Chapter 14: Union
Shu Yin got attack from Prince Min's evil army. She was trying to save her sister back from evil prince. So, she requested her grandfather for giving her the army. The grandfather was giving her fifty thousand warriors and two generals with her. The war between human and evils couldn't be compare. So, the generals of her sided army got kill by evil army. She got the serious wounds caused her dead. At that time, the sky was covering up with dark clouds and then lightning strikes are spreading all over the sky. The warriors of Prince Min were looking up to the sky because they saw something. Prince Min was looking carefully above the sky. He saw a light ray which is coming down from the sky and head towards Shu Yin's army. He recognized that's coming up to recover her. He wouldn't let this happen. If Shu Yin still alive, he couldn't imprison Shu Mei for a long time. He needed Shu Mei for getting his full power back. The black light ran fast and get nearer to her. And then, it stopped and take her body. He called his evil shadows to follow after that ray and order to stop it. The evil shadows came out from the ground and nearby trees. Then, they obeyed their master's order and they followed the black ray. They flew as fast as they can to catch that ray. When they got nearer, they saw what this is truly. So, they stopped and let that go. After the black ray disappeared from their eye sides, they went back to their master to tell everything. Prince Min looked up to the sky for checking the condition. He closed his eyes and sense the existence of Shu Yin again. Suddenly, he opened his eyes and said "what did they do". Prince Min's assistant snake demon said "what's wrong master". Prince Min was looking at the direction where he sent the evil shadows to follow the black ray. A minute later, the evil shadows came back to give him solution for requesting forgiveness. Prince Min took his seat over the big flat stone and then he said "okay then tell me". They told everything to Prince Min. After hearing their solution, Prince Min was shouting over them "what". They said "please calm down sir, you do know that we can't keep any closer to him". He said "what a weak". Then, he was turning back to the pine tree and think another by himself.
On the other hand, Shu Yin was trying so hard to breathe during he carry her along. He could feel her condition by hearing her breath. He said "please don't die I am taking you to someone who can help you". She said "why are you doing this". He said "you will be fine I am promise". She said "my sister's life in danger so I can't stay like this". He said "just shut your mouth now your wounds will get worse if you speak". He was saying with too much worry on his face. On her life time, she didn't see someone who really cares. Most of the people were always using her. She was looking at his face from his chest. He was carrying and flying up on the sky. She was touching his face while she was leaning on his chest. He said "what are you doing we are about to reach". She said "nothing". When they reached the place, he placed her on the ground and looked around. She said "what's this place". He said "shh, just stay here I will go and find a doctor for you". Then, he left her there. She was looking around the place. But she couldn't stand up herself because her legs are break and chest is hurt. She was lying down on the ground by leaning up to the tree right behind her back. On that position, she was falling into deep sleep. She couldn't wake up when he's trying move her body to somewhere else. She thought she's dying today. She thought that's weird because she feel the warm beside her. So, she was opening up her eyes and look around. At that time, she saw her body is turning to the corpse because the doctor used bandages all over her body to stop bleeding. When she woke up, the doctor come up to her bed and said "are you feeling better now". She said "I am not okay my legs have broken". The doctor said "your legs aren't broken but during the recovery time he will help you for doing the daily tasks". Then, the nurse and doctor said "you might be lucky to have a nice husband". She was having widened up her eyes and look at the place where they are pointing at. She said "you". After telling everything to her, they left. Only she and that person left. Her face was turning red and he saw it. He said "don't be like this I will take care of you from now on". He continued "I will be your legs and arms and you must know I won't let you hurt again". She said "umm, it's breaking the heaven's rule right". He was acting like he hasn't hear her word. And then, they tried to sleep to spend the night.
At the next day, she was sleeping and don't notice the time at all. Suddenly, she got attack. That was cold cloth upon her face and neck. She was moving away and open her eyes. She saw that man is trying to clean her face and neck. She said "what are you doing in this early morning". He said "aren't you clear the doctor and nurse say someone must take your duties before you fully recover". She was moving her face away from him and said "I can do this own thing when I get hurt". She was pointing the door and said "just leave I will do it myself". He saw the charming side of her now. He didn't want to leave because he know she may need his help. But he decided to leave out by opening up the door. He was waiting outside by hearing the sound inside the room. Inside the room, she was getting busy to pick up the cloth and put it into cold water to wash her face and everything. She was doing it hurt. Anyway, she didn't want to take help from a man this time. She said herself "how can I lean on him for helping me do this daily stuffs". She continued "he isn't my husband or fiancé at all". She didn't know her heard everything she say. During that time, she was hurting to grip her hands and put the cloth to her back and somewhere else. At last, she knew she needs help. So, she called out "Heichi are you there". Heichi said "Yes, do you need something". She said with shaky voice "can you help me back". Heichi said "okay I am coming in". When he was coming back in, she said "don't look please close your eyes". He said "okay, I am closing my eyes but how can I help you". At that time, she said "just don't look when you are near". He said "alright". The doctor and nurse was watching them outside. They said "what a lovely couple". Inside, they were having problems. And then, she allowed him to look and do those things for her.
