Chapter 3: Chapter 3 : You're My Treasure
Today, I went to campus as usual. I hope that today everything will go smoothly. After what happened yesterday, I was so embarrassed. I don't know why I always do something ashamed of myself. If I have a choice right now, I will not go to that campus again.
Anyway, I have to endure all of this for two weeks. I just hope that I can study peacefully on this campus and for sure I want to have good memories. I tried to avoid him but I don't know why I can't resist his presence. Whenever I come close to him...I can't control myself.
After an hour, I arrived at campus. When I reached there, I wonder why the other students looking at me weirdly. They were showing some angry faces and they were laughing too at me.
Did something on my face? Or did I have something wrong with them? Or did my face so funny today? I mumbling. I just walk and go to find Lexi and Andrew. From afar, I can see both of them waving at me in front of the cafeteria.
I walk headed toward them and when I come close, both of them quickly bring me out from there. They pull my hands and bring me to the garden park. I was in a puzzle and both of their faces looks worried.
''What happened? Why do you two look sneaky?''
''Lilian! Have you seen yet our campus bulletin board? And other students board?''
''Why? Is there any news?''
''It's really bad news,'' Andrew said. I look at them curiously.
''If like that, I go there first to see it.''
''Lily! No. I don't think you can see it. Because...be-because...they write something bad about you.'' Lexi said.
''What do you mean? What do they write there?''
Lexi immediately takes out her phone and shows the picture to her. She was shocked to see it.
''Lily, you don't worry. I will ask for help from my IT seniors. They surely know how to check who is doing all of this.''
''Yeah, that's right. Lilian, you don't have to think about this. I believe the one who did this is a loser. They deliberately do this to make a problem and I know they must be a coward person.''
I was silent for a while. At that time, I was clueless. I don't know who is doing this to me. I don't know if I have made any wrong to someone. I feel like I want to shed tears there because this is the first time I see someone saying I'm an attention seeker and shameless girl.
Luckily, I have both of my friends to comfort me. If I don't have them, I don't know what will happen to me. After a few minutes, we go to the hall and we will start our orientation soon.
For today's activities, we will do a treasure hunt. This time, each group competes with another group, and the place we will search is the entire campus. As usual, each competition will be having a winner and whoever group wins the games, will get a big prize
But, for this time, the loser group will receive a mystery punishment. After hearing about the mystery punishment, all of us were in fear. We don't know what it is but I just hope that our group will not be in the last.
During the activities, almost all of the freshie students roamed around the campus and started to find the treasure. The other senior who was watching us there just laughed to see us. They were some kind senior that helped us and some other senior just excitingly teasing us.
At that time, I was with one friend from my group. Both of us stay together to find the treasure in another place. We walked around until we stop at the architecture classroom. We both went inside and started looking for the treasure hidden there.
Then, suddenly Daisy wants to go to the toilet and she left me there alone. She also asks me to wait for her there until she comes back. I just nod to her and I continue searching at that place.
Later on, I was waiting for her there for around twenty minutes. I wondered why she hasn't come back yet. I decide to go out and to find her. When I want to go out, the door was locked. I was shocked.
I tried to open it but it had already closed. I tried to knock on the door loudly and hoping someone will open it. I was panicking at that time and I was scared because I was alone in that classroom.
After a few minutes, I heard someone's footsteps approaching the place. He unlocked the door and slowly open the door. As soon as the door opened, I was happy but at the same time, I was shocked.
It was Brent! He standing in front of me with a frowned face. My heart was beating again. I was drowning by his looks. I stood stiffly there.
''Why are you here? How come you in this class?'' Brent asks curiously.
''I-I...I...searching for something. We-we...have a treasure hunt...and the maps show it was...here...'' I said in a trembling voice. But my eyes keep gazing at him. Then, he slowly comes closer to me...step by step...he moves closer until I can feel his breath. My body was frozen.
''So...did you find it?''
''Err-uh...nope.''
''Why you can't find it?''
''Err...um...because...I can't find it...''
''Did you look through it?''
''Huh?''
''You don't read the clue given?''
''Um...I have read it. But-but... I don't think that thing is here.''
''Really? What the clue is written?''
''It says that...something golden in this arc classroom. It also said that it has a height of around 182cm... it has a spec on it...brown colour...I can't understand it. These things look like describe a human.'' I explain to him and for a second, I was shocked.
I widened my eyes and I look at him carefully. He smirked. I have goosebumps for a moment. I tried to not think about it but...I think...I have found the golden treasure.
Brent was standing there and grinning. He just waits for Lilian to understand it.
''I-I...I think...you are my treasure hunt....! I mean...the things I want to find out...this games...err-uh...''
''Yes, I'm your treasure.'' He whispered to me.
After hearing him say that, I instantly hug him as I was too happy. I felt excited and didn't realize that I hugged him tightly. I slowly let go of the hug and I was embarrassed.
''I'm sorry! I didn't mean to. I'm just too happy...''
He just smirked and gaze at me. ''Let us go.''
''Where?''
''Don't you want the prize?''
''Oh, yeah. Let go.'' I was smiling happily inside my heart. For a moment, I forget everything including someone who said bad things to me earlier. Right now...I was just too happy to see him next to me. His gaze...his fragrance... make my heart pound. I feel warm for a moment.

