Chapter 11: Chapter 11: Dark Heart Sect
Reif walks alongside Lance and Seph while completely ignoring the fear-riddled butler. He didn't even give him another glance after showing them that he is not a pushover
Despite Reif's young age, anyone would still feel subconscious fear when he displayed even just a hint of his aura
Reif was a Mage that reaches the pinnacle in the past! His bearing and demeanor can automatically sprout fear in the hearts of such low-level mages
Lance and Seph respectfully guided Reif to the room where their Big Brother was staying in. As the Baron and Head of this Household, the master's bedroom which was the biggest room was given to Ram
As soon as the pair of sibling opened the door, the sight of their brother writhing in pain while laying in the bed entered their eyes
Ram was sweating heavily while he groaned from time to time. The poison that was used on him wasn't the type to take a life at a fast speed
It was a slow-acting poison that will prolong the victim's suffering. Although the victim still has quite some time to live but they would always be tormented by pain
Weak-willed people would certainly not have the ability to withstand this kind of torture. They might choose to kill themselves instead of prolonging this suffering
The fact that Ram is still trying his best to endure was a sign of his strong willpower. Perhaps, he doesn't want to leave his siblings alone in this merciless world and that gives him the ability to endure
Seeing their Brother in such a situation, the two can't help but tear up while pain swelled in their hearts
They don't want to see their brother suffering anymore and they are putting all of their hopes into Reif
"P-please... please.. h-heal our brother" Seph begged. The siblingship they have was pretty good unlike the other Noble descents that are fighting against each other for their own benefit
Hearing that familiar voice, Ram force to open his heavy eyelids. The image of his siblings along with an unknown kid entered his vision
The worry in his siblings' faces makes Ram sad and he forced out a smile on his pale lips. "D-don't cry, B-Big Brother is f-fine" Ram reassured but that just caused the other two to sob even harder
Reif stared at Ram that was already in his mid to late twenties. In the countryside, his talent was already extraordinary
After all, not all Baron Clan in the countryside has 5th circle mages in them. Not to mention, it was the Baron himself
He is both a Noble and a powerful Mage in this area. For him to be poisoned like this, Reif can only guess that there were some conspiracies behind it. But it doesn't matter, he's just here to heal him
The siblingship between the three was a foreign thing for Reif. As far as he is concerned, he doesn't have a family the moment the Spring Clan wronged him

Without a warning, Reif holds Ram's arm that was full of muscle. The stronger Ram can only look at him with a confused face not understanding who he is or what he is doing
Ram also doesn't have enough power to stop Reif and before anyone can react, the kid already sinks his teeth into Ram's flesh
This level of pain was far too pale in comparison to the pain that Ram endured from the poison but his face still has a bewildered expression

"R-Reif... y-you... why are you biting my brother?" Lance asked anxiously but Reif has already withdrawn his mouth from Ram's arm
His lips still have some blood in them and he licked it as if it was the most normal thing to do in the world
Reif didn't bother answering Lance's question and gave his diagnosis to them
"I can suck the poison from your Brother" Hearing that, the pair of siblings were delighted
They already saw Reif eating the venom soc of purple-eyed snakes. If he can really suck the blood from their brother, then even without the antidote, Ram would still be healed
However, before they can celebrate, Reif opened his mouth again
"But I have conditions"
No matter what the condition is, as long as it was within their means, they would still give it to Reif
"Anything! We will do anything!" Lance replied. Not only was Ram the pillar of this Baron Family, but he was also the precious Eldest Brother of this family that had already lose their parents. They wouldn't think twice about using all of their resources to heal Ram

"I will be honest. I can suck all of his poison in one go but I won't do that. I can benefit from your brother's poison since his poison has the ability to reproduce. This was the first time that Reif spoke such long sentences but the siblings weren't delighted at all
After all, Reif said he can completely suck all of the poison but he won't do it for his own selfish reasons. It's not possible to not feel some dissatisfaction from that
Well, the reproduction ability of the poison itself is the reason why Reif followed them here. With this kind of poison in Ram's body, Reif would have a steady supply of poisons that are of a higher level than he can currently obtain
It might not affect him much but it was still better than nothing. Reif needs a constant supply of poison if he doesn't want his poison power to weaken
Ram looks at the other three in the room with confusion. Where did Reif come from? And does he really have the ability to cure him?
"What's happening?" Ram asked as he doesn't understand things
Lance turned his head to his brother and explained the situation
"We met Reif in the Patris Swamp. At that time, tens of purple-eyed snakes were biting him. We originally intended to help but he stops us. The poison from the snakes doesn't affect him and Reif even ate their venom soc. When I gave him a sample of your poisoned blood, Reif directly drank it and he was still perfectly fine. We asked him to come with us in hopes that he can heal Brother"

"B-But Reif... can you just fully heal our brother? We are willing to increase the price! 60 no 70, we will increase it to 70 gold coins!"

However, Reif firmly shook his head and explained things further. "You Brother would be able to move like normal as if the poison is purged out of his body already. The only difference is that I need to suck the poison in his body from time to time. The faces of the two siblings were still not that good but Ram already took the liberty to speak again

With that, the 2 younger siblings can only accept this arrangement but Lance was still angry

Ram was also angry at the person that poisoned him but he just shook his head helplessly
"Things are not that simple, Baron Kar is a member of Dark Heart Sect. He might be the lowest member but he is still a member. The Dark Heart Sect won't easily let their members be harmed"
Hearing the name Dark Heart Sect, a flash of coldness appeared in Reif's eyes. How can he not know that Dark Heart Sect?

"Did you just say Dark Heart Sect?" Reif asked in a tone filled with killing intent that a kid should not have
The three with him unconsciously gulp a mouthful of saliva while slowly nodding their heads
They can see how Reif's mood instantly changes. But now that they thought of Reif's body that has terrifying poison immunity, things became clearer for them
Reif might be a person that was tormented by that sect. Thus, Reif was filled with bloodlust after hearing the sect's name

"Reif, we can understand that you are angry at them but don't act recklessly. They are far too powerful" Ram said out of concern
