Chapter 2: Chapter 2
Jennifer slept a little too well that night. It's either because it was Friday, or the teddy bear in her arm made her feel very comfortable. She doesn't know.
But it doesn't really matter at all since she got her beauty sleep, Jennifer thought. She grinned on the warm in her arms with her eyes closed, feeling very comfy.
But the grin on her face was replaced by a slight frown, eyebrows furrowed when she tried to lift the teddy bear but failed. It was too heavy, and somehow big.
As far as she remembered, the bear wasn't that heavy and wasn't that big the last time she lift it from side to side in her sleep.
She's also pretty sure the said bear can't make any sound. But why is she hearing a light sound of snoring now?
WAIT A MINUTE-
Jennifer's eyes snapped wide open as she collected her thoughts.
She frozed. She's not hugging the teddy bear.
In her arms, was a human, her face was a little too close to Jennifer's. The figure's breathing can be felt near Jennifer's lips. She was supposed to panic but ended up studying, what she assume was a she because of her sharp features and long brown hair.
The said girl had her arms in her chest while Jennifer's hands were around her waist. She looked down to her hands, and thats when it hitted her.
"Ahhh!!" Jennifer screamed, quickly backing off the girl, only to have her own body fell off the bed, bottom first. But the pain was left ignored as she was scared to death.
Why is there a stranger in my bed??? And she's naked!!
She lifted her head a little to confirm her last statement. She's right. The girl was naked.
Her face went tomato red as she recalled their last position.
Jennifer was out of words, she can't really make out anything in her head at the moment as everything went blurry.
Wait, where's my teddy bear??? She once again lift up her head to scan around the bed, it wasn't there.
She backed away some more until her back reaches the wall and the back of her head hitted on her study desk. Apparently, she's under her desk.
Jennifer yelped, holding the back of her head. But everything stopped when she hears the rustling sound coming from the bed, the no longer sleeping girl to be precise.
She can scream for help but she doesn't want Emma to be killed at such a young age yet too. So, she just grab whatever there is on her desk and held it high, pointing at the stranger.
"S-Stay back!" She stuttered, while pointing what it seems to be a pencil in her hand.
The stranger's eyes fluttered open, blinking rapidly as to adjust the morning light around her. With the cover still over her body, the stranger lifted her body slightly to search for the owner of the voice. Her haze fell upon Jennifer who's currently trembling. She tried to focus on her, still trying to adjust her eyes with the surrounding.
Cute, Jennifer thought when the girl only had one eyes open when she tried to focus on her. But thats not the point! She shooked her head vigorously at the sudden thought.
"Master?" The stranger called out and everything around Jennifer's thought went back to Lalaland.
"What are you doing there?" She called out again. Her voice was husky, probably because she just woke up. "W-what? W-who??" Jennifer questioned. And the other nodded.
"I don't even know you! Who are you to call me 'Master' And why are you on my bed?!" Jennifer was too confused, she had to raise her voice. She held the pencil a little tighter this time when it fell lose after hearing the stranger's voice back then.
The girl tilted her head a bit, a pout was formed. Jennifer can't help but to think she was adorable despite the situation she's in. But she kept the same expression.
"Of course you are! You brought me here and activated me."
"Huh?"
The girl pointed on her lips, "You activated me." She repeated. Jennifer was still too confused but she blushed hard nevertheless.
"What do you mean by acti- WAIT NO NO NO STOP!!" She was about to demand for more explanation but stopped, waving her arms in front of her when the girl was about to get up and walked to Jennifer. She's pretty sure her face was red this time. The girl was naked after all.
This time it's the girl's turn to be confused, as she threw Jennifer a questioning look.
"You're...Naked..." It was almost inaudible as Jennifer tried to eye everything except her.
The girl looked down to herself, "So? I was naked all the time. Even back when I was a teddy bear."
"What?"
"I said I was naked all the tim-"
"No! Not that, the thing you said in the last part.." Jennifer thought she misheard it.
"Even when I was a teddy bear? " The girl blinked.
"Teddy bear...?" She stared at the girl for moment when realization striked her right in the head. "You were that teddy bear I picked on the street??!"
The bear flinched a little at Jennifer's sudden reaction and nodded nonetheless. "If there's where you found me, then yes..."
"Why How- You- Human...Bear.." Jennifer really can't make out anything from her mouth but the bear got what she was trying to say. She grinned.
"You activated me, Master!" Her eyes disappeared at the end of her sentence. "You kissed me." Jennifer's warning long forgotten when the girl jumped out of bed, crawling her way to Jennifer under the desk.
Jennifer was too terrified and was blushing madly, "Yah! Yah! S-Stop don't come here!" The bear ignored her and kept crawling to her, the grin still plastered on her face.
"As your master, I order you to stop now!!" She shouted, too scared it just came out of her mouth unknowingly.
But it made the bear stop and sit on her knees, no longer grinning. Her eyes were now visible as they look at Jennifer innocently. Her lips forming a thin line.