With all his helped, she's getting recover so fast. She tried to stand up back today. But she was getting scary a little. He said "I am here for you just lean your body over me". Like he said, he is holding her body and help her walk. The situations gave them getting closer than before. She didn't feel strange at all. When she got near to him, he can't control his feeling at all. One day, she noticed Heichi is smiling towards her every day and every time just like he is losing his mind. So, she asked him "what's the matter". He turned his face to the wall right away by saying "nothing". Over those months, they noticed each other's feeling but they don't speak out. One day, she wanted to go out by herself from the courtyard. So, she opened the door and headed out from their yard and head to somewhere up the cliff. The cliff was being so height to climb up but she used her legs and hands to get up the cliff. When she reached the top, she look at the scenery under the cliff. She said "wow, so beautiful". She didn't realize the time at all. She was sitting under the magnolia tree and watching the scenes and hearing the birds singing. When the sun goes down, she heard the crawling sound behind her. She was taking her sword out and prepares to fight back. The sound was coming nearer and then she opened her eyes wide by focusing on everywhere around her. Suddenly, she saw a black shadow right in front of her when it come closer. She was moving back and back. Then, she heard the tiny rock falling down from the top of cliff. She was looking at her back and said "Ohh". She was falling down from the cliff. She hadn't feel any rock or ground at all. So, she slowly opened her eyes. She saw the magnolia tree but someone is holding her. She looked down to the ground and saw the long black shiny tail with scales. She knew that's the snake. Then, she turned to her back. At there, the guy with long black hair was holding her. That man's tail was on the ground. She couldn't think of it right now. So, she held her breath and said "please put me down". But that person didn't put her down. It just took her back to the yard. She was shouting out loud for asking help from Heichi. Suddenly, the doctor and nurse came out from their house because they heard her loud voice. At that time, the snake man put her down. The moon was lighting up on the sky so she can clearly saw the people's faces. She couldn't believe what she saw. The snake man who was standing right in front of her was Heichi. She said "how can it be". He was moving closer to her face and said "why are you doing this again". She couldn't say anything to him. He continued "I told you already it's dangerous outside don't go out when I am not here". He carried her back to the room by murmuring himself. He put her down on the bed and took off her shoes. She was watching him like a stranger this time. He was looking at her eyes back and then he told her "I am sorry I must tell you instead about my true self". She was moving her head and hugged him tight in her arms. She said "you are the only person I can trust now why are you doing this to me". And then, she started crying out loud. He didn't know why she is doing this. But he was padding her back and said "okay, I won't go far away from you". She didn't stop crying over midnight so he was staying beside her along the way until morning. When the morning birds singing, she was moving left and right. She felt someone is beside her. She didn't remember yesterday night at all. So, she slowly opened her eyes by touching the person beside her.
When her eyes wide open, she saw Heichi's face closely to her face. She was looking at the place where she touch. That was his clothes which were so soft and cool to touch. She thought it might be cold silk. She was closing her eyes back and act like sleeping. He noticed she's awake but he don't want to disturb her. So, he rolled up from the bed and headed to the door. He opened the door and head out. After he left she's opening the eyes back, she said "what did I say or do yesterday". She was hitting her head with her hands. At that time, he went back into the room by taking some foods and the water bowl for helping her wash. Suddenly, he saw she's hurting herself again. So, he ran as fast as he can to stop her. He said "what are you doing again". She said "I don't remember something". He said "then don't think let's wash and eat some foods instead". She said "okay then". She took the bowl of water and cloth for washing her face. She was hiding herself at the back of screen board. Then, she changed her clothes and back out to have some foods. He was giving her chopsticks to have some foods. At that day, their condition having more complicated than before.
