Chapter 2: 6 years latter
Kurama opened his eyes and was confused because he was seeing two exactly same cages superimposed on each other one gold and the other blue and then recalled his 'other' memories and theorized that may be his two halfs are linked some how and he got his proof.
The Yondaime Hokage appeared but he was semi transparent like he was superimposed on some thing, place a sheet of paper between your eyes and then place different things in front of both eyes and you will have kurama currently sees things.
Kurama closed his eyes again and started to separate the connection between the two halves of himself but not enough to sever it.
The yondaime stood in frount of the kaiju and wondered why he wasn't screaming and throwing a tantrum or why he wasn't radiating any hatred.
{You seem surprised} came the voice of the Kaiju breaking him free of his thoughts.
"And you are eerily calm for some one who was split and sealed again"
{Relax, I will have my revenge against you and the uchiha"
"And how exactly will you do that? if you haven't noticed yet we are inside the god of death's stomach and you are sealed further inside me"
{what seal?} asked the Kaiju as the cage holding him shattered into a million pieces.
The yondaime started shaking in place.
{Let's talk outside after all, I do not like being inside someone who is not my mate}
And kurama disappeared from Minato's mindscape.
Minato opeaned his eyes and yelled out in pain as his skin and muscles started to burn up his chakra evaporated as dark orange almost blood red chakra started oozing out from him and started taking the form of the 9-tailed fox which soon solidified to reform the beast.
{So This is The Shinigami's stomach huh, not bad, not bad at all." said Kurama as he looked at the surroundings while he waited for the forth hokage to reform.
The were on a large black platform that stretched endlessly with a cloudy sky which held a gigantic eye ball that stared straight at them did I mention the golden horizon which seems to separate them and the giant eye staring at them? I did? well good for you.
"How?" croaked the reforming human.
{I am a being made of chakra and even among us siblings no one understands chakra better than I do, The only reason I was controlled and contained was because I had lost my mind to 'hatred' speaking of which, I have yet to thank you for giving me enough pain to 'wake' me up so, thank you." said Kurama as he sat down and placed his head on his paws.
"What do you want?" asked a completely healed Hokage.
{Me? I want nothing but to torture you but that can wait I am mostly curious as to why you sacrificed yourself to split me in two when you could have sealed me completely in your spawn,mate or yourself without going to such lengths}
"You won't understand" said Minato as he shook his head.
{What makes you so sure that I won't understand or believe you?} said Kurama as he stood.
"You won't and I have no reason to tell you" said Minato as he got ready to fight
{Well then...} Said Kurama as he charged a super huge Tailed beast bomb.
Minato tried to summon his daggers but none came and he only had about 50 in his pouch and cloak.
Minato threw a dagger at Kurama but the dagger was thrown far away by the winds that seemed to surround the Fox so he got a Time-space barrier ready inorder to teleport the bomb away but it was unnecessary as Kurama after completly charging the bomb lifted his head up and shot it into the giant eye which greatly confused the blond leader until the 'eye' exploded raining different creatures they had one common characteristic they were red and covered in some sort of white semi-transparent slime other than that they had different animal heads and skinny bodies and all sorts of crude looking weapons.
Minato looked around and gulped this was the first time this was happening and he was not liking this on bit.
"Talk, Run or Fight your choice." Said Kurama as he laid down and closed his eyes.
Minato started throwing his daggers and started running, while he could take on large number of opponents he did not like the feeling of the aura emitted nor did he like the fact that few of them exploded on impact death and impact.
Kurama on the other had closed his eyes and switched priority with his other half in the land of the living.
Kurama opened his eyes infront of a golden cage and still inside a sewer huuh. he wold have to figure out 'parallel thought processing' soon it seemed like a very useful skill.
While he could easily break this seal as well he knew nothing good would come out of it and all he had to do was bid his time and he would be free again and not mention the shit this jailer would go through....
Kurama's new personality got the better of him so, he sent a little chakra through the seal connecting the little kids perception with himself and the human part of him could not stand what he was seeing.
He was seeing a perfectly normal and healthy boy shit his pants and then wash them in the toilet bowl and then wear the wet pants like normal...
