'Focus on the task at hand you moron.' Zaen shook his head to get out of Kayla's majestic charm, 'She is trouble and you know it.'

Kayla or whatever her actual name was, looked a bit... different than anyone he had seen before. But then he was pretty sure he was feeling like that because of some weird ability she could have. He wasn't sure if he was in danger or not as it was his first encounter with a sentient monster who didn't outright try to slit his throat. But that only made the situation worse as with every passing moment, it was getting progressively difficult to fight back through her charm.

"What do you mean, I almost had you?" Zaen hastily asked in hopes to get rid of her charm.

"I don't know how you got to know what I was. But the moment you asked why I didn't kill those men, I knew you didn't know anything about my kind." Kayla's majestic voice echoed in Zaen's head even though her lips weren't moving.