At Xian, Prince Min was going to the underground imprison place to see his wife. He was taking the country's power in his hand. He wasn't being he king yet. But he became the powerful person beyond the relatives and cousins. He was killing his siblings or move them away from capital city. He was walking slow and steady towards her room. When he stopped his steps, she knew he's here. She was trying to act as sleeping condition. He was opening up the room by using special key over key log. And then, turned to open it and get into the room. He looked around the place and saw the foods on the table hasn't get eaten. So, he shouted to her "are you want to die this way". Then, he said "we need to eat to get a strong body and mind honey". At that time, she turned her face right in front of him and said "don't call me that name again". He said "now you hear me why are you doing this over and over again". She said "I am not fool to give you take off my powers". He said "that's not true and we are husband and wife right". She said "there is no husband who take his wife's life". During they took the conversation,, he said "your foolish sister came up here to fight me and my army to grab you back". She was shocking and said "what have you done to her". He said 'nothing I just punish her a little". She was begging to god inside her mind"please save Shu Yin from those demon who did bad things over everyone especially mother and father". He said "you do know that won't work at all". Right after he said, she was pointing to the wall and said "look at the wall before saying anything". He turned back to the wall and look where she point out. He saw some letters on the walls and that's her sister's writing style. He said "no it can't be possible". Then, he left with full of anger. After he left, she can hold her breath in normal way. She wished her own sister can stay away from those dangerous demons. For her, every day was being the hell. She only wished to see her sister once again before she die. She was looking up to the sky from the tiny circle shape window above. She could see sun and the moon every day.
The emperor was losing control of himself because he is under control by prince Min. The powerful demon got his half powers. Now, he used those and gives the places for his fellows inside the palace. Everyone who lived at capital city was being fear of the evil spirits even in day light. They could catch the people if they want. His fellows needed fresh human bloods and skins to eat that can raise their power. They were killing people in town and all around the country. Shu Yin heard those news from her tree spirits lived at capital city and others. Heichi also helped her to get some news about her sister, family and people in country. She wanted to help them but she's weak still. After the day, Heichi showed his true form she dreamed about the man who wear the armor was fainting on the ground at somewhere forest. She moved closer look to save that person. But she only saw the hairpin than the face. She dreamed that man over and over again. And then, she remembered how the same hair pins on Heichi's head. She decided to ask him about that when he came back. He went off somewhere without telling her. So, she just waited for him inside the house of doctor. The wife of doctor said "why do you keep sighing over and over again those days". She said "nothing I just wait for my friend to come and take me back". That lady said "don't be shy you love him too right". Her face turned red and she said "it's nothing and we are friend". At that day, she spent her time with that lady who cares her as a nurse. She didn't like to cook but she try herself this time as challenge. After she finished the dish, Heichi arrived with some stuffs. She wanted to know what's inside his backpack. He was moving so close to her dishes on the table. He said "impossible are you cooking". She couldn't turn back to see him. Because he was getting too close. Then, she remembered that he keep take the foods from her without using hand. He was being weird in front of her sometime. After thinking about him, she replied "I just find my new hobby here". During she said, he was eating the food which she holds in hand. She said "what are you doing". He looked up to her and said "it's delicious". She didn't know what to say at that time. But he saw her face turn redder than normal. He put his palm over her forehead. And then, he said "are you getting cold". She moved away from him by saying "don't worry I am fine". He said "you must take care of yourself from now on for your battle with demons". He cut their conversation right there and he put his backpack over the table. She was moving near him to see what he take this time. He opened his cloth backpack and showed off the immortal weapons and etc. She asked him "where did you get those". He said "I tell you about my true self already now I take it from my father's treasures". She asked "are you sure that your father give those to you". He said "Yes, of course and I call some helps to teach you and be your team". She said "what do you say". He held her shoulders and look straight. He said "now you must prepare to fight that demon back and take your sister". She was surprising over him a lot this time. But she trusted him.
At dinner time, the doctor who saved her life is showing off his true form. He was actually the phoenix who treats the humans and half immortal. She asked him why he saves her. He told her "it's all because of your true form is half immortal". She was saying thanks to them again. Then, they told her everything behind her true self and putting some power pearl to save her life. They also put their power to treat her wounds. They said "your inner sin get break by prince min's power but power pearl can save you from tear apart". She felt more close to them. Three days later, white god, Peizhan and everyone came up to that place. They came over to guide her and improve her practical magic powers and inner sin power. The heaven generals were getting ready to defeat the demon king too. She joined into their team and get train by special immortal teachers. The White God gave his special assistants who are being close to her since she's at Xisha. The master chu was actually being the white crane. The monk from dragon temple was being the ox demon king. Risen of the sand demon king caused him back to demon self. So, he wanted to defeat that demon king somehow. The mystery animal Qilin and others also agreed to help her. She took her time to get closer to her masters. Before the battle, she got the information about how to break the spirit of demon and sister apart by using magic. Peizhan taught her the blood magic to combine the twin as one to put the demon spirit out. But Peizhan warned her over and over again to be more careful. She asked why to Peizhan.
