Chapter 56: Chapter 56: To Face slap or not to face slap (1)
AN/ I'm back to writing this! I've finally released the Gamer fanfic I mentioned a couple days ago, some of you may recognize it, it's titled "I'm Son Goku The Gamer!" I'll be mostly focusing on that, so uploads might be a bit slow for a while.

"My name is Ken Hai it's a pleasure to met you Headmaster Luo." I replied as I gave him a bow. "Ken Hai? Where have I heard that must? Ahhh! Your the young genius Ken Hai! The one who's been able to join the alchemists in guild at just 15 years of age!" Says the headmaster earning attention from the guests.
Murmmering then began between some guest. "I see my reputation has even reached this city, I never expected this." I said as I saw the reaction of everyone.
"Ah! No need to be so humble youngster, it is already incredibly hard for someone like this old man whose over hundred years old to become an alchemist. Be more proud of your accomplishments!"
"I see then I'll take Headmaster Luo's advice then." I said with a bow. "I must leave now, a servant shall guide you to a seat. I must greet the other guests." He says as he leaves us.
The sect Lord and his brother then split from us as a servant guided them to the seat special readied for them.
"So what now?" I asked Fa Ken and Fa Lin, Fa Ken then replies "Now we wait for the other sects to arrive, so get something to drink or eat and try socializing with our fellow cultivators."
"But Fa Ken, brother Ken Hai doesn't know anyone here?" Says Fa Lin. "Actually I do."
"Really?" Said Fa Lin as she tilted her head. "Her name is Hong Yu, she told me she was one of your class mates." I told Fa Ken who's eyes widened a bit. "I never would've thought she's actually one of the top three sought after beauties in the entire Golden Pavilion."
Hearing this I sighed loudly while pinching the bridge of my noes. "Of course she is."
"How do you know her big brother Ken?" Asked Fa Lin. "Well she approached me she wanted me to tutor her on alchemy so I did that for a couple of months."
"Ken Hai." Says a feminine voice behind me it was Hong Yu, I then greeted her.
"It seems you've made it safely without any problems Hong Yu, I'd like to introduce you to my friends Fa Ken and Fa Lin."
"Ah! Hong Yu greets classmate Fa Ken and junior Fa Lin." She says as she, Fa Ken and both Fa Lin bows as they introduced themselves. After talking for a while Fa Ken and Hong Yu went to meet with their teacher while Fa Lin went to her family.
"And now I'm alone."
[Hey.] (Oi.) (Ahem!) Said all three beings connected to me as if offended. I sighed and decided to indulge myself in the beverages and food it wasn't too bad, I can do better, a lot better.
But I'm sort of confused? Why is everyone avoiding that girl in blue. I gave a side eye to a girl about Fa Ken's age drinking some wine by her lone some, she had on earings of the same colour and air of superiority.
I didn't stare I just gave her a passing glance while scanning her.....and it seems she's royalty, one of the many legitimate children of the Emperor. He has many women only few are his official wives however.
Looking over her file, I see that she's not so bad, though she is a bit prideful, she's sad that everyone kinds of isolates her due to her royal status and everyone is afraid to offend her. It's not she's haven't tried it's just that everyone treats her with so much respect it's kind of suffocating to her. Kinda like Hong Yu.
She doesn't really have the best opinion of her father as he has, sort of ignored her and her siblings due to not being heirs, her eldest brother is, he's been groomed to be next Emperor from birth it seems.
She's also tried spending time with her younger siblings legitimate or not she's a rather honourable person. Oh she's also peak Martial Disciple and is about to breakthrough by tomorrow.
I like her. Not in a romantic way of course that'd be stupid. Maybe I should go talk to her? I mean I'll have to be polite, extremely polite. But she's not easily offended, which is good.
So casually I walked over to the table where she was at took some of the food. "This meat has a rather interesting taste doesn't it?" I say to her with a stoic look. Her servants were about to do something but she signaled them to stop.
"It does but it's nothing special?" She replied, simply smiled "Your right, the meat is slightly overcooked, they should've added a dash Dragon scale pepper along with a bit of blue winged thyme to the oil before the meat was cooked, then maybe a bit of green dragon seasoning."
Hearing my insight on cooking a tinge of surprised flashed on her face but immediately disappeared, this just shows she has amazing control over her emotions are well her face. Someone of her status can't show weakness so it's normal for her to develop such a skill.
"Are you chef? I thought you were an alchemist Ken Hai?" She replied, I simply smiled, of course she'd know my name, everyone here now knows me thanks to the Headmaster's out burst a couple minutes ago.
"It's a just a simple hobby. Though may I get the pleasure of knowing young misses name?" I asked her with a smile.
"My name is Hei Hua you should know my surname very well."
