Chapter 3: File 3: First Day In The Palace
Haruto was brought to his room after reaching the palace and was even given his own personal maid. The room was 3 times the size of his college dorm and this made him wonder how big the other rooms in the palace were.
"Will you be needing anything else master?"
"M-Master?"
"Is there a problem master?"
"No no! It's just…Sounds strange to be called master…If possible could you just call me Haruto?"
"Of course, master Haruto."
"Not quite right but whatever. I guess I'll just have to get used to that…"
"And with that, are you satisfied master Haruto?"
"Actually, I would like to know your name."
"My name?"
"Y-Yes, is that not a normal thing here?"
"No, it's alright. I'm Zoe."
"Ok Zoe. It's nice to meet you."
"It is the same here."
"That sounded really broken…"
"Huh?"
"N-Nothing! I-Is there anything that I have to do?"
"There is not. With that I will excuse myself. If you ever need me again you may call me with the bell."
"Oh right elf's have really good hearing, I guess a bell would be easy to hear."
Zoe left the room and Haruto was left in an extravagant room all by himself.
"I wonder if there's any rich guy clothes."
He walked over to the walk-in closet and looked at the clothes inside. They're were tons of expensive looking clothes and Haruto was actually thrown off to trying them since he was afraid of ruining them. He took out his phone and looked at the time, it was 9PM so he thought to take a bath. He called Zoe and she took him to the bath where he then stripped down, took one of the towels and headed into the main bath. The bath was huge and was built over a hot spring too so the water was warm compared to cold. He got in and put his head back as he sighed out in relief.
"This feels great!"
He was relaxing in the bath when he heard water moving from across him. The bath was in the central part of the palace so there was a total of 5 entrances leading to the bath.
"I guess someone got in from the other side…I hope they don't come over here…"
He sat in the bath and relaxed for awhile but continued to hear water moving.
"Are they swimming or something? Why do they have to move so much?"
He waited a little longer to see if the movement would stop but it just continued onward.
"Hey!"
"Eep!"
"Eh? Was that a girl's voice?"
He moved slowly over to where he was previously hearing the water moving and was now wondering if Zoe led him to the wrong bath. There was a lot of steam in the room so it was hard to see around him so he stayed to the edge of the bath. He eventually began to see a figure and started to realize what it was he was doing.
'Wait a second! If this is a girl then I'll be labeled as a peeper on my first day here! I need to go back now!'
He started to turn around but slipped on the bottom of the bath and made a huge splash. When he got out of the water again he could clearly see the figure that he couldn't fully make out before. She had long blonde hair, slender legs, green eyes and big tits. He was frozen in place for he hadn't really seen a naked women in person, he'd only really seen nudity from the occasional porn. The girl was turning red and tried to cover herself with a towel but ended up dropping it instead. She looked at Haruto with an embarrassed look on her face as tears started forming from her eyes.
"P-Pervert!"
"W-Wait! You have the wrong idea!"
The girl ran out while her tits jiggled around making Haruto hard which in term made him embarrassed. He left the bath and went back to his room soon after and threw the covers of his bed over himself.
'Please don't let me be labeled as perverted peeper, I've only been here for a day!'
He heard a knock on his door and he got out from under the covers to see who it was. Zoe came in and walked over to Haruto.
"The queen would like a meeting with you. She did not specify what it was about."
"O-Okay…"
He got up reluctantly and followed Zoe to the throne room where 3 people stood. Elaire, a guy he didn't know but assumed was the king based on his apparel and the girl from the bath who was starting to turn red again.
'Don't tell me I'm getting kicked out already…'
"Haruto, could you please explain why you were looking at my daughter in the bath?"
The girl who was standing next to looked towards Elaire and made a questioned face.
"D-Daughter?! She's the princess?!"
"Yes, now please explain. I would really like this cleared up so rumors don't spread throughout the palace."
"O-Of course."
Haruto then took a few minutes to explain everything that happened and after his explanation Elaire sighed.
"So that's all it was? An accident. Hitomi, you once again over exaggerated."
"N-N-No I didn't! He's clearly a pervert! A massive pervert who had the balls to spy on me!"
"He just got here today and didn't even know you were the princess and from his explanation it sounds like an accident and knowing you, you were probably practicing swimming in the ba-"
"Mom! Stop please!!! Please don't say another word!"
"I'm sorry honey, it just slipped."
"E-Excuse me?"
"Yes Haruto?"
"How did she get the name Hitomi? That's a Japanese name and from my understanding you guys don't use Japanese names. Also the expression she used is pretty recent…"
"Oh, one day a few years ago she insisted on being called that. When you said your name I realized it had the same sound behind it so I thought maybe you'd happen to know the origin of this name."
"Does that mean she got close to a human some how who gave her that name?"
"She's already stated many times it wasn't a human so I don't know where she got that name from. There a few others in the forest who have strange names also."
"Really?"
"I don't really know where they're now so I can't help you find them."
"No no! This sounds really interesting! It could help with my research quite a bit!"
"Oh in that case I'm happy I told you!"
"Ah, and I'm sorry for seeing you in the bath Hitomi! I'll make sure it never happens again!"
He bowed to her then ran off to his room. He pulled out his notebook that he was using for research on the forest and wrote down what he had just discovered.
"So there could have been other people who have come into this forest too…I wonder if they ever got out…"
He closed his notebook and left it on the table as he crawled into his bed. It was now 10:30PM so he was feeling pretty tired after everything that had happened that day and so he quickly fell asleep.
