his neck.
"Hestia-sama...I can't breathe..."
Bell took in a deep breath when he felt his head leave from the 'pillows.' His face that was dyed red was slowly recovering to their former pale colour, making Hestia chuckle awkwardly.
"Hahaha, sorry I was just happy that you were safe!"
The melodious voice that belonged to Hestia spoke up again, causing Bell to look up at her.
'So this is the person who took me in...'
Hestia, the goddess of the hearth. She was the first one to take Bell into her familia after numerous familia's rejected him.
"I'm sorry for making you contract with such an incompetent Goddess..."
Bell looked at Hestia in shock before shaking his head lightly.
"You aren't incompetent Hestia-sama. You had taken me into a familia while no one else did, this is already enough for me."
Hestia's eyes widened slightly when she heard that. She then froze for a few minutes before hugging Bell aggressively again.
"Bell-kun, I'm so happy to meet someone like you!Ah, we have to update your <Status>, don't we?"
Hestia suddenly spoke and walked towards a room with a bed and a mirror.
"Now, you have to lay on the bed."
Bell had already taken off his T-shirt the second he had walked inside. He then followed what Hestia said and laid on his stomach while taking a glance at the mirror.
'So this is a falna...'
An image of a burning hearth was imprinted on Bell's back alongside some words he couldn't read. This was what you would call a Falna or a God's Grace - A gift from God-.
"So, how was your dungeon dive this time?"
Hestia suddenly spoke up while straddling herself on Bell's waist. She then took out a needle and stroked certain parts of Bell's back while the latter talked about his 'adventure.'
She then poked her finger and let some of her blood drop on his back that rapidly spread into ripple before entering his back completely.
"Your lucky that you survived that Minotaur attack.*Sigh* and I thought you listened to me..."
The words on Bell's back suddenly lit up and floated while Hestia continued to speak.
"Be careful next time, okay? I can't have the only member of my Familia dying."
She then took the paper next to the bed and placed it on Bell's back before drawing a circle on it.
"There is your status!"
Hestia suddenly handed Bell a piece of paper the moment he stood up, making him pause his movements momentarily.
'So there are my stats?'

Bell stared at these stats and found himself even more motivated to improve.
According to his predecessor's memories, the 5 abilities have 5 categories - Strength, Endurance, Dexterity, Agility and Magic -.
Each category is then represented by 10 stages, from high to low.
S, A , B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I. The higher the stage, the more powerful you will be.
The number beside the letter is the proficiency value.
0 ~ 99 = I
100 ~ 199 = H
200 ~ 299 = G
300 ~ 399 = F
400 ~ 499 = E
500 ~ 599 = D
600 ~ 699 = C
700 ~ 799 = B
800 ~ 899 = A
900 ~ 999 = S
Bell then looked at Hestia who was giving him an awkward smile and thought that something might be wrong.
"Is there something wrong?"
Hestia just shook her head making Bell stop insisting.
"I'll go and make food Hestia-sama."
Hestia just nodded slightly and waved before dropping onto the bed.
She then looked back to see if Bell was still there before looking at the paper on her hand and the paper she gave Bell.
'He will probably change if I told him his actual skills...'
Hestia sighed lightly and leaned her head backwards.
'Even if he doesn't change that much, a small change would still affect him for the better or worse. After all change is the essence of the residence from the lower world...but...'
Hestia grabbed a handful of hair from her head while looking at Bell's status.
'I don't want him to change...'