Looks like he would have to torture Minato some more but for now time for a lesson in living healthy.
POV change:
Naruto was happily raiding the groceries left to him by the sandaime he took the carton of milk and opened the fridge and saw that he already had a carton of milk so he was about to put the new carton in the trash bag with the other empty cartons that were honestly smelly until he heard a voice in his head.
'{The one in the fridge smells bad, maybe I should throw that one out and keep this one instead?}'
"Right! I should keep new ones and get rid of the old ones! I can't believe I forgot about that!" Yelled Naruto as he switched them out.
"I don't really like vegetables" grumbled Naruto as he looked at the assortment of super fresh vegetables a chef or a vegan would kill for.
'{But the old man said I need to eat properly if I want to be strong enough to be hokage" protested the voice.
"But its vegitables..." whined Naruto.
'{A hokage eats everything that keeps him healthy}' Admonished the voice.
"And I am going to be the greatest hokage ever!" cheered Naruto as he tossed the bag of vegitables in a cupbord.
"What am I going to do with the eggs they are slimy and not fun to eat at all" wondered Naruto.
'{I should probably ask Jiji or Teuchi-san about what to do with them, they will probably know what to do with it, after all one is a hokage and the other makes the most delicious food ever!}' said the voice with excitement.
"That's probably a good Idea but what do I do with these in the mean time?"
'{place it the fridge? that lady was complaining how easily they set spoiled after all.}'
"In the fridge it goes!" Said Naruto as he placed the carton of eggs in the fridge next to the milk carton.
"And the cereals go in..."
'{...the cupboard with the bread.}'
"Right! aaaaand done! wow that was a lot faster that usual" said Naruto as he stepped in a pile of trash.
"Eeewwwe gross!" yelled Naruto as he started flaying his limbs trowing trash everywhere.
'{Maybe I should throw them away....}'
"But if I do that I won't have time to go to the park and see sakura-chan!" whined Naruto
{' But if I clean up this place maybe I can invite her and the others over'} pointed out the voice.
"That would be awesome! Let me get cleaning!" Yelled naruto as he stumbled into the bathroom that doubled as a closet and then got more 'Help' from the voice as he started cleaning his apartment and by the time he was done it was evening and the apartment was clean at least as good as a 6 year old could clean.
"Now that the apartment is clean it's time to call them over!" Yelled Naruto as he knocked over the bucket of dirty water. Naruto was about to cry...
'{Let me just clean it up again! I can always call them over tomorrow and besides A hokage doesn't cry and I am going to be the greatest hokage ever!}' said the voice in a positive and cheerful tone.
"Yeah! I am going to be the greatest Hokage ever! I can't cry over little things like this!" Yelled naruto as he wiped his tears and started cleaning again and then with further guidance from the 'voice' he cooked his dinner (toast because I don't know any Japanese dishes and toast is simple enough to make).
And then changed into his pajamas.
"Nee, do you think I can call my friends over tomorrow?"
'{Of course I can!}" said the voice full of confidence.
"Great! and can I talk to you again Mr.Voice-in-my-head ?"
{...Sure and good night, spawn} came the voice of Kurama.
Naruto smiled happily and slept.
After Naruto slept a Anbu who was assigned to watch Naruto broke in to his apartment and silently added 'finishing touches' to the job done by Naruto like properly arranging Naruto's shelves and fridge and cleaning places Naruto either couldn't reach or had forgotten and putting away his laundry and doing the dishes and he did all that completely silently.
The anbu had silver hair mismatched eyes of brown and red and wore a dog mask do I have to tell you who he is? Anyway back to Kurama.
After Naruto slept Kurama also switched priority with his other half just in time too because Minato finally destroyed the final monster with a wind blade.
{That took you longer than I expected, are you out of your special kunai?" asked Kurama to the panting Yondaime.
"What did you do?" asked the youndaime
Kurama blinked and answered
{Prevented your spawn from poisoning itself to death by eating garbage}
"What? Thanks, but that's not what I meant and how did you do that? and why?"
{I have my plans for him}
Minato was silent for a few minutes and then
"Let's make a deal Kurama" with steel like determination..
