Chapter 50: IN A MONTH?!

The Royal Banquet that celebrated the Lalatua Festival had come to an end. The danger that happened that night was never spoken like it was a dangerous rendezvous that needed to be kept from anyone.

And only a couple of people know why. Like the people who were caught up by the unfortunate and untimely incident.

"Hmm…" Hugh's eyes scanned and read the letter that Hans gave to him that came from the Maquis.

He leaned on his chair and put his hand on his temple while frowning. He then sighed. "Where's Leticia?" 

"The Lady is in her room." Hans responded and as he glanced at his master, he was curious as to what made the lines on the Duke's forehead as he was always indifferent and nonchalant.

"Is something wrong, Your Grace?" 

Hans asked. As a butler and a servant, he's responsible to help his Master with any problems that bugs him. However, it was the first time that he blatantly sighed.