Jennifer gained some confidence then the bear obeyed and continued, "O-Okay, now go w-wrap yourself with those blankets." She mentally cursed herself for stuttering.
But the girl nodded before heading towards the bed, covering herself as told. Jennifer tried not to look at her, she's still blushing anyway.
"Now stay there!" She gave her last command before bitting her lower lips. Trying to figure out everything after what the bear had just told her. She then remembered that she did kiss the teddy bear before sleep. She facepalmed.
No, this is not happening. What did I do wrong?
Jennifer let out a loud sigh, pinching the bridge of her nose. Confirming that the bear wasn't a rapist or was paid to assassinate her because who the heck would do that? She's practically innocent and as far as she knows, no one hated her.
"What's your name?" She asked with closed eyes.
The bear's mong face turns into a wide grin upon hearing her 'Master's question.
But the grin doesn't last when she was turning side by side, trying to look at something behind her back. Jennifer eyed her carefuly. The bear grunted. "What are you doing?"
"I think my name is somewhere on my back but I can't seem to spot it. The bear was still turning, tongue slightly sticking out. Her master raised her eyebrows. "You mean, you don't know your name?" She looked down and mouthed what it seems to be a 'no'
"I can't see my name..and I can't read.." She bit her lower lips. "Um, Master?.." Jennifer shot up, she didn't realize that she was studying how cute the human bear was until she called her out. "Y-Yes?"
"Can you find and read it for me?"
There was a pause. "O-Okay then." Jennifer finally went out from under the desk, putting the pencil in her hand on her desk before making her way to the girl.
Just when she reached the back of the bear, she lowered the blanket on her back for Jennifer to examine, she backed a bit. "You're unarmed aren't you? You're not carrying any knifes to kill me?" She held both of her arms in front of her, forming a karate-like pose.
"What is a knife?"
"Uh, nevermind. Turn around."
The bear returned to her old position, exposing her back to Jennifer. She was quite nervous to lay a finger on her. She flinched when her fingers touch the bear's hair to move it to the side when it's blocking the view. Wait that's not right, she blushed. When her hair was out of the way, trying not to stare at her milky white back (her figure was really nice, Jennifer can't help but to blush) she studied from her lower back, slowly eyeing each part and made its way to her neck,
"Oh! Here it is!" Jennifer claimed, she can only read the word "Mateo " out as the bear, quickly turned her head around. "WHERE???- OOOF-" She excitedly tried to search for it when turning hastily like that only made her stumble off the bed. Face first.
"Yah! Calm down! You won't see it, it's on the lower back of your neck. You might snapped you head trying to look at it!" Jennifer helped her up. Letting her sit back on the bed before turning her back on her sight back to make the rest of the words.
"Lily...Mateo?"
"What?"
"It says 'Lily mateo' here."
"Lillian mateo ?" the now named Lily turned her head a little, her side feature is now visible to Jennifer
"Lily Mateo." Jennifer repeated.
"Lillian Mateo!" Jennifer sighed and just let her be.
"Master, what's your name?" Lily fully turned her face to here, which made Jennifer flustered because her face was too close to her.
"I.. Uhm.." She pondered whether to tell the bear or not. "Is it jennifer Charles?" Lily tilted her head. It took Jennifer by surprise. "H-How do you know? You don't know your name yet you know mine?"
Lily mouthed an "ah", nodding her head on the way. "Just to make sure that you're the one who activated me." She was grinning again and it made Jennifer blushed hard. It's not even 10 am yet and she has already lost her count on how many times she blushed for today.
"Oh no." Jennifer quickly turned her head to the cat-shaped clock on the wall. She had promised an ice cream date with her besties today at the said time, but it all came crashing down when her new teddy bear decided to transform into a naked girl, in her bed. Lily who was witnessing her antics decided to barge her thoughts, "What's wrong, Master?"
"N-Nothing. E-Emma!!" Jennifer called out for her sister. It took a couple of minutes for young one to make an appearance on Jennifer's door.
"Uuugh what do you want?? You've been yelping for God knows what sak- What the heck?" Emma was whining on her way when her eyes fell on Lily who looks like a sushi roll with the blanket all over her body, looking innocently at her.
"OH MY GOD JENNIFER OUR PARENTS DIDN'T TAUGHT US THI-"
"YAH EMMA!" Jennifer cut her words.
Emma closed her mouth immediately because she knew her sister isn't like this. Still, she demanded for a very good explanation when she crossed her arms, eyes boring into her sisters'.
Jennifer gets but she has no time to explain, as she rushed passed her beloved sister. "I'll explain everything later! I'm late!", "What?" Emma only managed to utter the word out. "Can you please get her some clothes!" Her sister shouted from the bathroom.
Emma eyes' bulged at the thought of the unknown girl being all naked in her sister's bed. She turned her head to to the room, to Lily. A gape formed between her lips, ash she eyed Lily in disbelief, but mostly because of her sister.
Lily blinked.
"What is clothes?"