"Lilian...! You are so lucky! How did you find out the golden treasure was Senior Brent? You know, all of us especially girl students jealous of you. But, not me. I'm just too happy for you.'' Lexi said and laughed.
''I-I...I don't have any idea too. It happened unexpectedly.'' I said while blushing.
"Yeah-yeah... I know that you are always lucky. But, wait...how come did you come here with him alone? But earlier I saw you with Daisy.''
''Yeah, you're right. Actually...I feel a little suspicious about Daisy.''
''Why? Did she do something to you?''
''No-no. I don't know. It may be just my gut feeling. She was nice to me. We become a friend.''
''Hey! What's going on. Anything I missed out on?'' Andrew suddenly barges into our conversation.
''Girls talk!'' Lexi said annoyingly toward him.
''Oh really, can it be a mix of talks? Girl and boy?'' He teases us. I just laughing at both of their bickerings.
''Oh yeah, Lily! Where did you during our treasure hunt games? I ran into Daisy earlier but she said that you going somewhere. I just ask her because I didn't see you before.'' Andrew asks curiously.
''I'm just here. I didn't go anywhere. But...wait! Where did you come across with her?''
''Near architecture classroom. I saw her lock the door when I want to go inside. After she did that, I just ignore her and go to another place.''
''What?! Are you serious you saw her do that?'' I was surprised to hear that.
''Err...yeah. What happened? Why do you look angry?''
''If you want to know, I was inside there. She locked me there!''
''What?!'' Both Lexi and Andrew were shocked. Then, both Lexi and I look at each other too. I don't know if my feelings were true about Daisy but I will confirm it later.
After knowing about that, they asked me to be careful when I near her next time. I don't know if that was right or not but...maybe I can talk with her and ask her when we got the time. But, I just hope that she will not be like what I'm thinking.

After the evening, today's orientation was over. Before we disperse, we were told that tomorrow we will have camping outside the campus. The camp will run for a few days in some rural places.
Hearing the announcement, we all cheered with joy. We finally can do outside activities for a moment. This will gonna fun when we go together with our friends.
After that, all of us went back. After saying goodbye to each other, we go back home followed by our path. I walk to the bus stop while listening to some song with my earphone. After reaching there, I sit there and waited for the bus to come.
I sat there listening to a song and saw some cars passing by. The weather was so nice at that time with a light breeze coming through into my skin. At that moment, my feeling was swayed by that cold wind.
Suddenly...there was one car stopped in front of me. I'm curious who was that. He pressed his car horn and opened the car window slightly. I lower a little my face to see his face.
''Senior Brent!'' I was surprised to see him there.
He takes out his black spec and gives a smile to me. My heart becomes melt to see him like that. For a second, I sit stiffly there and didn't know what to do.
''Lilian, come!''
''Err-uh...''
''Come in.''
I quickly walked toward them and went inside his car. I was nervous. But, I tried to calm myself. ''You...you got a car? Why... did you go back to use the bus that day?''
He just smirked. ''I'm sorry...I'm just curious.''
''My car broke down that day. I had to take a bus.''
''Oh...I see. I guess it must be easy to go to the campus with your transport.''
''Yeah, you're right. You know how to drive?''
I slowly shook my head. He chuckles. ''Don't worry, I can teach you later.''
''Oh, thanks for that. But, I was scared. I don't have the confidence to drive.''
''Really? You never tried. You will love it after you tried it.''
''Yeah, maybe after I finished my studies,'' I said casually and Brent just laughed at my answer.
Along the way, we were silent for a moment. I can feel the awkwardness between us at that time and I thinking of something topic to begin our conversation.
''Oh yeah, thanks to you because our group won in the games earlier. It was really fun. The prize was good too.''
''You're welcome.''
''Umm...can I know what your major course is?''
''I take Bachelor of Science in Architectural.''
''Oh, wow! Amazing. I have my friend take that course too.''
''What is the name?''
''Andrew. My best friend.''
''Oh...Andrew...'' Brent said while thinking something.
''So, how much longer will you finish studying?''
''In two years...I will graduate.''
''Oh...'' I secretly counted my years of study with him. I feel a little sad. I still have five years to study here and he gonna leave soon.
''Why are you suddenly silent? Is there anything?''
''Uh? No-no...I'm okay. Um...did you know about me? I mean my course...''
''I already know it. You take an accounting course, right? And you still have five years to go.''
''Oops, I forget you are my senior and you are the President of the Student Council. You must know all about freshie information right.'' I chuckling.
''Nope! I don't know much about other students. I only know about you.'' He replied sluggishly. I suddenly stop laughing.
After half an hour, we already arrived at my house. I didn't realize it as I was too focused on him and didn't realize that I had already arrived at my house. But, wait! Did I already tell him where is my house before? Or did I have told him where I live?
I remember that I didn't say anything to him earlier and I just agree to let him send me home. Ugh! Whatever! The most important is, that I already arrived and I got to spend time with him alone. That the best memories.
''Umm...Senior Brent, thank you for sending me home.''
''You're welcome. See you tomorrow. And also, don't forget to bring enough clothes for the camp tomorrow.''
''Oh, okay. Bye...'' I said while grinning.
''Bye...''

{At Brent Mansion Home...}
Brent Dawson was living not too far from Lilian's house. His big mansion was coincidentally behind Lilian's house. It just only takes fifteen minutes from her house to his place.
He knows about Lilian before she starts to study at his campus too. He has seen her for a long time near their neighbourhood. He didn't expect that she will be got into the same campus as him.
That time, he was thinking about how to do his next mission. He has to complete his mission before he graduates from that campus. He has to find the golden stones and return to his world.
Unfortunately, these few days...his heart has become messed up. He was distracted by Lilian Casey. He was confused by his heart too because he keeps his eyes on her.
The truth is, he is not a real human and the heart that was on his body was not him. It was placed temporarily on his body.
