Chapter 2: CHAPTER 2
Any normal person who is late would hurriedly prepare themselves for school but I didn't, I took my time to prepare myself and even did some chores before leaving the house.
The first lecture was almost done when I arrived.I prepared myself for a long boring scolding which by the way i only got to hear a bit of it then a punishment before going into class.
As always everyone gave me that disgusted look that I hated but what could i do? I took my seat and absentmindedly looked at my books and not the board.I sometimes wonder what I do in such a school since I barely could hear what the lecturer said and thus I always emerge last ,with low grades how can I manage to be a designer.
Its not that designing needs you to learn history or chemistry but if I did get good grades I might get that scholarship I have been working hard for to get into a better university but all my efforts were futile because of my disability.
It wasn't long before people started leaving ,I looked up only to see a man in front of me ,actually a handsome man .
To be honest handsome was just an understatement .He had round dark brown eyes ,cute nose and bunny teeth .His hair was a little messy he was cute but still handsome at the same time .His aura was gentle and gave one a comfortable vibe .
He was saying something to me but I couldn't make what he was saying .I just looked at his lips moving up and down.
He stopped for a while and then touched one of my ear as if he was tracing it and then pushed some stranded hair at the back of my ear.
I instantly backed away since he was a hot stranger and I didn't know him or what he wanted from me.
He smiled then said ,"Relax I'm not going to do anything to you."At that time I heaved a huge sigh of relief but it wasn't long when it dawned to me that I could hear him clearly.I was shocked at that time."Why can I hear him clearly ?"I asked myself but he didn't give me more time to think .
"So why were you late for my class?"he asked and I just stared at him.
"Oh so he is the new teacher."I thought to myself as I continued staring at him like a love struck fool.
I used my fingers and hands to explain why I was late and it seemed like he understood me .Well that was unexpected since I came to this school when people realized I was mute and yet had a hearing problem they cared less of my means of communication so I often write what I want to say.Even the teachers there were mean apart from my aunt who decided to take me in to this school because my dad couldn't afford fees by the way she was the principal .
Even though she knew my condition she still took me in,as if she didn't want me to be far away from her .I mean she could have taken me to a special school for the mute or buy me some hearing aids to enhance my hearing but she didn't.
I once bought one after working hard at my party time job but she ended up destroying them ,saying I didn't need them as if that wasn't enough I was scolded and she also made me quit my job.
"Oh ok ,so im Jung kook if you need me just come to me ok?"i nodded as a response .He then walked out ,and I followed suit and headed to my locker.As if I would just look for someone I don't know and trouble him with my problems.
Once I got out of the classroom I could literally hear what people were saying even from a far distance.The noise was kind of disturbing especially when I heard most people talking about me ,calling me names and saying how useless I was.
The noises grew louder and I couldn't take it anymore ,I covered my ears but instead of it ceasing it grew even louder .
