Chapter 6: Chapter 5
It has been a quite a few days since Adrian had entered the forest. He has been planning and creating a trap to kill the monster Bunny and take his revenge.
He was currently standing in front of a wide pit. This pit was dug up by him with quite an effort. It took him what seems like twenty days to dug it up with his weak skeleton physiology. After which he found a bamboo forest from which he took many bamboos which he sharpened with the help of stones and erected them inside the pit. It had taken an entire month possibly to complete the trap. He was thankful that he was a undead who didn't need to eat, sleep or feel anything which also meant that he had unlimited stamina. So he worked days and nights to complete this.
Now he only had to lure the creature in this place. He has been secretly scouting the areas and found the location of the monster bunnies which they usually visited. But the intriguing thing was that each Bunny had a territory in which no other creature was allowed to enter. Unlucky for Adrian he entered the territory of the bunny which killed him.
So he has been especially keeping tracks on this bunny. After finding it's habits he made a proper plan.
One day when the bunny was feeding in a poor mouse like creature it caught from god knows where, it sensed something and moved it's head to look at a different direction. He could see the bushes a ten twenty to thirty meters away moving and a skeleton walked out from there. It raised it hand and pointed his middle finger at the Bunny. Somehow this action triggered the bunny so much that it left it's dinner and rushed at the skeleton. But before it could reach it, the skeleton already ran away at a fast speed. The bunny followed it.
Unluckily for the bunny the skeleton was taking twists and turns which impacted the Bunny's speed as its speciality was to move in s straight line in a fast speed.
After the chase the bunny almost lost the target but it got in time in an open area in the forest where he say the skeleton was standing at the ending of the area. Without any hesitation it jumped high in the sky and feel in the middle on the area. It was planning to rush at the skeleton after touching the center of the area with full force. Alas its plans failed successfully as the ground under it limbs and weight broke and it fell down inside a pit.
Inside the pit there were many sharp bamboos erected. The body of the Bunny was punctured by these sharp bamboos and it started to bleed profusely. It slowly raised it's head with difficulty and could see the skeleton standing at the edge if the pit.
"Looks like you got wrecked!" The skeleton said as he showed his middle finger to the dying bunny. The last moments of the Bunny was spent by looking at the skeleton hatefully.

" It looks like you got wrecked" Adrian said as showed his middle finger to the bunny which was bleeding to death.
After the bunny died he heard a notification.
* Ding* [ Monster Bunny { low level } Slayed]
[ Do you want to absorb it's essence and soul Y/N]
He instantly said yes and lifted his left arm towards the corpse of the bunny. Slowly a green coloured aura started to emit from the body of the bunny as it slowly was absorbed by Adrian. He could feel his power increasing and his soul becoming stronger.
*Ding* [ Completely absorbed the essence and soul of the Monster Bunny
Health increased by 2 points

High Jump- by enforcing mana into the legs the user can jump at height of 20 meters.]

"Yes now I can use mana!!" He said as he opened his status.

Undead Physiology- You are already dead. You can't eat, sleep or feel. It also gives you limited immortality as you won't die because you are already dead.

Seeing that his stats were increased, Adrian was quite delighted. Now that his mana was unlocked he could finally feel it in his skeletal body. It was like a small lake that was inside his soul. To test his mana he tried to use his new skill ' High Jump'.
He bend down and tried to activate his skill. He suddenly felt that a tap has been opened and magic like water flowed down towards his legs. He could somehow sense that they were getting stronger.
Then he suddenly jumped. There was a little shockwave and he was 20 meters in the sky. He could see the trees below. This was kind of exelararing for him.
'Haha who could have thought I could jump 20 meters high into the sky. Even though I can't feel anything physically but this excitement is something else' He thought as he landed on the ground.
Being able to use magic was something else. In his previous world Adrian could only live his life like a commoner but in this world he has the gift of magic and other un natural powers.
" I will find a way to fix this body in the future!" Be said clenching his bony fists.
After testing his powers more he decided to follow this plan for the time being to lure the monster bunnies in the area to this place and become powerful.
Like this a few months have passed. Adrian has been scouting the area and killing bunnies non stop without a break. This was one of the profits of being an undead skeleton. He could work tirelessly.
During this time he has killed 30 Monster bunnies by luring them into the trap. His stats have increased much and he also obtained quite a amount of CP this time. But he hasn't used it in the store to buy anything yet.
Currently he was checking his stats.

He was impressed by looking at his stats. Currently he was far stronger than a normal human being without magic. He couldn't wait for all his stats to reach level hundred.
In this he has completed two of the quests but he hasn't checked then as he was busy lurking and killing them. So he opened the quests menu to check

At this time he heard the notification.

"Nice" He said looking at the notification.
